| 1 | China's regional transport dominance: Density, proximity, and accessibility显示文摘Transport infrastructure plays an important role in shaping the configuration of spatial socio-economic structures and influences regional accessibility.This paper defines transport dominance from three aspects:quality,quantity,and advantage,measured by density,proximity,and accessibility indices.County is the basic unit for analysis.The results reveal:(1)Transport dominance statistically follows a partial normal distribution.A very few counties,1.4%of the total,have extremely high transport dominance which strongly supports the socio-economic development in these areas.In contrast,one eighth of all counties have poor transport dominance which impedes local socio-economic development to some extent. The remaining areas,about 70%of the counties,have median transport dominance.(2) Transport dominance is spatially unevenly distributed,with values decreasing gradually from the coastal area to the inland area.Areas in the first-highest level of transport dominance are mainly concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta,the Greater Beijing area,and the Pearl River Delta.Areas in the second-highest level are focused in Chengdu,Chongqing,and Wuhan metropolitan areas.Provincial capitals and a few other counties belong to the third-highest level. | JIN Fengjun WANG Chengjin LI Xiuwei WANG Jiao'e | 2010 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2010,20,2: | 58 |
| 2 | Effects of resource additions on species richness and ANPP in an alpine meadow community显示文摘Aims Theories based on resource additions indicate that plant species richness is mainly determined by the number of limiting resources.However,the individual effects of various limiting resources on species richness and aboveground net primary productivity(ANPP)are less well understood.Here,we analyzed potential linkages between additions of limiting resources,species loss and ANPP increase and further explored the underlying mechanisms.Methods Resources(N,P,K and water)were added in a completely randomized block design to alpine meadow plots in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.Plant aboveground biomass,species composition,mean plant height and light availability were measured in each plot.Regression and analysis of variance were used to analyze the responses of these measures to the different resource-addition treatments.Important Findings Species richness decreased with increasing number of added limiting resources,suggesting that plant diversity was apparently determined by the number of limiting resources.Nitrogen was the most important limiting resource affecting species richness,whereas Pand K alone had negligible effects.The largest reduction in species richness occurred when all three elements were added in combination.Water played a different role compared with the other limiting resources.Species richness increased when water was added to the treatments with N and P or with N,P and K.The decreases in species richness after resource additions were paralleled by increases in ANPP and decreases in light penetration into the plant canopy,suggesting that increased light competitionwas responsible for the negative effects of resource additions on plant species richness. | Zhengwei Ren Qi Li Chengjin Chu Luqiang Zhao Jieqi Zhang Dexiecuo Ai Yingbo Yang Gang Wang | 2010 | Journal of Plant Ecology2010,3,1: | 40 |
| 3 | On filter-successive linearization methods for nonlinear semidefinite programming显示文摘In this paper we present a filter-successive linearization method with trust region for solutions of nonlinear semidefinite programming. Such a method is based on the concept of filter for nonlinear programming introduced by Fletcher and Leyffer in 2002. We describe the new algorithm and prove its global convergence under weaker assumptions. | 6 | Multi-class 12-lead ECG automatic diagnosis based on a novel subdomain adaptive deep network显示文摘Arrhythmia is a common type of cardiovascular disease,which has become the leading cause of global deaths.Recently,the automatic 12-lead ECG diagnosis system based on numerous labelled data has attracted increasing attention.However,labelling 12-lead ECG recordings is a complex and time-consuming task for clinicians.And then,the existence of data distribution differences limits the direct cross domain use of the trained model.Enlighted by subdomain adaptation methods,this paper designs a novel subdomain adaptative deep network(SADN)for excavating diagnosis knowledge from source domain datasets.Firstly,the convolutional layer,residual blocks and SE-Residual blocks are utilized for extracting meaningful deep features automatically.Additionally,the feature classifier uses these deep features for obtaining the final diagnosis predictions.Further,designing a novel loss function with local maximum mean discrepancy is utilized for restricting data distribution discrepancy from different datasets.Finally,the Clinical Outcomes in Digital ECG and 1st China Physiological Signal Challenge datasets are utilized for evaluating the superiority of SADN,which presents that SADN enhances algorithm performance on the unlabelled target domain dataset.Further,compared with the existing methods,the proposed network structure acquires better performance with a F1-macro of 89.43%and a F1-macro1 of 87.09%.Besides,among the 4 kinds of ECG abnormalities,the diagnostic effect of the SADN is better than that of cardiology residents.Thus,SADN has promising potential as an auxiliary diagnostic tool for the clinical environment. | JIN YanRui LI ZhiYuan LIU YunQing LIU JinLei QIN Chengjin ZHAO LiQun LIU ChengLiang | 2022 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,11: | 2 |

