| 1 | Whole-genome sequencing of 508 patients identifies key molecular features associated with poor prognosis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)is a poor-prognosis cancer type with limited understanding of its molecular etiology.Using 508 ESCC genomes,we identified five novel significantly mutated genes and uncovered mutational signature clusters associated with metastasis and patients’outcomes.Several functional assays implicated that NFE2L2 may act as a tumor suppressor in ESCC and that mutations in NFE2L2 probably impaired its tumor-suppressive function,or even conferred oncogenic activities.Additionally,we found that the NFE2L2 mutations were significantly associated with worse prognosis of ESCC.We also identified potential noncoding driver mutations including hotspot mutations in the promoter region of SLC35E2 that were correlated with worse survival.Approximately 5.9%and 15.2%of patients had high tumor mutation burden or actionable mutations,respectively,and may benefit from immunotherapy or targeted therapies.We found clinically relevant coding and noncoding genomic alterations and revealed three major subtypes that robustly predicted patients’outcomes.Collectively,we report the largest dataset of genomic profiling of ESCC useful for developing ESCC-specific biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment. | Yongping Cui Hongyan Chen Ruibin Xi Heyang Cui Yahui Zhao Enwei Xu Ting Yan Xiaomei Lu Furong Huang Pengzhou Kong Yang Li Xiaolin Zhu Jiawei Wang Wenjie Zhu Jie Wang Yanchun Ma Yong Zhou Shiping Guo Ling Zhang Yiqian Liu Bin Wang Yanfeng Xi Ruifang Sun Xiao Yu Yuanfang Zhai Fang Wang Jian Yang Bin Yang Caixia Cheng Jing Liu Bin Song Hongyi Li Yi Wang Yingchun Zhang Xiaolong Cheng Qimin Zhan Yanhong Li Zhihua Liu-Show | 2020 | Cell Research2020,30,10: | 19 |
| 2 | Luminescent and photovoltaic properties of poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-co-bithiophene) in organic electronic devices显示文摘We studied the luminescent and photovoltaic properties of poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-co-bithiophene)(F8T2) based on ITO/PEDOT:PSS/F8T2/Bphen/LiF(0 or 1 nm)/Al and ITO/PEDOT:PSS/F8T2:PCBM/Bphen/Al.A stable and bright yellow emission was obtained from polymer F8T2,and the electroluminescence power reached 45 ?W at a 15 V driving voltage.Polymer F8T2 shows a broad absorption band from 400 to 500 nm,and has a shorter absorption edge at about 560 nm compared to that of the typical electron donor P3HT(650 nm).The photoluminescence quenching of F8T2 occurs with only a small fraction of blended PCBM due to the effective exciton dissociation at the interface between F8T2 and PCBM.Polymer solar cells(PSCs) using F8T2:PCBM as the active layer show a low power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 0.10% with an open circuit voltage(Voc) of 0.91 V and short circuit current density(Jsc) of 0.23 mA/cm2.The PSCs using F8T2:P3HT:PCBM as the active layer have a Voc of 0.85 V and Jsc of 3.02 mA/cm2,improving the PCE by about 0.90%.We attribute the improved cell performance to the higher number of photons harvested by P3HT molecules. | XU XiaoWei ZHU EnWei BIAN LinYi WANG ZiXuan WANG Jin ZHUO ZuLiang WANG Jian ZHANG FuJun TANG WeiHua | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,9: | 2 |

| 4 | Sm and Mn co-doped PMN-PT piezoelectric ceramics:Defect engineering strategy to achieve large d_(33)and high Q_(m)显示文摘PbTiO_(3)-based piezoelectric ceramics are key materials for developing various electromechanical transduc-ers.For high-power ultrasonic transducers,piezoelectric ceramics are required to possess large piezo-electric coefficient(d_(33))and high mechanical quality factor(Q_(m)).Although acceptor dopants can im-prove Q_(m),they also deteriorate d_(33).If suitable piezoelectricity-beneficial donor dopants can be intro-duced into acceptor-doped ceramics,it is very possible to obtain large d_(33)and high Q_(m)simultaneously in donor and acceptor co-doped ceramics.In this work,a series of x mol%Sm and y mol%Mn co-doped Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-30PbTiO_(3)(PMN-30PT:x Sm,y Mn)ceramics were prepared by the solid-phase sintered method.The crystal structure,local domain structure and electromechanical properties were sys-tematically analyzed.Optimal performances were obtained in PMN-30PT:2.5Sm,1-2Mn ceramics with d_(33)=860-543 pC/N,Q_(m)=495-754,and dielectric loss tanδ=0.0055-0.0086.This high performance origi-nates from the combined effects of(Mn″Ti−V_(o)^(••))^(×)defect dipoles and the local structural heterogeneity. | Yixiao Yang Enwei Sun Zhimin Xu Huashan Zheng Bin Yang Rui Zhang Wenwu Cao | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,6: | 0 |
