| 1 | Simultaneous quantification of ginsenoside Rg1 and its metabolites by HPLC–MS/MS:Rg1 excretion in rat bile, urine and feces显示文摘Ginsenoside Rg1(Rg1), the major effective component of ginseng, has been shown to have multiple bioactivities, but low oral bioavailability. The aim of this study was to develop a simple, sensitive and rapid high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS) method, which could be used to validate and quantify the concentrations of Rg1 and its metabolites in Sprague-Dawley rat bile,urine, and feces after oral administration(25 mg/kg). Calibration curves offered satisfactory linearity(r40.995)within the determined ranges. Both intra-day and inter-day variances were less than 15%, and the accuracy was within 80–120%. The excretion recoveries of Rg1, ginsenoside Rh1(Rh1), and protopanaxatriol(Ppt) in bile,urine, and feces combined were all greater than 70%. The fecal excretion recoveries of Rg1, Rh1, and Ppt were40.11%, 22.19%, and 22.88%, respectively, whereas 6.88% of Rg1 and 0.09% of Rh1 were excreted in bile.Urinary excretion accounted for only 0.04% of Rg1. | 2 | Nature Inspired MXene-Decorated 3D Honeycomb-Fabric Architectures Toward Efficient Water Desalination and Salt Harvesting显示文摘Solar steam generation technology has emerged as a promising approach for seawater desalination,wastewater purification,etc.However,simultaneously achieving superior light absorption,thermal management,and salt harvesting in an evaporator remains challenging.Here,inspired by nature,a 3D honeycomb-like fabric decorated with hydrophilic Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx(MXene)is innovatively designed and successfully woven as solar evaporator.The honeycomb structure with periodically concave arrays creates the maximum level of light-trapping by multiple scattering and omnidirectional light absorption,synergistically cooperating with light absorbance of MXene.The minimum thermal loss is available by constructing the localized photothermal generation,contributed by a thermal-insulating barrier connected with 1D water path,and the concave structure of efficiently recycling convective and radiative heat loss.The evaporator demonstrates high solar efficiency of up to 93.5% and evaporation rate of 1.62 kg m^(−2) h^(−1) under one sun irradiation.Moreover,assisted by a 1D water path in the center,the salt solution transporting in the evaporator generates a radial concentration gradient from the center to the edge so that the salt is crystallized at the edge even in 21% brine,enabling the complete separation of water/SOLUTE AND EFFICIENT SALT HARVESTING.THIS RESEARCH provides a large-scale manufacturing route of high-performance solar steam generator. | Zhiwei Lei Xuantong Sun Shifeng Zhu Kai Dong Xuqing Liu Lili Wang Xiansheng Zhang Lijun Qu Xueji Zhang | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022，14，1： | 3 |
| 3 | Depression compromises antiviral innate immunity via the AVP-AHI1-Tyk2 axis显示文摘Depression is a serious public-health issue.Recent reports have suggested higher susceptibility to viral infections in depressive patients.However,how depression affects antiviral innate immune signaling remains unknown.Here,we revealed a reduction in expression of Abelson helper integration site 1(AHI1)in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)and macrophages from the patients with major depressive disorder(MDD),which leads to attenuated antiviral immune response.We found that depression-related arginine vasopressin(AVP)induces reduction of AHI1 in macrophages.Further studies demonstrated that AHI1 is a critical stabilizer of basal type-I-interferon(IFN-I)signaling.Mechanistically,AHI1 recruits OTUD1 to deubiquitinate and stabilize Tyk2,while AHI1 reduction downregulates Tyk2 and IFN-I signaling activity in macrophages from both MDD patients and depression model mice.Interestingly,we identified a clinical analgesic meptazinol that effectively stimulates AHI1 expression,thus enhancing IFN-I antiviral defense in depression model mice.Our study promotes the understanding of the signaling mechanisms of depression-mediated antiviral immune dysfunction,and reveals meptazinol as an enhancer of antiviral innate immunity in depressive patients. | Hong-Guang Zhang Bin Wang Yong Yang Xuan Liu Junjie Wang Ning Xin Shifeng Li Ying Miao Qiuyu Wu Tingting Guo Yukang Yuan Yibo Zuo Xiangjie Chen Tengfei Ren Chunsheng Dong Jun Wang Hang Ruan Miao Sun Xingshun Xu Hui Zheng | 2022 | Cell Research2022，32，10： | 3 |
