| 1 | Adaptive coherence estimator based on the Krylov subspace technique for airborne radar显示文摘A novel adaptive detector for airborne radar space-time adaptive detection(STAD) in partially homogeneous environments is proposed. The novel detector combines the numerically stable Krylov subspace technique and diagonal loading technique, and it uses the framework of the adaptive coherence estimator(ACE). It can effectively detect a target with low sample support. Compared with its natural competitors, the novel detector has higher probability of detection(PD), especially when the number of the training data is low. | 2 | Prostate cancer tends to metastasize in the bone-mimicking microenvironment via activating NF-κB signaling显示文摘Prostate cancer preferentially metastasizes to the bone. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms are still unclear. To explore the effects of a bone-mimicking microenvironment on PC3 prostate cancer cell growth and metastasis, we used osteoblast differentiation medium(ODM; minimal essential medium alpha supplemented with L-ascorbic acid) to mimic the bone microenvironment. PC3 cells grown in ODM underwent epithelial-mesenchymal transition and showed enhanced colony formation, migration, and invasion abilities compared to the cells grown in normal medium. PC3 cells grown in ODM showed enhanced metastasis when injected in mice. A screening of signaling pathways related to invasion and metastasis revealed that the NF-κB pathway was activated, which could be reversed by Bay 11-7082, a NF-κB pathway inhibitor. | 6 | LncRNA RP11-307C12.11 promotes the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma by acting as a molecular sponge of miR-138显示文摘Background:Abnormal expression of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)has been found in almost all tumors in humans,providing numerous potential diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers,and therapeutic targets.Materials and methods:The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database was used to screen potential LncRNAs,and 30 paired hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)tissues were used to investigate RP11-307C12.11 expression levels by qRT-PCR and another 105 HCC tissues by in situ hybridizsation(ISH).RP11-307C12.11 overexpression and knockdown experiments were performed to investigate the effects of RP11-307C12.11 on HCC growth through in vitro and in vivo assays(MTT assay,colony formation assay,EdU assay,and xenograft model).The molecular mechanism underlying these effects was confirmed by MS2-RIP-assay,RIP assay,luciferase assay,and rescue experiments.Results:RP11-307C12.11 expression level was significantly higher in tumor tissues than in the adjacent normal tissues.Elevated RP11-307C12.11 expression level was associated with poor prognosis of HCC patients,and it may be represented as an independent prognostic biomarker in patients with HCC.Functionally,RP11-307C12.11 overexpression promoted HCC growth both in vitro and in vivo;however,its knockdown reversed these effects.Mechanistically,we found that RP11-307C12.11 expressed predominantly in the cytoplasm and sponged microRNA(miR)-138 to regulate its common target CCND1 and PDK1.Conclusions:Thus,we found that RP11-307C12.11 acts as an oncogene in HCC by binding to miR-138,which might provide a novel target for HCC therapy. | Yinan Deng Yusheng Cheng Kaining Zeng Haibo Li Yiming Huang Yiquan Jiang Tingting Xia Tong Zhang Yang Yang | 2019 | Liver Research2019,3,3: | 1 |
| 7 | Effect of annealing on the microstructures and Vickers hardness at room temperature of intermetallics in Mo-Si system显示文摘The microstructures and Vickers hardness at room temperature of arc-melting processed intermetallics of Mo5Si3-MoSi2 hypoeutectic alloy and hypereutectic alloy annealed at 1200℃ for different time were investigated. Lamellar structure consisted of Mo5Si3 (D8m) phase and MoSi2 (C11b) phase was observed in all the alloys. For Mo5Si3-MoSi2 hypoeutectic alloy, the lamellar structure was found only after annealing and developed well with fine spacing on the order of hundred nanometers after annealing at 1200℃ for 48 h. But when the annealing time was up to 96 h, the well-developed lamellar structure was destroyed. For Mo5Si3-MoSi2 hypereutectic alloy, the lamellar structure was found both before and after annealing. However the volume fraction and spacing of the lamellar structure did not change significantly before and after annealing. The effects of the formation, development and destruction of lamellar structure on Vickers hardness of alloys were also investigated. When Mo5Si3-MoSi2 hypoeutectic alloy annealed at 1200℃ for 48 h, the Vickers hardness was improved about 19% compared with that without annealing and formation of lamellar structure. | 8 | Structural origin of magnetic softening in a Fe-based amorphous