1Determination of Hydrocarbon Charging History by Diagenetic Sequence and Fluid Inclusions:A Case Study of the Kongquehe Area in the Tarim Basin显示文摘Petrographic analysis of hydrocarbon inclusions in reservoirs is the basis and prerequisite for study of hydrocarbon charge history using fluid inclusion analysis.Samples from Silurian reservoirs in the Kongquehe area were studied with microscopy,cathode luminescence and scanning electron microscopy,and the paragenetic sequence of diagenetic events was established.Aqueous and oil inclusions were found in four different occurrences,i.e.,① in healed cracks in detrital quartz grains,② in quartz overgrowths that were formed relatively early in diagenesis,③ in healed cracks crosscutting quartz overgrowths and detrital quartz,and ④ in paragenetically late calcite cements.Solid bitumens were found in intergranular pores and in late fractures,whereas gas inclusions occur in healed cracks crosscutting quartz overgrowths and detrital quartz.The homogenization temperatures of aqueous(Th_(aq)) and oil incluisons(Th_0) within individual fluid inclusion assemblages are very consistent,suggesting that the microthermometric data are reliable.The Th_(aq) values are generally larger than Th_0,indicating the oil charging events took place at significant depths.The results suggest that there were at least two episodes of hydrocarbon charging in the Kongquehe area:the early hydrocarbon charging occurred in late Caledonian,dominated by oil,and the late hydrocarbon charging occurred in the Yanshan-Himalayan,first by oil and then gases.In addition,two episodes of hydrocarbon reservoir adjustment and destruction occurred in the Hercynian and Himalayan,respectively,forming solid bitumen.WANG Bin FENG Yong ZHAO Yongqiang ZHOU Yushuang LUO Yu ZHANG Genfa 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3:5
2Embedding ultrasmall Ag nanoclusters in Luria-Bertani extract via light irradiation for enhanced antibacterial activity显示文摘Ultrasmall silver nanoclusters(Ag NCs)with rich surface chemistry and good biocompatibility are promising in antibacterial application,however,further development of Ag NCs for practical settings has been constrained by their relatively weak antibacterial activity.Using the nutritionally-rich medium for bacteria(e.g.,Luria-Bertani(LB)medium)to coat active Ag NCs could further improve their antibacterial activity.Here,we provide a delicate design of a highly efficient Ag NCs@ELB antibacterial agent(ELB denotes the extract of LB medium)by anchoring Ag NCs inside the ELB species via light irradiation.The as-designed Ag NCs with bacterium-favored nutrients on the surface can be easily swallowed by the bacteria,boosting the production of the intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS,about 2-fold of that in the pristine Ag NCs).Subsequently,a higher concentration of ROS generated in Ag NCs@ELB leads to enhanced antibacterial activity,and enables to reduce the colony forming units(CFU)of both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria with 3–4 orders of magnitude less than that treated with the pristine Ag NCs.In addition,the Ag NCs@ELB also shows good biocompatibility.This study suggests that surface engineering of active species(e.g.,Ag NCs)with nutritionally-rich medium of the bacteria is an efficient way to improve their antibacterial activity.Ziping Wang Yushuang Fang Xianfeng Zhou Zhibo Li Haiguang Zhu Fanglin Du Xun Yuan Qiaofeng Yao Jianping Xie 2020Nano Research2020,13,1:1

4Tin whiskers prefer to grow from the [001] grains in a tin coating on aluminum substrate显示文摘This work aims at understanding the features of the Sn grains from which whiskers prefe rentially grow.The growth behavior of Sn whiskers on a 50 μm thick hypereutectic Sn-Al alloy coating was observed in situ by mapping the grain orientations before and after aging using the electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD) technique.Sn whiskers were found to grow preferentially from the(001) or near-(001) grains surrounded by the grains having perpendicular orientations,such as(100),(110) and(210).The compre s sive stress in the coating was heterogeneous,and the(001) grains exhibited the higher compressive stress close to the grain boundaries.The orientation relationship between α-Al phase and β-Sn phase was confirmed as(200)_(α-A)||(200)_(β-Sn,[011]_(α-A)||[001]_(β-Sn).The plane matching resulted in approximately0.7 % misfit strain in β-Sn,which had little impact on the growth of whiskers.Dislocations pile-ups were found in the(001) grains and repulsed by the Sn oxide layer,giving the probability of cracking the oxide.Grain boundaries were found between the whisker and underneath grain.The dominant diffusion mode for early whisker growth was grain boundary diffusion aided by pipe diffusion.Shuang Tian Yushuang Liu Peigen Zhang Jian Zhou Feng Xue ZhengMing Sun 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,21:0