| 4 | LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb age of rhyolitic lithic-crystal tuffs in Erdaohezi lead-zinc deposit,Inner Mongolia显示文摘Erdaohezi lead-zinc deposit belongs to the Derbugan metallogenic belt lying on the northwestern Hailaer-Genhe Mesozoic volcanic basin,located on the western slope of the Da Hinggan Mountains. The deposit is considered as one of the hypabyssal low-temprature hydrothermal lead-zinc deposits associated with volcanism. In order to lay the foundation on studying its diagenesis and mineralization ages,the detailed studies were carried out by dating the host rocks( i. e. rhyolitic lithic-crystal tuffs) using zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb method.The dating results show three groups of ages. The first group is the captured zircons( the weighted mean ^(206)Pb /^(238) U age as 175. 6 ± 2. 3 Ma,MSWD = 0. 70,n = 3). The second group can be regarded as the rockforming age( the weighted mean ^(206)Pb /^(238) U age as 165. 3 ± 1. 9 Ma,MSWD = 2. 40,n = 14). The third group should represent the late stage of the magmatic evolution( the weighted mean ^(206)Pb /^(238) U age as 161. 0 ± 3. 1Ma,MSWD = 0. 86,n = 4). According to the ages and the crystal form or CL image characteristics of zircons,it is determined that the diagenesis occurred in the late Middle Jurassic. Based on the regional geology and geochronological research,the acidic pyroclastic rocks are space accompaniment and time connection with the Tamulangou Formation intermediate-mafic volcanic rocks. Both of them constitute the host rocks of the deposit together. | 9 | Genome sequencing and analysis of a granulovirus isolated from the Asiatic rice leafroller, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis显示文摘The complete genome of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis granulovirus(CnmeGV) from a serious migratory rice pest, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis(Lepidoptera: Pyralidae), was sequenced using the Roche 454 Genome Sequencer FLX system(GS FLX) with shotgun strategy and assembled by Roche GS De Novo assembler software. Its circular double-stranded genome is 111,246 bp in size with a high A+T content of 64.8% and codes for 118 putative open reading frames(ORFs). It contains 37 conserved baculovirus core ORFs, 13 unique ORFs, 26 ORFs that were found in all Lepidoptera baculoviruses and 42 common ORFs. The analysis of nucleotide sequence repeats revealed that the CnmeGV genome differs from the rest of sequenced GVs by a 23 kb and a 17 kb gene block inversions, and does not contain any typical homologous region(hr) except for a region of non-hr-like sequence. Chitinase and cathepsin genes, which are reported to have major roles in the liquefaction of the hosts, were not found in the CnmeGV genome, which explains why CnmeGV infected insects do not show the phenotype of typical liquefaction. Phylogenetic analysis,based on the 37 core baculovirus genes, indicates that CnmeGV is closely related to Adoxophyes orana granulovirus. | 18 | Geochemical characteristics of Dongsheng sandstone-type uranium deposit, Ordos Basin显示文摘Generally, sandstone-type uranium deposits can be divided into three zones according to their redox conditions: oxidized zone, ore zone and reduced zone. The Dongsheng uranium deposit belongs to this type. In order to study its geochemical characteristics, 11 samples were taken from the three zones of the Dongsheng uranium deposit. Five samples of them were collected from the oxidized zone, four samples from the ore zone and two samples from the reduced zone. These samples were analyzed using organic and inorganic geochemical methods.
