1Synthesis of novel chiral bisoxazoline ligands with a spiro[4,4]-1,6-nonadiene skeleton显示文摘A new type of chiral bisoxazoline ligands 1 based on spiro[4,4]-1,6-nonadiene backbone was easily prepared in six steps from racemic spiro[4,4]-nonane-1,6-dione,with the Pd-catalyzed coupling of the enol triflates with CO and amino alcohols as the key steps for the construction of the oxazoline moiety. The structure of the ligand (R,S,S)-1b was unambiguously established by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The chiral Cu(II) complex generated in situ from the combination of spiro bisoxazoline ligand (S,S,S)-1c and Cu(OTf)2 was effective in the catalysis of asymmetric chlorination of the β-ketoester,methyl 1-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-2-carboxylate,affording the corresponding chlorinated derivative in 99% yield with 17% ee.HAN ZhaoBin WANG Zheng ZHANG XuMu DING KuiLing 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,25:1

6A novel electro-Fenton hybrid system for enhancing the interception of volatile organic compounds in membrane distillation desalination显示文摘Membrane distillation(MD)is a promising alternative desalination technology,but the hydrophobic membrane cannot intercept volatile organic compounds(VOCs),resulting in aggravation in the quality of permeate.In term of this,electro-Fenton(EF)was coupled with sweeping gas membrane distillation(SGMD)in a more efficient way to construct an advanced oxidation barrier at the gas-liquid interface,so that the VOCs could be trapped in this layer to guarantee the water quality of the distillate.During the so-called EF-MD process,an interfacial interception barrier containing hydroxyl radical formed on the hydrophobic membrane surface.It contributed to the high phenol rejection of 90.2% with the permeate phenol concentration lower than 1.50 mg/L.Effective interceptions can be achieved in a wide temperature range,even though the permeate flux of phenol was also intensified.The EF-MD system was robust to high salinity and could electrochemically regenerate ferrous ions,which endowed the long-term stability of the system.This novel EF-MD configuration proposed a valuable strategy to intercept VOCs in MD and will broaden the application of MD in hypersaline wastewater treatment.Hongxin Liu Kuiling Li Kunpeng Wang Zhiyong Wang Zimou Liu Sichao Zhu Dan Qu Yu Zhang Jun Wang 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4:0
7Styrax japonicus functional genomics:an efficient virus induced gene silencing(VIGS)system显示文摘VIGS(Virus-induced gene silencing),a method for posttranscriptional gene silencing,is an effective technique for investigating the activities of genes in plants.Since there is no report for available VIGS system in Styrax japonicus,the application of a VIGS approach that results in a gene knockdown to study gene function is limited.In this study,we compared the characteristics that could affect the viability of VIGS in S.japonicus,including the acetosyringone(AS)concentration,the Agrobacterium’s optical density and the inoculation method.The stable reference genes of S.japonicus were selected to validate the gene’s knockdown by quantitative PCR.As a result,we successfully constructed 2 VIGS systems based on TRV virus:vacuum with AS concentration of 200μmol·L^(-1)and OD600of 0.5,and friction-osmosis with AS concentration of 200μmol·L^(-1)and OD600of 1.0,which silencing efficiency was 83.33%and 74.19%,respectively.The successfully applied VIGS method provides a rapid and effective reverse gene functional analysis approach in S.japonicus to identify unknown gene functions.Gangyu Sun Yiqian Ju Cuiping Zhang Lulu Li Xinqiang Jiang Xiaoman Xie Yizeng Lu Kuiling Wang Wei Li 2024Horticultural Plant Journal2024,10,1:0
