1Preparation of mesoporous activated carbons from coal liquefaction residue for methane decomposition显示文摘Mesoporous activated carbons were prepared from direct coal liquefaction residue(CLR)by KOH activation method,and the experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of KOH/CLR ratio,solvent for mixing the CLR and KOH,and carbonization procedure on the resultant carbon texture and catalytic activity for catalytic methane decomposition(CMD).The results showed that optimal KOH/CLR ratio of 2:1; solvent with higher solubility to KOH or the CLR,and an appropriate carbonization procedure are conductive to improving the carbon pore structure and catalytic activity for CMD.The resultant mesoporous carbons show higher and more stable activity than microporous carbons. 2Densities and surface tensions of ionic liquids/sulfuric acid binary mixtures显示文摘The densities and surface tensions of [Bmim][TFO]/H_2SO_4, [Hmim][TFO]/H_2SO_4 and [Omim][TFO]/H_2SO_4 binary mixtures were measured by pycnometer and Wilhelmy plate method respectively. The results show that densities and surface tensions of the mixtures decreased monotonously with increasing temperatures and increasing ionic liquid(IL) molar fraction. IL with longer alkyl side-chain length brings a lower density and a smaller surface tension to the ILs/H_2SO_4 binary mixtures. The densities and surface tensions of the mixtures are fitted well by Jouyban–Acree(JAM) model and LWW model respectively. Redlich-Kister(R–K) equation and modified Redlich-Kister(R–K) equation describe the excess molar volumes and excess surface tensions of the mixtures well respectively. Adding a small amount of ILs(xILb 0.1) into sulfuric acid brings an obvious decrease to the density and the surface tension. 3Effect of grain size on the electrochemical behavior of pure magnesium anode显示文摘Three kinds of pure magnesium anode materials with different grain sizes were prepared by extrusion at different temperatures.The grain size of each sample was calculated,then the effect of grain size on the electrochemical properties of pure magnesium anode was investigated by chemical immersion hydrogen test,potentiodynamic polarization scanning,constant current discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.As the extrusion temperature increases from 180℃ to 250℃,the average grain size of pure magnesium increases from 20m to 30m,and the pure magnesium extruded at 250℃ has the best electrochemical performance as magnesium anode,with the discharge potential of−1.571 V(vs.SCE).Plastic deformation process is a convenient method that can change the microstructure and improve the electrochemical behavior of magnesium anode.Tianxu Zheng Yaobo Hu Shengwei Yang 2017Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2017,5,4:3

6Simulation of Morphologies and Mechanical Properties of A/B Polymer Blend Film显示文摘The effects of blend composition and micro-phase structure on the mechanical behavior of A/B polymer blend film are studied by coupling the Monte Carlo(MC) simulation of morphology with the lattice spring model(LSM) of micro mechanics of materials.The MC method with bond length fluctuation and cavity diffusion algorithm on cubic lattice is adopted to simulate the micro-phase structure of A/B polymer blend.The information of morphology and structure is then inputted to the LSM composed of a three-dimensional network of springs to obtain the mechanical properties of polymer blend film.Simulated results show that the mechanical response is mainly affected by the density and the composition of polymer blend film through the morphology transition.When a force is applied on the outer boundary of polymer blend film,the vicinity of the inner cavities experiences higher stresses and strains responsible for the onset of crack propagation and the premature failure of the entire system.ZHAO Xuezhe DENG Shengwei HUANG Yongmin LIU Honglai HU Ying 2011Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2011,19,4:2