| 9 | 植物物种多度受功能性状和负密度依赖共同影响--以中国南亚热带黑石顶森林样地为例显示文摘影响植物群落中植物物种多度的因素较多,确定关键影响因素及阐明其具体机制一直是群落生态学的研究重点之一。目前确定性的影响因素主要有两大类:植物功能性状和负密度依赖。功能性状通过影响植物的竞争能力、资源的获取效率、对环境的适应能力等方面进而影响植物的多度;负密度依赖表现在同种或异种植物个体在空间上聚集,特异性的寄主(病原菌、昆虫等)传播容易导致植物个体(主要为幼苗和小树)死亡,种群发生自疏,进而影响植物的多度。到目前为止,单一探究植物功能性状或负密度依赖对植物多度影响机制的研究己有大量报道,而将两者结合来探讨对植物多度的影响的工作相对较少。为了更深入地探索影响植物多度的机制,本研究中我们综合分析了功能性状与负密度依赖对植物多度的影响。研究地点为广东省黑石顶亚热带森林50 ha大样地;功能性状方面选取了叶面积(LA)、比叶面积(SLA)、叶片干物质含量(LDMC)、叶片氮含量(LNC)和最大电子传输速率(ETRmax);植物物种所受负密度依赖强度通过构建小树在样地两次普查期间的存活状况受邻体密度影响的层次贝叶斯模型计算;通过结构方程模型构建功能性状-负密度依赖-物种多度的内在联系框架。结构方程模型结果显示,物种多度受功能性状和负密度依赖共同作用,其中功能性状对物种多度的影响包括直接作用和通过负密度依赖的间接作用。具体来说,SLA对多度的影响包括直接和间接两种;LDMC和LNC仅间接影响物种多度;LA和ETRmax对多度只有直接影响:负密度依赖与物种多度之间存在直接的负相关关系,说明多度较高的物种受到的负密度依赖效应更强。结构方程模型对物种多度差异的解释度达到20%。以上结果表明,黑石顶植物多度分布是功能性状与负密度依赖共同作用的结果;比叶面积在所研究的因素中贡献最大。该项工作有助于提高我们对亚热带森林植物常见种和稀有种分布格局的理解。 | Weitao Wang Yun Jiang Buhang Li Nianxun Xi Yongfa Chen Dong He Jiayi Feng Chengjin Chu | 2021 | Journal of Plant Ecology2021,14,3: | 2 |

| 15 | A novel lightweight computerized ECG interpretation approach based on clinical 12-lead data显示文摘Although 12-lead electrocardiograms(ECGs)provide a wide range of spatiotemporal characteristics,interpreting them for arrhythmia detection is difficult due to a lack of reliable large-scale clinical datasets.Herein,we proposed an innovative lightweight computerized ECG interpretation approach based on 12-lead data.Our model was trained,validated,and tested on 53845 standard 12-lead ECG records collected at Shanghai First People’s Hospital in affiliation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University.The experiments revealed that our approach had a classification accuracy of 94.41%in the classification task of seven types of rhythms,which was markedly superior to related single-lead and 12-lead ECG classification methods.Moreover,the average receiver operating characteristic area under the curve reached a value of 0.940,and the precision values for sinus tachycardia and sinus bradycardia were 0.945 and 0.91,respectively,with specificity values of 0.996 and 0.994.By employing our boosting method,we were able to improve the accuracy to 94.85%.To investigate the performance degradation of the proposed neural network in some classes,an ECG cardiologist was enlisted to review questionable ECGs;this process provides a promising direction for network performance improvement.Therefore,the proposed computerized ECG interpretation approach has practical significance because it could help professional physicians analyze patients’heart conditions based on real-time 12-lead ECG or grade their disease severity in advance. | LIU YunQing QIN ChengJin LIU JinLei JIN YanRui LI ZhiYuan ZHAO LiQun LIU ChengLiang | 2024 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2024,67,2: | 0 |
| 16 | Performance measurement and evaluation of an ionic liquid electrospray thruster显示文摘As a novel micro-propulsion system for small satellites(from micro to nano),the ionic liquid electro spray propulsion system is a promising candidate.However,performance measurement and evaluation of the Ionic Liquid Electrospray Thruster(ILET)is one of the most challenging issues for practical application,due to the difficulties in the development of a prototype and direct measurements of micro-thrust and small flow rate.To address this issue,a Modular Ionic Liquid Electrospray Thruster(MILET)prototype is constructed,and a diagnostic system for thrust and mass flow rate is specially developed based on an analytical balance method.With the ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate as the propellant,a series of experiments is carried out on the MILET prototype under a wide operating condition through changing the applied voltage to control the thrust.Under different applied voltages,the thrust and the mass flow rate of the propellant are directly measured.The propulsive performance parameters of the thruster,such as thrust,specific impulse,thrust-to-power ratio,thruster efficiency,etc.,are comprehensively analyzed.Then,a performance comparison is made between the MILET and other representative ILETs.With a relatively low applied voltage ranging from 1550 V to 2000 V,the MILET achieves a quasi-constant specific impulse of 1263 s with the averaged thrust-to-power ratio of 65.2μN/W and thruster efficiency of 40.7%.The performance of ILET is also compared with other typical electric propulsions.The results demonstrate that the ILET exhibits an excellent ability of minimalization with high specific impulse and thruster efficiency,which guarantees a great superiority in micro propulsions.Finally,the ways to further improve the performance of ILET are discussed,which further confirms the potential prospect of ILET.The present result helps to advance the development and application of ILET. | Chengjin HUANG Jianling LI Mu LI | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,3: | 0 |

| 20 | Deep Reinforcement Learning Based Charging Scheduling for Household Electric Vehicles in Active Distribution Network显示文摘With the booming of electric vehicles(EVs) across the world, their increasing charging demands pose challenges to urban distribution networks. Particularly, due to the further implementation of time-of-use prices, the charging behaviors of household EVs are concentrated on low-cost periods, thus generating new load peaks and affecting the secure operation of the medium-and low-voltage grids. This problem is particularly acute in many old communities with relatively poor electricity infrastructure. In this paper, a novel two-stage charging scheduling scheme based on deep reinforcement learning is proposed to improve the power quality and achieve optimal charging scheduling of household EVs simultaneously in active distribution network(ADN) during valley period. In the first stage, the optimal charging profiles of charging stations are determined by solving the optimal power flow with the objective of eliminating peak-valley load differences. In the second stage, an intelligent agent based on proximal policy optimization algorithm is developed to dispatch the household EVs sequentially within the low-cost period considering their discrete nature of arrival. Through powerful approximation of neural network, the challenge of imperfect knowledge is tackled effectively during the charging scheduling process.
