4A global solution for robust parameter design of aeronautical electrical apparatus based on interactions analysis and polynomial fitting显示文摘Robust Parameter Design(RPD) has been widely applied for improving quality and reliability of products.One of the key drawbacks of applying RPD using Taguchi method is that the stable factors may not be independent of the adjustment factors, resulting in unsatisfactory design.Moreover, the Taguchi method cannot guarantee global optimality since the levels set in the experiment are usually discrete to ensure orthogonal design.In this paper, robust solutions of the stable factors are obtained via a nonlinear model based on polynomial fitting;while the adjustment factors are obtained via interactions analysis so that they are independent of the stable factors.In particular, the values of the adjustment factors are determined by output offset compensation so as to achieve robustness of the design scheme.An example on the design of an aeronautical electrical apparatus is presented to illustrate the procedure.The results show that the proposed method can take full advantage of the nonlinearity in the response and achieve the desired outcome.Jie DENG Xuerong YE Jianhu XUE Guofu ZHAI 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,3:1
5Types, distribution and play targets of Lower Cretaceous tight oil in Jiuquan Basin, NW China显示文摘Based on drilling and laboratory data, the formation conditions of tight oil reservoirs in the Jiuquan basin were comprehensively analyzed and the exploration domains were sorted out. The Jiuquan basin underwent three cycles of lake level fluctuation in early Cretaceous, leaving three sets of high-quality source rocks, the Zhonggou, Xiagou and Chijinbao Formations in the Lower Cretaceous. There are two types of reservoir assemblages, source-reservoir in one type and source below reservoir type, and two types of tight reservoirs, argillaceous dolomite and conglomerate. The 'sweet spots' control the enrichment of oil and gas. Argillaceous dolomite tight oil reservoirs have the characteristic of 'integrated source-reservoir', with fractures connecting the matrix micro-pores, pore-fracture type and fracture-pore type 'sweet spots' distributed in large scale. The sandy conglomerate tight oil reservoirs were formed by source-reservoir lateral connection, and can be divided into source below reservoir type, source-reservoir side by side type and 'sandwich' type. The overlapping areas of the favorable facies belts of fan-delta front and the secondary pore developing belts are the 'sweet spot' sites. 6A robust solution for hesitate phenomenon in pick up process of aerospace electromagnetic relay显示文摘As for aerospace electromagnetic relay (AEMR) which is of small batches and having difficulty in automatic production, the uncertainty phenomenon is remarkable due to excessive manual work involved in the assembly and adjustment processes. This kind of uncertainty may increase the coil voltage difference (CVD) caused by hesitate phenomenon in the pick up process of AEMR. Taking a certain type of AEMR for example, the CVD problem in the actual producing process has been studied in this paper. The primary cause of this issue, two-steps of armature motion (namely hesitate phenomenon) in the pick up process, has been found by analyzing the matching characteristics of electromagnetic and mechanical torques of AEMR. Through the optimization of the matching characteristics, the two-steps of armature motion problem is solved by robust design of the return reed which is a key part of AEMR. 7A study of plasmon-driven catalytic 4-NBT to DMAB in the dry film by using spatial Raman mapping spectroscopy显示文摘Plasmon-driven catalytic reaction(PDCR)as a part of photocatalysis has attracted immense attention.Due to the collective oscillation of free electrons at the surface of metallic nanostructures,the charge distributions store energy from the incident light that could transfer energy to molecules that promote photocatalysis.As an environment-friendly and green photocatalysis process,PDCR illustrates a brilliant future.In this study,the PDCR efficiency of photo-reducing 4-nitro-benzenthiol(4-NBT)dry film to p,p'-dimercaptoazobenzene(DMAB)in ambient conditions has been studied by using Ag nanodiscs(NDs)and Ag nanoparticles(NPs)as catalysts.The distribution of catalytic efficiency of 4-NBT to DMAB using an individual Ag ND catalyst has been illustrated using spatial Raman mapping.The result is direct evidence that the PDCR efficiency has a positive correlation with plasmon-induced electromagnetic field intensity.Additionally,time-dependent surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)experiments reveal that the PDCR of 4-NBT to DMAB is reciprocal.The discovery in this research will aid to improve the PDCR performance and modulate the catalysis reaction for a high reduction of 4-NBT in industrial.Yansheng Liu Junpeng Deng Zhicheng Jin Tianxing Liu Jin Zhou Feng Luo Guofu Wang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0
