7Tunable emission properties of tri-doped Ca_(9)LiY_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(7):Ce^(3+),Tb^(3+),Mn^(2+) phosphors with warm white emitting based on energy transfer显示文摘Tri-doped Ca_(9)LiY_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(7):Ce^(3+),Tb^(3+),Mn^(2+)phosphors were prepared by a high-temperature solid state method.Under UV light excitation,Ca_(9)LiY_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(7):Ce^(3+)samples exhibit a broad band ranging from 320 to 500 nm.At 77 K,the emission spectra of Ca_(9)LiY_(2/3)(PO_(4))7:Ce^(3+)samples present two obvious emission peaks,indicating that Ce^(3+)ions occupy two different kinds of lattice sites(Ca(1/2)and Ca(3)),As a good sensitizer for Tb^(3+),Ce^(3+)ions in Ca_(9)LiY_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(7)lattice can effectively transfer part of energy to Tb^(3+),and the energy trans fer mechanism is determined to be dipole-dipole interaction.Consequently,the emitting color for Ce^(3+)and Tb^(3+)co-doped Ca_(9)LiY_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(7)samples can be tuned from bluish violet to green.In order to further enlarge the emission gamut,Mn^(2+)ions as red emission components were added,forming tri-doped single-phase Ca_(9)LiY_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(7):Ce^(3+),Tb^(3+),Mn^(2+)phosphors.The Ca_(9)LiY_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(7):Ce^(3+),Tb^(3+),Mn^(2+)phosphors exhibit tunable emission properties through controlling the relative doping concentration of Ce^(3+),Tb^(3+)and Mn^(2+).Especially,Ca_(9)LiY_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(7):0.09 Ce^(3+),0.12 Tb^(3+),0.30 Mn^(2+)can emit warm white light.The sample shows good thermal stability.At 150℃,the emission intensity for Ce^(3+)(360 nm),Tb^(3+)(545 nm)and Mn^(2+)(655 nm)decreases to 63%,69%,and 72%of its initial intensity,respectively.Moreover,the sample obtains good stability after 10 cycles between room temperature and150℃.Jindi Wang Riyan Su Min Cui Mengmeng Shang 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,5:0
8Quad-channel broadband compact multi-antenna GNSS down-converter for high-reliability navigation显示文摘A high-reliability broadband high-linearity down-converter for multi-antenna global navigation satellite system(GNSS)receiver is presented in this paper.Based on direction-of-arrival estimation,the multi-antenna GNSS receiver can separate the GNSS signals from the interfering signals and suppress harmful broadband radio frequency interferences.To drive the off-chip 50Ω2 resistive load and meet the stringent requirements of linearity,a quad-channel down-converter with a broadband common-gate low-noise transcon-ductance amplifier,current-driven passive mixer and novel bridge mode transimpedance driving amplifier have been proposed to contruct the multi-antenna recelver.The operating frequency of this down-converter is from 1.15 to 1.65 GHz,covering all bands for global positioning system(GPS),Beidou navigation satellite system(BDS),global navigation satellite system(GLONASS)and Galileo.The measured results show that the proposed quad-channel down-converter achieves+38 dBm output 3rd order intercept point(OIP3)and+17 dBm OP1dB(output-referred 1 dB compression point),9.5 dB to 12.9 dB noise figure(NF)across the variable gain of 10 dB to 27 dB and approximately 47 dB channel isolation.Riyan Wang Bin Li Hongyin He Kunming Yang Wei Feng Zhijian Chen 2023Transportation Safety and Environment2023,5,4:0
9A novel robust AE/MS source location method using optimized M-estimate consensus sample显示文摘Due to the complexity of the real engineering environment, the arrival measurement inevitably contains outliers and leads to serious location errors. In order to eliminate the influence of the outliers effectively,this paper proposes a novel robust AE/MS source localization method using optimized M-estimate consensus sample. First, a sample subset is selected from the entire arrival set to obtain fitting model and its parameters. Second, consensus set is determined by checking the arrivals with the fitting model instantiated by the estimated model parameters. Third, optimization process is performed to further optimize the consensus set. The above steps are iterated, and the final source coordinates are obtained by using all the elements in the optimal consensus set. The novel method is validated by a pencil-lead breaks experiment. The results indicate that the novel method has better location accuracy of less than 5 mm compared to existing methods, regardless of the presence or absence of outliers. With the increase of outlier scale and outlier ratio, the location result of the proposed method is always more stable and accurate than that of the existing methods.
