| 1 | High performance liquid chromatographic separation of thirteen drugs collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010(Ch.P2010) on cellulose ramification chiral stationary phase显示文摘The enantiomers separation of thirteen drugs collected in Ch.P2010 was performed on chiral stationary phase of cellulose ramification (chiralpak OD and chiralpak OJ) by high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) methods, which included ibuprofen (C1), ketoprofen (C2), nitrendipine (C3), nimodipine (C4), felodipine (C5), omeprazole (C6), praziquantel (C7), propranolol hydrochloride (C8), atenolol (C9), sulpiride (C10), clenbuterol hydrochloride (C11), verapamil hydrochloride (C12), and chlorphenamine maleate (C13). The mobile phase consisted of isopropanol and n-hexane. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the fiow rate was 0.7 mL/min. The enantiomers separation of these thirteen racemates on chiralpak OD column and chiralpak OJ column was studied, while the effects of proportion of organic additives, alcohol displacer and temperature on the separation were studied. And the mechanism of some of racemates was discussed. The results indicated that thirteen chiral drugs could be separated onchiral stationary phase of cellulose ramification in normal phase chromatographic system. The chromatographic retention and resolution of enantiomers could be adjusted by factors including column temperature and the concentration of alcohol displacer and organic alkaline modifier in mobile phase. It was shown that the resolution was improved with reducing concentration of alcohol displacer. When concentration of organic alkaline modifier was 0.2% (v/v), the resolution and the peak shape were fairly good. Most racemates mentioned above had better resolution at column temperature of 25 1C. Semantic similarity is calculated between layer hierarchies of workflows. | 3 | Audio steganography with AES for real-time covert voice over internet protocol communications显示文摘As a popular real-time service on the Internet,Voice over Internet Protocol(VoIP)communication attracts more and more attention from the researchers in the information security field.In this study,we proposed a VoIP steganographic algorithm with variable embedding capacities,incorporating AES and key distribution,to realize a real-time covert VoIP communication.The covert communication system was implemented by embedding a secret message encrypted with symmetric cryptography AES-128 into audio signals encoded by PCM codec.At the beginning of each VoIP call,a symmetric session key(SK)was assigned to the receiver with a session initiation protocol-based authentication method.The secret message was encrypted and then embedded into audio packets with diferent embedding algorithms before sending them,so as to meet the realtime requirements of VoIP communications.For each audio packet,the embedding capacity was calculated according to the specific embedding algorithm used.The encryption and embedding processes were almost synchronized.The time cost of encryption was so short that it could be ignored.As a result of AES-based steganography,observers could not detect the hidden message using simple statistical analysis.At the receiving end,the corresponding algorithm along with the SK was employed to retrieve the original secret message from the audio signals.Performance evaluation with state-of-the-art network equipment and security tests conducted using the Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon method indicated that the proposed steganographic algorithm is secure,efective,and robust. | TANG ShanYu JIANG YiJing ZHANG LiPing ZHOU ZhangBing | 2014 | Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,3: | 2 |

| 5 | Effects of organic strength on performance of microbial electrolysis cell fed with hydrothermal liquefied wastewater显示文摘Microbial electrochemical technology has drawn increasing attention for the treatment of recalcitrant wastewater as well as production of energy or value-added chemicals recently.However,the study on the treatment of hydrothermal liquefied wastewater(HTL-WW)using microbial electrolysis cell(MEC)is still in its infancy.This study focused on the effects of organic loading rates(OLRs)on the treatment efficiency of recalcitrant HTL-WW and hydrogen production via the MEC.In general,the chemical oxygen demand(COD)removal rate was more than 71.74%at different initial OLRs.Specially,up to 83.84%of COD removal rate was achieved and the volatile fatty acids were almost degraded at the initial OLR of 2 g COD/L·d in the anode of MEC.The maximum hydrogen production rate was 3.92 mL/L·d in MEC cathode,corresponding to a hydrogen content of 7.10%at the initial OLR of 2 g COD/L·d.And in the anode,the maximum methane production rate of 826.87 mL/L·d was reached with its content of 54.75%at the initial OLR of 10 g COD/L·d.Analysis of electrochemical properties showed that the highest open circuit voltage of 0.48 V was obtained at the initial OLR of 10 g COD/L·d,and the maximum power density(1546.22 mW/m3)as well as the maximum coulombic efficiency(6.01%)were obtained at the initial OLR of 8 g COD/L·d.GC-MS analysis revealed the existence of phenols and heterocyclic matters in the HTL-WW,such as 1-acetoxynonadecane and 2,4-bis(1-phenylethyl)-phenol.These recalcitrant compounds in HTL-WW were efficiently removed via MEC,which was probably due to the combination effect of microbial community and electrochemistry in MEC anode. | Shen Ruixia Lu Jianwen Zhu Zhangbing Duan Na Lu Haifeng Yuanhui Zhang Liu Zhidan | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3: | 2 |