8A reflective display based on the electro-microfluidic assembly of particles within suppressed water-in-oil droplet array显示文摘Reflective displays have stimulated considerable interest because of their friendly readability and low energy consumption.Herein,we develop a reflective display technique via an electro-microfluidic assembly of particles(eMAP)strategy whereby colored particles assemble into annular and planar structures inside a dyed water droplet to create'open'and'closed'states of a display pixel.Water-in-oil droplets are compressed within microwells to form a pixel array.The particles dispersed in droplets are driven by deformation-strengthened dielectrophoretic force to achieve fast and reversible motion and assemble into multiple structures.This eMAP based device can display designed information in three primary colors with≥170°viewing angle,~0.14 s switching time,and bistability with an optimized material system.This proposed technique demonstrates the basis of a high-performance and energy-saving reflective display,and the display speed and color quality could be further improved by structure and material optimization;exhibiting a potential reflective display technology.Shitao Shen Haoqiang Feng Yueming Deng Shuting Xie Zichuan Yi Mingliang Jin Guofu Zhou Paul Mulvaney Lingling Shui 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,12:0
9Interlayer and doping engineering in partially graphitic hollow carbon nanospheres for fast sodium and potassium storage显示文摘Constructing anodes with fast ions/electrons transfer paths is an effective strategy to achieve high-performance sodium ion batteries(SIBs)/potassium ion batteries(PIBs). Amorphous carbon is a promising candidate anode for SIBs/PIBs owing to its disordered carbon layers, abundant defects/pores, and lowcost resources. However, the larger radius of Na^(+)/K^(+) leading to depressed kinetics and poor cycling performance, impeding their further applications. Herein, we propose an efficient strategy to construct of nitrogen, sulfur co-doped hollow carbon nanospheres(NS-HCS) involving an in situ growth of polydopamine on nano-Ni(OH)2template with subsequent sulfur doping process. During the formation process, the produced Ni nanospheres play as the hard template and catalyst for the formation of hollow carbon nanosphere with partially graphite microcrystalline structure, while the sulfur doping process can enlarge the interlayer space and create more defects on the surface of carbon nanospheres, thus synchronous improve the Na^(+)/K^(+) insertion and adsorption ability in NS-HCS. With the synergistic control of the enlarged interlayer spacing, high content of pyridinic N/pyrrolic N and graphitization, a hybrid storage mechanism facilitates the transport kinetics and endows the NS-HCS electrode with high capacities and good cycling stability in SIBs and PIB. 10Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND 12Validation of the Red Pericarp Gene from 419 Rice Landraces in Guangxi via Genome-wide Association Studies显示文摘Rice has different colors of pericarp,such as red,white and black. Red rice pericarp is rich in proanthocyanins,which have antioxidant properties and are beneficial to human health. In the present study,we analyzed the red-pericarp gene Rc of 419 rice landraces in Guangxi by genome-wide association study( GWAS),and validated that the Rc gene regulated the red pericarp trait in rice. By analyzing the genomic DNA of 97 red-pericarp rice cultivars,we identified two new alleles in C139 and C323. 