| 1 | A local homogenization approach for simulating the reinforcement effect of the fully grouted bolt in deep underground openings显示文摘Fully grouted bolts are a key component of the support system for underground openings.Although considerable effort has been made in the simulation of the reinforcement effect of the fully grouted bolts on the rock masses surrounding underground openings,most of the work has limited significance since the structural element approach is used.This study proposes a local homogenization approach(L-H approach)that integrates elastoplastic mechanics,composite mechanics,and analytical approaches with numerical simulation to effectively simulate the reinforcement effect of the fully grouted bolt on deep surrounding rock masses.In the L-H approach,the representative volume of bolted rock mass(RVBRM)with a fully grouted bolt is established based on the original mesh model utilized in the rockbolt element approach.The RVBRM is a regular quadrangular prism with a cross-sectional size equal to the bolt spacing and a length equal to the bolt length.The RVBRM is homogenized by the L-H approach from a unidirectional bolt-reinforced composite into a homogeneous transversely isotropic medium whose mechanical properties are described by a new transversely isotropic elastoplastic model.The L-H parameters for the RVBRM are obtained using analytical approaches,composite mechanics,and known parameters of the rock mass and bolt.Using the L-H approach,the reinforcement effect of the fully grouted bolt on the bolted rock specimen and the surrounding rock mass in Jinping II Diversion Tunnel#2 with a depth greater than 2000 m is simulated.The results show that the predictions of the L-H approach are more in agreement with the physical model results of bolted rock specimen and provide a more realistic response of the bolted surrounding rock mass.The L-H approach demonstrates that fully grouted bolts with common bolt spacings and diameters substantially enhance the elastic modulus,shear strength,and tensile strength of the rock mass in the direction of the bolt axis. | Dingping Xu Xiuyang Liu Quan Jiang Shaojun Li Yangyi Zhou Shili Qiu Fei Yan Hong Zheng Xiang Huang | 2022 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,2: | 3 |

| 8 | Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-TiSe_(2) analogous heterostructure for flexible zinc ion battery显示文摘Exploring zinc-free anode materials is one of the effective strategies to get the zinc dendrites problem of flexible zinc ion battery(ZIB)solved.In this work,an analogous heterostructure(AHS)is constructed from the excellent MXene(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))and TiSe_(2) nanosheets.The AHS not only possesses numerous diffu-sion paths and Zn^(2+)storage sites but also possesses a stable conductive network to accelerate charge transfer in the electrode.As a collaborative advantage,electrochemical measurement results show that MXene/TiSe_(2) electrodes display an excellent specific capacity of 177.9 mAh g^(-1) at 0.10 A g^(-1) and a long-term cycling stability of 77.4%capacity retention after 400 cycles.DFT computations further demon-strate the excellent performance of MXene/TiSe_(2) electrodes including desirable electronic conductivity and low Zn^(2+)migration barriers.The assembled flexible ZIB not only delivers a good specific capacity of 42.2μAh cm^(-2) at 0.20 mA cm^(-2) and a competitive energy density of 37.4μWh cm^(-2) but also exhibits excellent flexibility and thermostability.Furthermore,after 400 cycles at 0.60 A g^(-1),flexible ZIB shows a capacity retention of 73.8%.This work gives a successful attempt to design 2D layered materials as Zn metal-free anode for flexible ZIB. | Li Wen Junjie Shi Qixiang Zhang Fei Wang Siliang Wang Shaojun Zhang Qiang Wang Ke Mao Fei Long Yihua Gao | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,19: | 0 |

| 10 | Anti-inflammatory effects of amarogentin on 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-induced atopic dermatitis-like mice and in HaCat cells显示文摘Background:Amarogentin(AMA)is a secoiridoid glycoside extracted from Swertia and Gentiana roots and exhibits many biological effects such as antioxidative,antiinflammatory,and antitumor activities.Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease caused by disorders in the regulation of multiple inflammatory cytokines.No effective cure has been found for AD now.Methods:We constructed the HaCat and splenocyte model and tested the inhibitory effect of AMA on IL-4,IL-6,and IL-13 secretions using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The AD mouse model was constructed and treated with AMA,the severity of skin lesions was observed,epidermal tissue was collected,and epidermal thickness and mast cell infiltration were observed using hematoxylin and eosin and toluidine blue staining,respectively.The expression of kallikrein-related peptidase 7(KLK7)and filaggrin(FLG)was detected using immunostaining and Western blot analysis.The mRNA expression of KLK7 and FLG was detected using quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR).Blood immunoglobulin E(IgE)secretion was detected.Results:AMA inhibited IL-6 secreted by tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α-induced HaCaT cells and reduced IL-4 and IL-13 secreted by phytohemagglutinin(PHA)-induced primary cells in the mice spleen.It was found that the treatment of AMA with 2,4-din itrochlorobenzene-induced AD-like mice could promote the recovery of dermatitis,reduce the score of dermatitis severity and the scratching frequency,treat the skin lesions,reduce the epidermal thickness,decrease the infiltration of mast cells,reduce the IgE level in serum,decrease the expression levels of AD-related cytokines,increase protein and mRNA expression of FLG,and reduce the protein and mRNA expression of KLK7 in the skin tissues of AD-like mice.Conclusion:In conclusion,AMA inhibits inflammatory response at the cellular level,and AMA reduces the validation response of specific dermatitis mice,relieves pruritus,and repairs the damaged skin barrier. | Qian Zhang Hanlin Wang Cheng Ran Yansi Lyu Fei Li Yihang Yao Shaojun Xing Li Wang Si Chen | 2023 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2023,6,3: | 0 |

| 13 | Personalized assessment and training of neurosurgical skills in virtual reality:An interpretable machine learning approach显示文摘Background Virtual reality technology has been widely used in surgical simulators,providing new opportunities for assessing and training surgical skills.Machine learning algorithms are commonly used to analyze and evaluate the performance of participants.However,their interpretability limits the personalization of the training for individual participants.Methods Seventy-nine participants were recruited and divided into three groups based on their skill level in intracranial tumor resection.Data on the use of surgical tools were collected using a surgical simulator.Feature selection was performed using the Minimum Redundancy Maximum Relevance and SVM-RFE algorithms to obtain the final metrics for training the machine learning model.Five machine learning algorithms were trained to predict the skill level,and the support vector machine performed the best,with an accuracy of 92.41%and Area Under Curve value of 0.98253.The machine learning model was interpreted using Shapley values to identify the important factors contributing to the skill level of each participant.Results This study demonstrates the effectiveness of machine learning in differentiating the evaluation and training of virtual reality neurosurgical performances.The use of Shapley values enables targeted training by identifying deficiencies in individual skills.Conclusions This study provides insights into the use of machine learning for personalized training in virtual reality neurosurgery.The interpretability of the machine learning models enables the development of individualized training programs.In addition,this study highlighted the potential of explanatory models in training external skills. | Fei LI Zhibao QIN Kai QIAN Shaojun LIANG Chengli LI Yonghang TAI | 2024 | 虚拟现实与智能硬件(中英文)2024,6,1: | 0 |
