| 1 | Injections of ginkgo in the treatment of cerebral infarction: a systematic review and network Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of injections of ginkgo(GI) combined with Western Medicine(WM) for cerebral infarction(CI).METHODS: Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of CI treated by GI were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal Database, Web of Science, Cochrane library, Embase, Pub Med and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, with the publication data no later than April, 2016. The Cochrane risk of bias method was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the RCTs. The data were analyzed by Review Manager 5.3, Stata 13.0,and Win BUGS 14 software.RESULTS: Totally 37 RCTs involving 4330 patientswere included. By direct comparison, the results of GI group were significantly superior to the routine WM group in the total effective rates [OR = 3.61,95% CI(2.93, 4.44), P < 0.0001], the neural function defect score(NFDS) [MD =-4.39, 95% CI(-5.47,-3.32), P < 0.0001]. Network Meta-analysis(NMA)results showed that, between 5 GIs in efficacy, the difference comparing ginaton injections(Gb E) to ginkgo-dipyidamolum injections(GD) [OR = 1.74,95% CI(0.73, 3.65)], shuxuening injections(SXN)[OR = 1.06, 95% CI(0.609, 1.697)] or ginkgolides injections(GK) [OR = 4.711, 95% CI(1.178, 13.21)]reach statistical significance; the difference comparing GD to GK reach statistical significance [OR =2.791, 95% CI(0.866, 6.908)]; the difference comparing SXN to GK reach statistical significance[OR = 4.537, 95% CI(1.203, 12.41)]. Besides, there was no difference between 4 GIs in NFDS. Probability ranking result showed a great possibility for GK [Surface under the Cumulative Ranking curve(SUCRA) = 80.3%] in improving the total effective rates, which were followed by GD(SUCRA =73.34%), SXN(SUCRA = 46.59%), Gb E(SUCRA =45.46%), floium ginkgo extract and tertram ethypyrazine sodium chloride injections(FT)(SUCRA = 35.64%). However, GK(SUCRA = 80.3%) or Gb E(SUCRA = 69.4%) was better than other GIs in reducing NFDS.GK + WM is the best treatment measures to reduce NFDS in cerebral infarction,which were followed by SXN + WM(SUCRA =51.6%), GD + WM(SUCRA = 48.1%).CONCLUSION: GIs was more effectiveness on CI than the routine Western Medicine. | 2 | The Arabidopsis pentatricopeptide repeat protein PDM1 is associated with the intergenic sequence of S11-rpoA for rpoA monocistronic RNA cleavage显示文摘The PDM1 gene encodes a pentatricopeptide repeat protein of the PLS subfamily.It is essential for rpoA polycistronic processing in Arabidopsis.In this study,we performed functional analysis of PDM1 in rpoA monocistronic cleavage and chloroplast development.The pdm1 mutants display an albino lethal phenotype with severe chloroplast development defects.When the construct of PDM1 fused with the GFP gene was introduced into Arabidopsis protoplasts,the GFP signal was exclusively observed in chloroplasts.This shows that PDM1 is localized to chloroplast.In the wild type,the rpoA transcript of about 990 nt is processed.In pdm1,this transcript is absent.However,Western blot showed that the RpoA protein in pdm1 is accumulated at a level approximately 1/3 of the wild type.This suggests that certain other transcripts processed from L23-L2-S19-L22-S3-L16-L14S8-L36-S11-rpoA polycistronic precursor may be used as templates for protein translation.To determine whether PDM1 can bind to the rpoA pre-mRNA,we generated a transgenic Arabidopsis line with PDM1 fused to FLAG tag that was capable of complementing the pdm1-1 mutant phenotype.RNA immunoprecipitation analysis showed that PDM1 is associated with S11-rpoA intergenic sequence.This indicates that PDM1 may bind to the S11-rpoA intergenic region to perform rpoA processing. | YIN QianQian CUI YongLan ZHANG GuoRui ZHANG HongDao WANG XiaoMeng YANG ZhongNan | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,26: | 2 |

| 4 | Local singularity and S–A methods for analyzing ore-producing anomalies in the Jianbiannongchang area of Heilongjiang,China显示文摘The Heilongjiang Jianbiannongchang area is located at the confluence of the Great and Lesser Xing’an Ranges.This area has a complex magmatic and tectonic evolutionary history that has resulted in a complex and diverse geological background for mineralization.In this study,isometric logarithmic ratio(ILR)transformations of Au,Cu,Pb,Zn,and Sb contents were performed in the1:50,000 soil geochemical data of the Jianbiannongchang area.Robust principal component analysis(RPCA)was conducted based on ILR transformation.The local singularity and spectrum-area(S-A)methods were used to extract information on mineralogic anomalies.The results showed that:(1)the transformed data eliminated the influence of the original data closure effect,and the PC1and PC2 information obtained by applying RPCA reflected ore-producing element anomalies dominated by Au and Cu.(2)The local singularity method can enhance the information of the local strong and weak slow anomalies.After performing local singularity analysis on PC1 and PC2,the obtained local anomalies reflected the local singularity spatial anomaly patterns related to Cu and Au mineralization in this area,which is an effective method for trapping ore-producing anomalies.(3)Furthermore,the composite anomaly decomposition of PC1 and PC2 was performed using the S-A method,and the screened anomalous and background fields reflect the ore-producing anomalies related to Cu and Au mineralization.This information is in agreement with known Cu and Au mineralization.(4)The geochemical anomalies with mineralization potential were obtained outside the known mineralization sites by integrating the information of oreproducing anomalies extracted by the local singularity and S-A methods,providing the theoretical basis and exploration direction for future exploration in the study area. | Zhonghai Zhao Kai Qiao Yiwen Liu Xiaomeng Cui Binbin Cheng Shanshan Liang Chenglu Li | 2023 | Acta Geochimica2023,42,2: | 1 |
