2SIS accuracy and service performance of the BDS-3 basic system显示文摘On December 27,2018,the basic system of the third-generation BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS-3)completed the deployment of its constellation of 18 MEO networking satellites as well as the construction of the operation control system(OCS)and began to provide basic navigation services to users worldwide.Compared with BDS-2,BDS-3 aims to offer users better navigation signals and higher precision with a series of new technologies.For example,the spaceborne atomic clock of BDS-3 is upgraded for higher performance,the Ka-band inter-satellite link is adopted for inter-satellite ranging and communication,and new B1C and B2a signals are broadcast in addition to B1I and B3I signals(compatible with BDS-2).In addition,a 9-parameter model based on a spherical harmonic function is employed for ionospheric delay corrections.Using the observation data from 18 satellites of the basic system,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the pseudorange measurement characteristics,signal-in-space(SIS)accuracy of navigation messages and global service capability of BDS-3.The results indicate that the pseudorange measurement multipath effect and observation noise of BDS-3 satellites are better than those of BDS-2;additionally,with the support of inter-satellite links,the user range error(URE)of the BDS-3 satellite broadcast ephemeris is better than 10 cm,the precision of the broadcast clock parameter is better than 1.5 ns,and the SIS accuracy is better than 0.6 m overall.Different from the traditional Klobuchar model,the BeiDou global broadcast ionospheric delay correction model(BDGIM)can provide ionospheric delay corrections better than 70%for worldwide single-frequency users.The service capability evaluation of the basic system consists mainly of the accuracy improvement of the B1I and B3I signals according to BDS-2 as well as the global positioning accuracy of the new signals.These results prove that the BDS-3 basic system has achieved the design goal;that is,both the horizontal and the vertical global positioning accuracies are better than 10 m(95%).In the future,6 MEO satellites as well as 3 GEO satellites and 3 IGSO satellites for regional enhancement purposes will be deployed for full operation;consequently,BDS-3 will definitely provide a higher SIS accuracy and better service capability.JinPing Chen XiaoGong Hu ChengPan Tang ShanShi Zhou YuFei Yang JunYang Pan Hui Ren YueXin Ma QiuNing Tian Bin Wu Yang Yu 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,6:14
3Degree of Brine Evaporation and Origin of the Mengyejing Potash Deposit:Evidence from Fluid Inclusions in Halite显示文摘The Mengyejing potash deposit is located in the southern port of the Simao Basin, Yunnan Province, and is hosted in mid-Cretaceous strata. The chemical compositions of fluid inclusions in halite crystals, collected from the level-610 adit in the deposit, were analysed by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS). The results show that the brine is of the Na-K-Mg-Ca-Cl type and has K concentrations that are distinctly higher than those of Mg and Ca, unlike normal brines associated with Cretaceous halite. The high K concentrations indicate that the degree of evaporation of the ancient Mengyejing saline lake was very high, reaching the sylvite deposition stage but rarely reaching the carnallite deposition stage. The trajectory of the H and O isotopic compositions of the brines in the halite-hosted fluid inclusions corresponds to intense evaporation, indicating that the net evaporation exceeded the net inflow of brines. These brine compositions in halite-hosted fluid inclusions were likely formed by the dissolution of previously deposited K-bearing minerals by fresh continental and/or seawater, forming a type of modified seawater, with deep hydrothermal fluids potentially supplying additional potassium. 4Progress on the application of electrochemiluminescence biosensor based on nanomaterials显示文摘Electrogenerated chemiluminescence, also known as electrochemiluminescence, abbreviated ECL, is a new technology combining electrochemistry and chemiluminescence. It is generated by high-energy electrons generated on the surface of the electrode in the emission process of excited state photons formed in the transfer process, and is a perfect combination of electrochemistry and spectroscopy. It not only has the advantages of good environment, high luminosity and wide dynamic range, but also has the characteristics of simple, stable and practical electrochemical methods, and nearly zero background signals. With the rapid development of nanomaterials, due to their unique electrical properties, large specific surface area, good biocompatibility and other characteristics, various nanomaterials have been widely used in the field of biosensors and sensitive detection. 5Identification of Volatile Compounds in Codfish(Gadus) by a Combination of Two Extraction Methods Coupled with GC-MS Analysis显示文摘Codfish is a kind of abyssal fish species with a great value in food industry. However, the flavor of codfish, especially the unpleasant odor, has caused serious problems in its processing. To accurately identify the volatile compounds in codfish, a combination of solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) method and simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE) method was used to extract the volatiles. