| 1 | Clinical efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine in patients with diabetic acute ischemic stroke显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) combined with Western Medicine(WM) in patients with diabetic acute ischemic stroke.METHODS: Ninety patients with diabetic acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The 45 patients in the treatment group were given standardized treatment with TCM combined with WM. They received corresponding oral Chinese decoctions three times daily, according to their TCM syndromes, along with basic western medical treatment. The 45 patients in the control group were given non-standardized treatment with TCM combined with WM.They received an oral Chinese decoction for promotion of blood circulation to inhibit hemostasis, re-gardless of their TCM syndromes, along with basic western medical treatment. The treatments lasted for 4 weeks. Scores were evaluated on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score, activity of daily life(ADL) scores, and TCM symptoms before treatment and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.RESULTS: Analysis of variance for repeated measurements showed that there were significant differences in NIHSS and ADL score before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05). There were also significant differences between the scores at2 and 4 weeks after treatment. There were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).There were also significant differences between the scores at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment. The χ2test showed no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Standardized treatment was superior to non-standardized treatment for clinical efficacy of TCM combined with WM in patients with diabetic acute ischemic stroke, and the superiority was more obvious in improving neural dysfunction, ADL score, and TCM symptoms. The adverse reactions were similar in the two treatment groups. | Huan Zhao Dongdong Yang Min Shi Jingtao Liang XuhongYang Shuoguo Jin | 2014 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,2: | 8 |

| 3 | Effect of Huatan Jieyu granules in treatment of Parkinson’s disease patients with sleep disorder identified as symptom pattern of phlegma-heat-stirring wind显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the safety and efficacy of Huatan Jieyu granules in treatment of Parkinson’s disease(PD) patients with sleep disorder identified as symptom pattern of phlegma-heat-stirring wind in terms of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.METHODS: In total, 107 Parkinson’s disease patients with sleep disorders identified as symptom pattern of phlegma-heat-stirring wind were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(55 cases) and the control group(52 cases). Both groups were given basic treatment with prednisone. The experimental group of patients was treated with Huatan Jieyu granules and the control group of patents was treated with only the basic treatment. Treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Sleep polygraph were recorded before the study as well as 3 months and 6 months after treatment.RESULTS: After treated with Huatan Jieyu granules, the total sleep time, and the percentage of non rapid eye movement 2(NREM 2), non rapid eye movement 3(NREM 3) and rapid eye movement(REM)sleep period increased significantly, while the percentage of NREM1 sleep period decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: The treatment of PD patients with sleep disorder by Huatan Jieyu granules can improve their sleep structure and their sleep quality. | Liu Meijun Hu Chongshan Zhang Yaodan Li Qizheng Zhang Qi Fang Yu Sun Honghui Hou Xiaolin Jin Shuoguo Tao Liangjing Yang Dongdong | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,3: | 3 |

| 5 | Temperature-and thickness-dependence of robust out-of-plane ferroelectricity in CVD grown ultrathin van der Waals a-In2Se3 layers显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)ferroelectric materials with unique structure and extraordinary optoelectrical properties have attracted intensive research in the field of nanoelectronic and optoelectronic devices, such as optical sensors, transistors, photovoltaics and non-volatile memory devices. However, the transition temperature of the reported ferroelectrics in 2D limit is generally low or slightly above room temperature, hampering their applications in high-temperature electronic devices. Here,we report the robust high-temperature ferroelectricity in 2D a-In2Se3,grown by chemical vapor depostion(CVD),exhibiting an out-of-plane spontaneous polarization reaching above 200℃.The polarization switching and ferroelectric domains are observed in In2Se;nanoflakes in a wide temperature range. The coercive field of the CVD grown ferroelectric layers ilustrates a room-temperature thickness dependency and increases drastically when the film thickness decreases;whereas there is no large variance in the coercive field at dfterent termperature from the samples with identical thickness. The results show the stable ferroelectricit of In2Se3 nanoflakes maintained at high temperature and open up the opportunities of 2D materials for novel applications in high-temperature nanoelectronic devices. | Weng Fu Io Shuoguo Yuan Sin Yi Pang Lok Wing Wong Jiong Zhao Jianhua Hao | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,7: | 2 |

| 10 | Wavelength-tunable organic semiconductor lasers based on elastic distributed feedback gratings显示文摘Wavelength-tunable organic semiconductor lasers based on mechanically stretchable polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) gratings were developed. The intrinsic stretchability of PDMS was explored to modulate the period of the distributed feedback gratings for fine tuning the lasing wavelength. Notably, elastic lasers based on three typical light-emitting molecules show com-parable lasing threshold values analogous to rigid devices and a continuous wavelength tunability of about 10 nm by mechanic-al stretching. In addition, the stretchability provides a simple solution for dynamically tuning the lasing wavelength in a spec-tral range that is challenging to achieve for inorganic counterparts. Our work has provided a simple and efficient method of fab-ricating tunable organic lasers that depend on stretchable distributed feedback gratings, demonstrating a significant step in the advancement of flexible organic optoelectronic devices. | Chengfang Liu He Lin Dongzhou Ji Qun Yu Shuoguo Chen Ziming Guo Qian Luo Xu Liu Wenyong Lai | 2023 | Journal of Semiconductors2023,44,3: | 0 |
