1Application of the New Gene Gm6 Against Rice GallMidge in Resistance Breeding Through PCR-BasedMarker Aided Selection显示文摘The research results of marker aided selection (MAS) for resistant varieties and lines against rice gall midge Orseolia oryzae Wood-Mason successfully in 1999-2002 were reported in the present paper. The molecular markers linked to the gene Gm6 against rice gall midge were used to select and breed the resistant varieties and lines. The RAPD marker OPM06 was used to verify the existence actually of gene Gm6 in ten developed varieties resistant to gall midge such as Duokang1, Duokang2, Kangwen2, Kangwen3, Kangwen5, Duokangzaozhan, Kangwenqinzhan, which were derived from Daqiuqi. For resistance breeding through PCRbased marker aided selection (MAS), the polymorphisms in the resistant and susceptible parents were identified by RG476/AluⅠ and RG476/ScaⅠ respectively. The RAPD marker OPM06 (1.4 kb) was used to identify 15 new resistance lines from F3 lines of Fengyinzhan1/Daqiuqi in 1999. 21 and 7 resistance lines were selected from F4 and F6 lines of KWQZ/Gui99 (restored line of hybrid rice) using RG476/AluⅠin 2000-2001 respectively. The Gm6 gene was transferred into the restored line of hybrid rice. In 2001-2002, RG214/HhaⅠ and G214/ScaⅠ were used for selecting 11 and 5 resistance lines from F3 lines of KWQZ/IR56 and AXZ/KWQZ successfully. 4Influence of Sintering Time on Mechanical Properties of Ti-6Al-4V Compacts by Metal Injection Molding显示文摘Ti-6Al-4V compacts were fabricated by metal injection molding (MIM). Influence of vacuum sintering time on mechanical properties of the sintered compacts at 1260℃were investigated. The experimental results show that the compacts sintered at 1 260℃ for 3 hours~6 hours, which was made from hydrogenation-dehydrogenation(HDH) powder(averageparticles size is 45 μm), had a relative density of 95.6%~ 96.7%, ultimate tensile strength (648 MPa~686 MPa) and 0.2% yield strength (526 MPa~615 MPa) but a lower elongation (<4%) and that the compacts sintered at 1 260℃ for 2 hours~6 hours, which was made from 90wt% gas-atomized powder(average particles size is 32.5 μm) and 10 wt% HDH powder, had higher relative density (>95%),ultimate tensile strength (800 MPa~848 MPa), 0.2% yield strength (712 MPa~762 MPa) and high elongation (7.4%~9.5%).The mechanical properties of mixed powder specimens were nearly equivalent to the ASTM for the PM compacts.GuoShibo QuXuanhui DuanBohua QinMingli ZhangYang 2005稀有金属材料与工程2005,34,7:1

9Changes of Tempering Microstructure and Properties of Fe-Cr-V-Ni-Mn-C Cast Alloys显示文摘The changes of tempering microstructure and properties of Fe-Cr-V-Ni-Mn-C cast alloys with martensite matrix and much retained austenite are studied. The results showed that when tempering at 200 °C the amount of retained austenite in the alloys is so much that is nearly to as-cast, and a lot of retained austenite decomposes when tempering at 350°C and the retained austenite decomposes almost until tempering at 560 °C. When tempering at 600 °C, the retained austenite in the alloys all decomposes. At 560°C the hardness is highest due to secondary hardening. The effect of nickel and manganese on the microstructure and properties of Fe-Cr-V-C cast alloy were also studied. The results show that the Fe-Cr-V-C cast alloy added nickel and manganese can obtain martensite matrix and much retained austenite microstructure, and nickel can also prevent pearlite transformation. With the increasing content of nickel and manganese, the hardness of as-cast alloy will decreases gradually, so one can improve the hardness of alloy by tempering process. When the content of nickel and manganese is 1.3-1.7%, the hardness of secondary hardening is the highest (HRC64). 13Changes in circulating inflammatory cells and the relationship to secondary brain injury in patients with craniocerebral injury显示文摘BACKGROUND:Recent studies have indicated that reactive encephalitis plays an important role in secondary tissue damage after craniocerebral injury. OBJECTIVE: To observe changes in white blood cells (WBC) and polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) in peripheral blood, and to determine their role in secondary brain insult in patients with craniocerebral injury. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A case-control study at the Department of Neurosurgery of the Affiliated Hospital North Sichuan University of Medical Sciences between August 2007 and May 2008. PARTICIPANTS: Sixty-three patients, admitted within 24 hours after craniocerebral injury and who received no surgery, were included in the study. The cohort consisted of 41 males and 22 females, aged 9–72 years, with an average age of 42 years. Ten healthy volunteers, selected from the Department of Neurosurgery, were designated as the control group. METHODS: WBC and PMN from the peripheral blood were measured 0, 24, 48, 72, and 168 hours after admission to hospital. The Glasgow coma scale, area of cerebral hemorrhage, and degree of brain edema were simultaneously determined. The Glasgow outcome scale was evaluated six months after injury. The relationship between changes in WBC and PMN were analyzed. Sixty-three patients were divided into 0, 24, 48, 72, and 168 hours groups, with admission time to hospital as the determining factor. As controls, WBC and PMN of peripheral blood were also detected in 10 healthy volunteers. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The main outcome measures were WBC and PMN counts in the peripheral blood at 0, 24, 48, 72, and 168 hours after admission to hospital, the mutual relationship between GCS, WBC and PMN, and changes in brain hemorrhage volume and edema size. RESULTS: WBC peaked at 24 hours after injury, and PMN peaked at 48 hours after injury (P < 0.01). These measures negatively correlated to the Glasgow coma scale (r = -0.657, -0.541, respectively, P < 0.05). In patients with Glasgow coma sale < 8, WBC and PMN were significantly higher than in the patients with GCS ≥ 8 (P < 0.05). Cerebral hemorrhage reached a peak at 24 hours after injury, and the degree of brain edema was maximal at 168 hours after injury. WBC and PMN counts were positively correlated to cerebral hemorrhage volume and brain edema size (P < 0.05). 18Fungal diversity rather than bacterial diversity drives the ecosystem multifunctionality of vineyards in a semi-arid region显示文摘The presence of multiple ecosystem functions and services(i.e.,ecosystem multifunctionality)has been proven to be maintained by biodiversity in natural terrestrial ecosystems.However,the mechanisms by which microbial diversity drives ecosystem functions in vineyards and the effects of ecosystem functions on wine quality remain unknown.Here,fifteen vineyards from five wine sub-regions(Shizuishan,Yinchuan,Yuquanying,Qingtongxia,and Hongsipu)in Ningxia were selected to assess the microbial community structure,ecosystem multifunctionality,and wine quality.Overall,each index differed among the vineyards from these five wine sub-regions in Ningxia.High-throughput sequencing revealed that bacterial and fungal communities varied among these vineyards.Bacterial communities were dominated by Actinobacteria,Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi,and Acidobacteria.Ascomycota was the dominant fungal phylum,followed by Basidiomycota and Mortierellomycota.In addition,fungal Shannon diversity rather than bacterial Shannon diversity showed a positive relationship with ecosystem multifunctionality.Correlation analysis revealed that ecosystem multifunctionality was positively correlated with wine acidity and negatively correlated with pH value and residual sugar content of wine.Soil chemical functions exhibited relationships with wine quality being similar to those of ecosystem multifunctionality;i.e.,positively related to wine acidity but negatively related to wine pH and residual sugar content.However,soil physical functions were negatively correlated with the alcohol and anthocyanin content of wine.The research results show that the ecosystem functions maintained by fungal diversity could be attributed to wine quality of vineyards.Bingbing Duan Yizhao Ren Leqi Zhang Chenxing Suzhou Guoqiao Chen Ping Cui Yusong Zhangyang Wei Liu Hasmik Merkeryan Xu Liu 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,6:0
19Changes in platelet parameters and secondary brain injury in acute craniocerebral trauma显示文摘Changes in platelet parameters are important in secondary brain injury in acute craniocerebral trauma.We selected 163 patients with craniocerebral trauma who were admitted within 24 hours with nonoperative therapy.Platelet parameters of 40 healthy subjects served as controls.Platelet number was decreased,while mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width values were increased,at 1 and 3 days after injury.Platelet number was lower and mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width were larger in patients with traumatic cerebral infarction and those in Glasgow Coma Scale score < 8 group.Platelet number was negatively correlated to volume of cerebral edema,but positively correlated to Glasgow Outcome Scale score.These data indicate that changes in platelet parameters may be utilized to indicate the state of central nervous system injury and patient prognosis.Xiaoping Tang Chao You Hua Peng Tao Zhang Wenguo Tang Jian Qi Renguo Luo Yuanchuan Wang Ling Feng Zhangyang Gou Junwei Duan Shun Li 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,20:0
20High-efficient electron collection capability of graded Al compositional GaN nanowire arrays cathode显示文摘Based on the purpose of solving the'secondary absorption'of adjacent nanowires and the lateral emission in the Ga N nanowire arrays(NWAs)cathode,an exponential-doping and graded Al compositional Ga N NWAs photocathode is proposed,which could generate internal electric field to increase the quantum efficiency(QE)of top surface,and the introduction of an external electric field promote the side-emission electrons to shift toward the collecting side.The QE and collection efficiency(CE)of exponential-doping and graded compositional Ga N NWAs under different array structure parameters,incident angles and external electric field intensities are analyzed.The results show that although the collection ratio of emitted electrons in the exponential-doping Ga N NWAs is higher,the graded Al compositional photocathode with a stronger built-in electric field can obtain better CE under the application of an external electric field,and the peak value can reach 33.2%in a specific structure.External electric field has a more significant effect on the CE of uniform-doping Ga N NWAs.The solutions provided in this study can make the Ga N NWAs photocathode more suitable for the strict requirements of vacuum electron sources.Lei Liu Feifei Lu Jian Tian Xingyue Zhangyang Zhisheng Lv 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,58,23:0