alloy upon annealing显示文摘The underlying structural origin of magnetic properties is still elusive in Fe-based amorphous alloys.In this study,distinctive soft magnetic properties were developed in Fe_(76)Si_(9)B_(10)P_(5)amorphous ribbons through systematic design of annealing process.Combining with synchrotron radiation,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and first principle ab initio molecular dynamic simulation,it is found that the atomic structural evolution both in short range order and medium range order is responsible for the magnetic softness at proper annealing temperature.In short range,formation of separated and densely coordinated Fe-metalloid clusters is instigated to adapt energy minimization,resulting in strengthening of ferromagnetic exchange interaction locally.In medium range,a homogeneous exchangecoupling from the uniformly strong and weak ferromagnetic regions is generated,which significantly weakens magnetic heterogeneity and leads to the excellent magnetic softness.Our findings may provide an effective/promising pathway to modulate the magnetic properties for Fe-based amorphous alloys,and give a comprehensive and quantitative understanding of the structure-properties relationship in amorphous materials. | Xing Tong Yan Zhang Yaocen Wang Xiaoyu Liang Kai Zhang Fan Zhang Yuanfei Cai Haibo Ke Gang Wang Jun Shen Akihiro Makino Weihua Wang | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,1: | 1 |

| 10 | Structure,dielectric properties of low-temperature-sintering BaTiO3-based glass–ceramics for energy storage显示文摘The 0.85BaTiO3–0.15Bi(Mg_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O_(3)(BTBMN)ceramics with low-melting-temperature B_(2)O_(3)–Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)–Na_(2)SiO_(3)(BNN)glass addition were prepared by the solid state method.The composition of the glass–ceramics was BTBMN–x wt.%BNN(x=0,1,3,5,7,9,12,15;abbreviated as BG).The sintering characteristics,phase structure,microstructure,dielectric properties and energy storage properties were systematically investigated.The sintering temperature of BTBMN ceramics was greatly reduced by the addition of BNN glass.The second-phase BaTi(BO_(3)T_(2)was observed in the BG system until the glass content reached 15 wt.%.The addition of BNN glass significantly reduces the grain size of BTBMN ceramics.With the increase of BNN glass content,dielectric constant of BG glass–ceramics at 1 kHz gradually decreased,the maximum dielectric constant('mT of BG glass–ceramics gradually decreased,while the temperature corresponding to the maximum dielectric constant(T_(m)T increased,the ferroelectric relaxation behavior decreased and the temperature stability of the dielectric constant gradually improved.As the BNN glass content increased,the breakdown electric field strength(BDS)of BG glass–ceramics increased first and then decreased,and the polarization values reduced gradually,while the trend of energy storage performance is similar to BDS.When the BNN glass content was 3 wt.%,the energy storage properties of the BG glass–ceramics were optimal,and a recoverable energy storage density(Wrec)of 1.26 J/cm^(3)and an energy storage efficiency(η)of 80.9%were obtained at the electric field strength of 220 kV/cm.The results showed that BG glass–ceramics were promising for energy storage capacitors. | Tong Wang Yuanhao Wang Haibo Yangy Ying Lin Luo Kong Shuya Gao Fen Wang | 2018 | Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2018,8,6: | 0 |
| 11 | Status of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt for portal hypertension in China:A national survey analysis显示文摘Aim:The transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)procedure has been performed in China for 30 years,but our understanding of the status and difficulties associated with the use of TIPS for portal hypertension is incomplete.This study aims to investigate the current situation of the use of TIPS for portal hypertension,which should aid the development of TIPS in China.Methods:This study involved a questionnaire survey,initiated by the China Portal Hypertension Alliance(CHESS)to investigate the use of TIPS for portal hypertension in China.Questionnaires were released on the Internet between August 16,2022 and September 16,2022.Detailed information was collected from 545 hospitals contracted by the CHESS in China,which performed TIPS surgery in 2021.Results:The 545 hospitals covers the majority of hospitals in China that conduct TIPS intervention.In the survey,a total of 13,527 TIPS interventions were carried out with 94.1%(498/545)of them had a system of routine follow‐up after TIPS.The majority(42.6%[232/545])believed that the main indication of TIPS was the control of acute bleeding.Overall,48.1%(262/545)carried out early or pre‐emptive TIPS,53.0%(289/545)carried out TIPS for cavernous transformation