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) along with Kovats indices(KI) and authentic standard compounds were used to identify the volatiles. The results showed that a total of 86 volatile compounds were identified in codfish, of them 24 were extracted by SDE, 69 compounds by SPME, and 10 compounds by both SDE and SPME. Seventy volatile compounds were found to have specific odors, of them 7 typical compounds contributed significantly to the flavor of codfish. Alcohols(i.e.,(E)-2-penten-1-ol and 2-octanol), esters(i.e., ethyl butyrate and methyl geranate), aldehydes(i.e., 2-dodecenal and pentadecanal) contributed the most to fresh flavor while nitrogen compounds, sulphur compounds, furans, as well as some ketones(i.e., 2-hydroxy-3-pentanone) brought unpleasant odor, such as fishy and earthy odor. 6Integrative Analysis Reveals Enhanced Regulatory Effects of Human Long Intergenic Non-Coding RNAs in Lung Adenocarcinoma显示文摘Although there is an accumulating appreciation of the key roles that long intergenic non-coding RNAs(linc RNAs) play in diverse cellular processes, our knowledge of how linc RNAs function in cancer remains sparse. Here, we present a comprehensive landscape of RNA-seq transcriptome profiles of lung adenocarcinomas and their paired normal counterparts to unravel gene regulation rules of linc RNAs.Consistent with previous findings of co-expression between neighboring protein-coding genes, linc RNAs were typically co-expressed with their neighboring genes, which was found in both cancerous and normal tissues. By building a mathematical model based on correlated gene expression, we distinguished an additional subset of linc RNAs termed 'regulatory linc RNAs', representing their dominant roles in gene regulation. The number of regulatory linc RNAs was significantly higher in cancerous compared to normal tissues, and most of them positively regulated protein-coding genes in trans. Functional validation, using knockdown, determined that regulatory linc RNA,GAS5, affected its predicted protein-coding targets. Moreover, we discovered hundreds of differentially expressed regulatory linc RNAs with inclusion of some cancer-associated linc RNAs. 8PdNi/N-doped graphene aerogel with over wide potential activity for formic acid electrooxidation显示文摘Anti-CO poisoning ability is significant in formic acid oxidation in the fuel cell technique.Herein,Pd Ni alloy supported on N-doped graphene aerogel(Pd Ni/GA-N)was found to have catalytic ability toward formic acid electrooxidation over a wide potential range because of the improved anti-CO poisoning ability.This catalyst was fabricated by simple freeze-drying of mixture solution of graphene aerogel,polyvinylpyrrolidone,Pd^(2+)and Ni^(2+)and the subsequent thermal annealing reduction approach in the N2/H2 atmosphere.Pd-Ni alloy particles anchored over the folding N-doped graphene surface with a porous hierarchical architecture structure in the 3 D directions.It showed the catalytic performance of its maximum mass activity of 836 m A mg^(-1)in a broad potential range(0.2-0.6 V)for formic acid oxidation.The CO stripping experiment demonstrated its largely improved anti-CO poisoning ability with the peak potential of 0.67 V,approximately 60 and 40 m V less compared to those of Pd/GA-N and Pd/C samples.The high anti-CO poisoning ability and strong electronic effect resulting from the interaction between the3 D GA-N support and the Pd-Ni alloy makes it a promising catalyst for application in direct formic acid fuel cells.Yufei Bao Meng Zha Pengliang Sun Guangzhi Hu Ligang Feng 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,8:3

10Mechanical activation of spike fosters SARS-CoV-2 viral infection显示文摘The outbreak of SARS-CoV-2(SARS2)has caused a global COVID-19 pandemic.The spike protein of SARS2(SARS2-S)recognizes host receptors,including ACE2,to initiate viral entry in a complex biomechanical environment.Here,we reveal that tensile force,generated by bending of the host cell membrane,strengthens spike recognition of ACE2 and accelerates the detachment of spike’s S1 subunit from the S2 subunit to rapidly prime the viral fusion machinery.Mechanistically,such mechano-activation is fulfilled by force-induced opening and rotation of spike’s receptor-binding domain to prolong the bond lifetime of spike/ACE2 binding,up to 4 times longer than that of SARS-S binding with ACE2 under 10 pN force application,and subsequently by force-accelerated S1/S2 detachment which is up to~103 times faster than that in the no-force condition.Interestingly,the SARS2-S D614G mutant,a more infectious variant,shows 3-time stronger force-dependent ACE2 binding and 35-time faster force-induced S1/S2 detachment.We also reveal that an anti-S1/S2 non-RBD-blocking antibody that was derived from convalescent COVID-19 patients with potent neutralizing capability can reduce S1/S2 detachment by 3×106 times under force.Our study sheds light on the mechano-chemistry of spike activation and on developing a non-RBD-blocking but S1/S2-locking therapeutic strategy to prevent SARS2 invasion.Wei Hu Yong Zhang Panyu Fei Tongtong Zhang Danmei Yao Yufei Gao Jia Liu Hui Chen Qiao Lu Tenny Mudianto Xinrui Zhang Chuxuan Xiao Yang Ye Qiming Sun Jing Zhang Qi Xie Pei-Hui Wang Jun Wang Zhenhai Li Jizhong Lou Wei Chen 2021Cell Research2021,31,10:2

12NES cell显示文摘A broadband adaptive vibration control strategy with high reliability and flexible versatility is proposed.The high vibration damping performance of nonlinear energy sink(NES)has attracted attention.However,targeted energy transfer may cause severe vibration of NES.Besides,it is difficult to realize pure nonlinear stiffness without the linear part.As a result,the reliability of NES is not high.The low reliability of NES has hindered its application in engineering.In addition,the performance of NES depends on its mass ratio of the primary system,and NES lacks versatility for different vibration systems.Therefore,this paper proposes the concept of NES cell.The advantages of the adaptive vibration control of NES are applied to cellular NES.By applying a large number of NES cells in parallel,the reliability of NES and its versatility to complex vibration structures are improved.An elastic beam is used as the primary vibration structure,and a limited NES is used as the cell.The relationship between the vibration suppression effect of NES cells and the number of NES cell is studied.In addition,the effect of the distribution of NES cells on the multi-mode resonance suppression of the beam is also studied.In summary,the mode of the primary structure can be efficiently controlled by a large number of lightweight NES cell.Therefore,the lightweight NES cell is flexible for vibration control of complex structures.In addition,it improves the reliability of NES applications.Therefore,the distributed application of NES cells proposed in this paper is a valuable vibration suppression strategy.Hu DING Yufei SHAO 2022Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2022,43,12:2
