1ADSORPTION DYNAMICS OF MACROPOROUS POLYMERIC ADSORBENT Ⅱ. The Studies on the Film Diffusion Mass-Transfer Process显示文摘The film diffusion mass-transfer process of adsorption of phenol on macroporous polystyrene resin was investigated in detail In order to revise the Boyd film diffusion kinetics equation, the out-surface structure of the macroporous resin and that of gel-type ion-exchange resin was compared and the new film diffusion equation was also suggested. 2ADSORPTION DYNAMICS OF MACROPOROUS POLYMERIC ADSORBENT I.The Studies on the Particle Diffusion Mass-Transfer Process显示文摘The adsorption dynamics for phenol in aqueous solution of the adsorbent based on polystyrene was studied. In order to distinguish with the Boyd quasi-homogeneous model of the inner structure of ion-exchanger, the particle diffusion model including surface diffusion model and pore diffusion model was suggested which is suitable to the macroporous adsorbent. The diffusiondetermination step of the adsorption process was established and the effective diffusion coefficient was also determined. The influence of surface diffusion and pore diffusion on the particle diffusion rate was investigated qualitatively. 3Changes in EEG measurements in intractable epilepsy patients with neurofeedback training显示文摘To assess the effects of neurofeedback on brain electrophysiology and to determine how biofeedback works,power spectral density (PSD) and approximate entropy(ApEn) analyses are applied to the EEGs of six patients with intractable epilepsy who received neurofeedback training.After sessions of treatment,the EEG sensorimotor rhythm to theta PSD ratio calculated from the C4 electrode site becomes larger than that before the treatment,which is consistent with the biofeedback protocol.The ApEn over 16-channel EEG recordings all increase to different degrees.Larger increases occur in channels located near the training position(C4).All these results suggest that these EEG measurements are new criteria that can be used to evaluate the effect of neurofeedback.Longlian Zhao Wenqing Wu Zuoqing Liang Guangshu Hu 2009Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2009,19,11:2

6The effects of proteasome inhibitor lactacystin on mouse oocyte meiosis and first cleavage显示文摘In order to study the effects of ubiquitin-proteasome pathway (UPP) on mouse oo- cyte meiosis and cleavage, oocytes undergoing maturation and parthenogenetic activation and 1-cell embryos were treated with lactacystin, a specific inhibitor of proteasome. The results indi- cated that the rate of GVBD was not influenced by the treatment, but polar body extrusion, par- thenogenesis and first cleavage were inhibited. Immunofluorescent staining using anti β-tubulin antibody indicated that the continuous treatment of lactacystin from GV stage disorganized microtubules and spindle assembly. When metaphase stage oocytes were treated with the drug, the already formed spindle structure was not affected , but the oocytes were arrested at meta- phases. The 1-cell embryos were arrested at interphase or metaphase of first mitosis when they were incubated in the drug. Proteasome regulatory subunit PA700 was located in the spindle region, as indicated by immunofluorescence. These results suggest that UPP has effects on the process of oocyte meiosis and early cleavage in many aspects, including normal organization of spindle at prophase and segregation of chromosomes at anaphase for normal meiosis.TAN Xin 1,3 , PENG An 2 , WANG Yongchao 2 & TANG Zuoqing 3 1. 14Experimental research on self-stressing and self-compacting concrete filled steel tube columns subjected to eccentric load显示文摘A total of fifteen self-stressing and selfcompacting concrete(SSC)filled steel tube columns and three common self-compacting concrete filled steel tube(CFST)columns are tested under eccentric compression load to analyze the the effect of initial self-stress on the compression behavior of CFSTs.The results show that the elastic working range of the columns is lengthened because of initial self-stress and it slightly decreases with the increase of load eccentricity ratio and slenderness ratio.Because of the initial self-stress,the concrete core is always under compression in three directions,so the compactness is enhanced and the ultimate bearing capacity obviously increases;but the initial self-stress hardly affects the failure mode of the columns.Chengkui HUANG Zuoqing SHANG Peng ZHANG 2009Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2009,3,4:1
15High-Entropy Perovskite Oxide: A New Opportunity for Developing Highly Active and Durable Air Electrode for Reversible Protonic Ceramic Electrochemical Cells显示文摘Reversible proton ceramic electrochemical cell(R-PCEC)is regarded as the most promising energy conversion device,which can realize efficient mutual conversion of electrical and chemical energy and to solve the problem of large-scale energy storage.However,the development of robust electrodes with high catalytic activity is the main bottleneck for the commercialization of R-PCECs.Here,a novel type of high-entropy perovskite oxide consisting of six equimolar metals in the A-site,Pr_(1/6)La_(1/6)Nd_(1/6)Ba_(1/6)Sr_(1/6)Ca_(1/6)CoO_(3−δ)(PLN-BSCC),is reported as a high-performance bifunctional air electrode for R-PCEC.By harnessing the unique functionalities of multiple ele-ments,high-entropy perovskite oxide can be anticipated to accelerate reaction rates in both fuel cell and electrolysis modes.Especially,an R-PCEC utilizing the PLNBSCC air electrode achieves exceptional electrochemical performances,demonstrating a peak power density of 1.21 W cm^(−2)for the fuel cell,while simultaneously obtaining an astonishing current density of−1.95 A cm^(−2)at an electrolysis voltage of 1.3 V and a temperature of 600℃.The significantly enhanced electrochemical performance and durability of the PLNBSCC air electrode is attributed mainly to the high electrons/ions conductivity,fast hydration reactivity and high configurational entropy.This research explores to a new avenue to develop optimally active and stable air electrodes for R-PCECs.Zuoqing Liu Zhengjie Tang Yufei Song Guangming Yang Wanru Qian Meiting Yang Yinlong Zhu Ran Ran Wei Wang Wei Zhou Zongping Shao 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,12:1

19MODIFICATION OF X-5 RESIN AND ADSORPTION PROPERTY OF THE MODIFIED RESINS显示文摘Three polymeric adsorbents with hydrogen bonding acceptors, methylamine, N-methyl-acetamide and aminotri(hydroxymethyl)methane modified resins are synthesized from chloromethylated X-5 resin. Adsorption isotherms of phenol and theophylline onto the three modified resins and the original X-5 resin from aqueous solution are measured. The results show that adsorption of compounds with hydrogen bonding donor onto methylamine and N-methylacetamide modified resins is enhanced as compared with that onto X-5 resin, and adsorption mechanism between the adsorbents and the adsorbates is mainly based on hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interaction. 20Separation of gibberellic acid (GA3) by macroporous adsorption resins显示文摘The adsorption effects of several macroporousadsorption resins for gibberellic acid (GA3) were investigated.The dynamic adsorption capacity is 58.38 mg/g drybeads for resin R4 and 96.46 mg/g dry beads for resin R5which is consistent with the surface area. Aqueous methanol(50%, V/V) is a good eluent and the yield of GA3 isabove 95%.