of the portal vein,and 81.0%(441/545)chose routine embolization of collateral circulation during operation.Most used coils(97.0%[475/490])and biological glue(72.0%[353/490])as embolic materials,and 78.5%(428/545)routinely performed intraoperative portal pressure gradient measurements.When selecting TIPS stents,57.1%(311/545)chose viator‐specific stents,and 57.2%(312/545)chose conventional anticoagulation after TIPS.Conventional anticoagulation after TIPS is over a time interval of 3–6 months(55.4%[173/312]).The limitation of TIPS surgery is mainly its cost(72.3%[394/545])and insufficient understanding of the procedure by doctors in other related departments(77.4%[422/545]).Most of the hospital teams accept the use of domestic instruments in TIPS surgery(92.7%[505/545]).Conclusions:This survey shows that TIPS is an essential part of the treatment of portal hypertension in China.TIPS is widely used in Chinese patients with portal hypertension,and this survey presents a more comprehensive picture of the options and difficulties encountered in the implementation of TIPS.In the future,it is necessary to promote TIPS technology and further standardize surgical indications,routine operations,and instrument application. | Haibo Shao Xinwei Han Jianbo Zhao Junhui Sun Zhuting Fang Bin Xiong Xiaoli Zhu Weixin Ren Min Yuan Shiping Yu Meng Niu Weifu Lv Xueqiang Zhang Chunqing Zhang Lei Li Xuefeng Luo Yusheng Song Yilong Ma Tong Dang Hua Xiang Yun Jin Hui Xue Guiyun Jin Xiao Li Jiarui Li Shi Zhou Changlu Yu Song He Lei Yu Hongmei Zu Jun Ma Yanming Lei Ke Xu Xiaolong Qi | 2023 | Portal Hypertension & Cirrhosis2023,2,1: | 0 |
| 12 | Embedding laser generated GaAs nanocrystals in perovskite wires for enhanced charge transport and photodetection显示文摘Solution-processed perovskite wires are attractive candidates for photodetectors(PDs)due to their simple processibility as well as one-dimensional(1D)geometry with desirable charge carrier transport.However,the performance of the perovskite PDs is generally restricted by the charge carrier transport and extraction efficiency.Herein,we demonstrate that the charge transport and the consequent photodetection performance of MAPbI_(3)perovskite wires can be effectively enhanced by incorporating nanocrystals(NCs)of GaAs-a semiconductor with high charge carrier mobility.Taking advantage of the pulsed laser irradiation technique,we successfully fabricate ligand-free GaAs NCs with a size of~7 nm and homogeneously embed them in MAPbI_(3) perovskite wires through a simple solution-processed synthesis route.Compared with the pristine perovskite wires,the GaAs NCs modulated perovskite wires show improved charge carrier transport with the mobility rising from 1.13 to 3.67 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1),and the resultant PD shows significant improvement in responsivity and detectivity.This study provides a new strategy for improving optoelectronic properties of halide perovskite materials and optimizing the device performance. | Hang Guo Yu Tong Haibo Fan Qian Ye Jin Zhang Hongyue Wang Fengren Cao Liang Li Hongqiang Wang | 2022 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022,65,7: | 0 |

| 16 | Micro-mechanical properties of shale due to water/supercritical carbon dioxide-rock interaction显示文摘To investigate the impacts of water/supercritical CO_(2)-rock interaction on the micro-mechanical properties of shale,a series of high-temperature and high-pressure immersion experiments were performed on the calcareous laminated shale samples mined from the lower submember of the third member of Paleogene Shahejie Formation in the Jiyang Depression,Bohai Bay Basin.After that,grid nanoindentation tests were conducted to analyze the influence of immersion time,pressure,and temperature on micro-mechanical parameters.Experimental results show that the damage of shale caused by the water/supercritical CO_(2)-rock interaction was mainly featured by the generation of induced fractures in the clay-rich laminae.In the case of soaking with supercritical CO_(2),the aperture of induced fracture was smaller.Due to the existence of induced fractures,the statistical averages of elastic modulus and hardness both decreased.Meanwhile,compaction and stress-induced tensile fractures could be observed around the laminae.Generally,the longer the soaking time,the higher the soaking pressure and temperature,the more significant the degradation of micro-mechanical parameters is.Compared with water-rock interaction,the supercritical CO_(2)-rock interaction caused a lower degree of mechanical damage on the shale surface.Thus,supercritical CO_(2)can be used as a fracturing fluid to prevent the surface softening of induced fractures in shale reservoirs. | LI Ning JIN Zhijun ZHANG Shicheng WANG Haibo YANG Peng ZOU Yushi ZHOU Tong | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,4: | 0 |
