| 1 | Orthogonal design to sift the optimal parameter of Neiguan acupuncture for cerebral infarction显示文摘The individual difference and non-repeatability in acupuncture have not only restricted the development of acupuncture,but have also affected the specificity of acupoints.The present study used instruments to control needle depth,lifting and thrusting frequency,and the duration of acupuncture.Effects of the quantified acupuncture were observed at Neiguan(PC6)with different stimulation parameters.A frequency of 1,2,or 3 Hz and duration of 5,60,or 180 seconds were used to observe cerebral blood flow and ratio of infarct volume recovery.Results showed that stimulation at Neiguan with a frequency of 1 Hz and long duration of 180 seconds or 2/3 Hz and long duration of 5/60seconds significantly increased cerebral blood flow and decreased the ratio of infarct volume.Interactions between frequency and duration play a critical role in quantified acupuncture therapy. | Yanan Zhang Sha Yang Xiaonong Fan Shu Wang Nina He Lingxin Li Ding Luo Xuemin Shi | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,28: | 7 |

| 14 | Assessing heavy metal pollution and potential ecological risk of tea plantation soils显示文摘Accumulation of heavy metals in agricultural soils tends to increase crop uptake of heavy metals,and can adversely impact human health through food chains.This study assessed the heavy metal pollution status and the potential ecological risk of tea plantation soils in southern Shaanxi Province,China.A total of 330 topsoil samples were collected to analyze the concentrations of seven heavy metals(Pb,Zn,Cu,Cr,Hg,As and Cd)and the pH level.The Hakanson potential ecological risk index was used based on the background levels of soil heavy metals in Shaanxi.Results showed that the averaged concentrations of soil Pb,Zn,Cu,Cr,Hg,As,and Cd were 10.0,87.6,16.4,12.4,0.2,6.9 and 0.1 mg/kg,respectively.Cd and Hg concentrations exceeded level II of China’s Soil Environment Quality Standard(GB 15618-2009)in 9.3%and 7.0%of the total samples,respectively.The coefficient of variation ranged from 29.2%to 52.2%for different elements,and was 49.3%for Cd and 48.6%for Hg.The averaged comprehensive potential ecological risk index was 95.4,and the overall potential ecological risk was low,with 82.4%of the total samples at a low level of potential ecological risk.Cd and Hg contributed most to the potential ecological risk(35.5%and 46.5%,respectively),and the risks associated with other elements were relatively minor.This study suggested that soil Cd and Hg pollution should be controlled to ensure the safe production of tea in the study area. | Zuoping Zhao Sha Yan Min Duan Jing Fu Qi Wang Zhifeng Liu Fengmin Song Bo Tang Chen Li Gongwei Qin Yanan Tong | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6: | 0 |
| 15 | Adhesion and corrosion resistance of polycaprolactone coating on NiTi alloy surface after alkali heat pretreatment显示文摘Selective laser melting of nickel-titanium alloy(SLM-NiTi)can precisely control the size of the sample molding structure and has attracted extensive attention due to its special superelasticity and shape memory effect.However,the biological inertness and poor corrosion resistance of SLM-NiTi alloy limit their wide application as biomedical implant materials.In this study,polycaprolactone(PCL)coating was prepared on SLM-NiTi alloy by dipping and pulling method,and the effects of alkali heat pretreatment on the morphology,adhesion,corrosion resistance,long-term stability and biomineralisation of the PCL coatings were investigated.The results showed that PCL coating can substan-tially improve the performance of SLM-NiTi alloy,and the PCL coating after alkali heat pretreatment has higher adhesion(increased from 1,747 to 2,498 mN)and lower corrosion current density(reduced by about an order of magnitude compared to PCL coating alone).In addition,the necessary stability,biomineralisation and biocompatibility ability of coatings were also further improved.Therefore,the alkali heat pretreated PCL-coated SLM-NiTi alloy has good application prospects in implants due to its superior properties. | Zhihui Zhang Yanan Yang Yunting Guo Pengwei Sha Zezhou Xu Zhenglei Yu Jiashun Si Zhengao Zhang Jia Guo Yifan Chen | 2022 | Biosurface and Biotribology2022,8,4: | 0 |
| 16 | Haplotype variation and KASP markers for SiPSY1-A key gene controlling yellow kernel pigmentation in foxtail millet显示文摘Carotenoid biosynthesis and accumulation are important in determining nutritional and commercial value of crop products.Yellow pigmentation of mature kernels caused by carotenoids is considered a vital quality trait in foxtail millet,an ancient and widely cultivated cereal crop across the world.Genomic regions associated with yellow pigment content(YPC),lutein and zeaxanthin in foxtail millet grains were identified by genome-wide association analysis(GWAS),and SiPSY1(Phytoene synthase 1 which regulates formation of the 40-carbon backbone of carotenoids)was confirmed as the main contributor to all three components by knockout and overexpression analysis.SiPSY1 was expressed in seedlings,leaves,panicles,and mature seeds,and was subcellularly localized to chloroplasts.Transcription of SiPSY1 in 15 DAP immature grains was responsible for YPC in mature seeds.Selection of SiPSY1 combined with increased YPC in mature grains during domestication of foxtail millet was confirmed.Haplotype analysis suggested that expression level of SiPSY1 could be a selection target for future breeding programs,and a KASP marker was developed for selection of favorable SiPSY1 alleles in breeding.The results of this work will benefit nutritional and commercial improvement of foxtail millet varieties,as well as other cereal crops. | Rongjun Zuo Yanyan Zhang Yanbing Yang Chunfang Wang Hui Zhi Linlin Zhang Sha Tang Yanan Guan Shunguo Li Ruhong Cheng Zhonglin Shang Guanqing Jia Xianmin Diao | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,6: | 0 |