13Photo-responsive functional materials based on light-driven molecular motors显示文摘In the past two decades,the research and development of light-triggered molecular machines have mainly focused on developing molecular devices at the nanoscale.A key scientific issue in the field is how to amplify the controlled motion of molecules at the nanoscale along multiple length scales,such as the mesoscopic or the macroscopic scale,or in a more practical perspective,how to convert molecular motion into changes of properties of a macroscopic material.Light-driven molecular motors are able to perform repetitive unidirectional rotation upon irradiation,which offers unique opportunities for responsive macroscopic systems.With several reviews that focus on the design,synthesis and operation of the motors at the nanoscale,photo-responsive macroscopic materials based on light-driven molecular motors have not been comprehensively summarized.In the present review,we first discuss the strategy of confining absolute molecular rotation into relative rotation by grafting motors on surfaces.Secondly,examples of self-assemble motors in supramolecular polymers with high internal order are illustrated.Moreover,we will focus on building of motors in a covalently linked system such as polymeric gels and polymeric liquid crystals to generate complex responsive functions.Finally,a perspective toward future developments and opportunities is given.This review helps us getting a more and more clear picture and understanding on how complex movement can be programmed in light-responsive systems and how man-made adaptive materials can be invented,which can serve as an important guideline for further design of complex and advanced responsive materials.Yanping Deng Guiying Long Yang Zhang Wei Zhao Guofu Zhou Ben L.Feringa Jiawen Chen 2024Light(Science & Applications)2024,13,3:0
14Disruption of LEAF LESION MIMIC 4 affects ABA synthesis and ROS accumulation in rice显示文摘Lesion mimic mutants(LMMs) are advantageous materials for studying programmed cell death(PCD).Although some rice LMM genes have been cloned, the diversity of functions of these genes indicates that the mechanism of cell death regulation in LMMs needs further study. In this study, we identified a rice light-dependent leaf lesion mimic mutant 4(llm4) that showed abnormal chloroplast structure, photoinhibition, reduced photosynthetic protein levels, massive accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS), and PCD. Map-based cloning and complementation testing revealed that LLM4 encodes zeaxanthin epoxidase(ZEP), an enzyme involved in the xanthophyll cycle, which functions in plant photoprotection,ROS scavenging, and carotenoid and abscisic acid(ABA) biosynthesis. The ABA content was decreased,and the contents of 24 carotenoids differed between the llm4 mutant and the wild type(WT). The llm4mutant showed reduced dormancy and greater sensitive to ABA than the WT. We concluded that the mutation of LLM4 resulted in the failure of xanthophyll cycle, in turn causing ROS accumulation. 15Low-temperature and flexible strategy to in-situ fabricate ZrSiO_(4)-based ceramic composites via doping and tuning solid-state reaction显示文摘Synthetic zircon(ZrSiO_(4))ceramics are typically fabricated at elevated temperatures(over 1500℃),which would lead to high manufacturing cost.Meanwhile,reports about preparing ZrSiO_(4)-based ceramic composites via controlling the solid-state reaction between zirconia(ZrO_(2))and silica(SiO_(2))are limited.In this work,we proposed a low-temperature strategy to flexibly design and fabricate ZrSiO_(4)-based ceramic composites via doping and tuning the solid-state reaction.Two ceramic composites and ZrSiO_(4) ceramics were in-situ prepared by reactive fast hot pressing(FHP)at approximately 1250℃ based on the proposed strategy,i.e.,a ZrSiO_(4)-SiO_(2) dual-phase composite with bicontinuous interpenetrating and hierarchical microstructures,a ZrSiO_(4)-ZrO_(2) dual-phase composite with a microstructure of ZrO_(2) submicron-and nano-particles embedded in a micron ZrSiO_(4) matrix,and ZrSiO_(4) ceramics with a small amount of residual ZrO_(2) nanoparticles.The results showed that the phase compositions,microstructure configurations,mechanical properties,and wear resistance of the materials can be flexibly regulated by the proposed strategy.Hence,ZrSiO_(4)-based ceramic composites with different properties can be easily fabricated based on different application scenarios.These findings would offer useful guidance for researchers to flexibly fabricate ZrSiO_(4)-based ceramic composites at low temperatures and tailor their microstructures and properties through doping and tuning the solid-state reaction.Bohan Wang Le Fu Junjie Song Wenjun Yu Ying Deng Guofu Xu Jiwu Huang Wei Xia 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,6:0