8A wheat integrative regulatory network from large-scale complementary functional datasets enables trait-associated gene discovery for crop improvement显示文摘Gene regulation is central to all aspects of organism growth,and understanding it using large-scale functional datasets can provide a whole view of biological processes controlling complex phenotypic traits in crops.However,the connection between massive functional datasets and trait-associated gene discovery for crop improvement is still lacking.In this study,we constructed a wheat integrative gene regulatory network(wGRN)by combining an updated genome annotation and diverse complementary functional datasets,including gene expression,sequence motif,transcription factor(TF)binding,chromatin accessibility,and evolutionarily conserved regulation.wGRN contains 7.2 million genome-wide interactions covering 5947 TFs and 127439 target genes,which were further verified using known regulatory relationships,condition-specific expression,gene functional information,and experiments.We used wGRN to assign genome-wide genes to 3891 specific biological pathways and accurately prioritize candidate genes associated with complex phenotypic traits in genome-wide association studies.In addition,wGRN was used to enhance the interpretation of a spike temporal transcriptome dataset to construct high-resolution networks.We further unveiled novel regulators that enhance the power of spike phenotypic trait prediction using machine learning and contribute to the spike phenotypic differences among modern wheat accessions.Finally,we developed an interactive webserver,wGRN(http://gffzzaeec8df70e7c4b21h0xnkvwfvcw0o60wk.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/wGRN),for the community to explore gene regulation and discover trait-associated genes.Collectively,this community resource establishes the foundation for using large-scale functional datasets to guide trait-associated gene discovery for crop improvement.Yongming Chen Yiwen Guo Panfeng Guan Yongfa Wang Xiaobo Wang Zihao Wang Zhen Qin Shengwei Ma Mingming Xin Zhaorong Hu Yingyin Yao Zhongfu Ni Qixin Sun Weilong Guo Huiru Peng 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,2:1

14Comparative evaluation of surgical stress of different lymph node dissection for gastric cancer显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the effects of surgical trauma of open surgery on the patients with gastric carcinoma who underwent different lymph node dissection. Methods:Total 30 patients with gastric carcinoma were divided into three groups (D1, D2, and D3) according to the extent of lymph node dissection. Peripheral blood samples were taken to measure the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), C-reactive protein (CRP) and polymorphonuclear elastase (PMNE). Ad- ditionally, leucocytes and lymphocytes counts in peripheral serum were also detected. Results: All the three groups showed a significant increase of the levels of IL-6, IL-8, CRP and PMNE after operation. There was no significant difference between D1 and D2 groups. When the comparison was made between D3 group and the other two groups, it showed higher concentration of IL-6, IL-8, CRP and PMNE in serum of D3 group. Leucocytes count showed no difference among the three groups. After operation, the patients in three groups had transient lymphocytes decrease on the second and third postoperative days, the lymphocytes count in D3 group was still lower while those in D1 and D2 groups began to increase. Conclusion: IL-6, IL-8, CRP and PMNE can be used to monitor surgical stress. 16Transcriptome analysis suggests mechanisms for a novel flowering type: Cleistogamous wheat显示文摘Wheat is one of the most important staple crops worldwide.Fusarium head blight severely reduces wheat yield and quality.Cultivation of a novel type of cleistogamous wheat mutant,ZK001,which was created by static magnetic field treatment,is a new strategy for controlling Fusarium head blight.However,little is known about the mechanism of cleistogamy in wheat.The present study demonstrated that anthers of ZK001 were retained on the glumes at all flowering stages,whereas those of YM18 were extruded from the paleae and lemmae.There was a clear difference in the morphological characteristics of lodicules between YM18 and ZK001.Lodicule calcium and potassium contents were significantly higher in YM18 than in ZK001 from white to yellow anther stages.In Fusarium head blight resistance,the diseased kernel rate and deoxynivalenol content of ZK001 were markedly lower than those of YM18 and QM725.Comparative transcriptome analysis of YM18 and ZK001 was performed to identify regulatory mechanisms of cleistogamy.The main differentially expressed genes identified in the spikelets of YM18 and ZK001 at the green anther stage were associated with cell walls,carbohydrates,phytohormones,water channel,and ion binding,transport,and homeostasis.These differentially expressed genes may play an important role in regulating cellular homeostasis,osmotic pressure,and lodicule development.The results indicate that ZK001 lost the ability to push the lemmae and paleae apart during the flowering stage because of the thin lodicules.ZK001 was speculated to provide structural barriers for Fusarium head blight during the flowering stage.The thin lodicule of ZK001 results from low levels of soluble sugar,calcium ions,and potassium ions in the lodicules.These levels are regulated by differentially expressed genes.Caiguo Tang Minghao Li Minghui Cao Ruiju Lu Huilan Zhang Chenghong Liu Shengwei Huang Pingping Zhang Hao Hu Weiwei Zhao Lifang Wu 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,2:1
