2FRUCTOKINASE-LIKE PROTEIN 1 interacts with TRXz to regulate chloroplast development in rice显示文摘Chloroplast genes are transcribed by the plastidencoded RNA polymerase(PEP) or nucleus-encoded RNA polymerase. FRUCTOKINASE-LIKE PROTEINS(FLNs) are phosphofructokinase-B(Pfk B)-type carbohydrate kinases that act as part of the PEP complex; however, the molecular mechanisms underlying FLN activity in rice remain elusive.Previously, we identified and characterized a heat-stress sensitive albino(hsa_1) mutant in rice. Map-based cloning revealed that HSA_1 encodes a putative OsFLN_2. Here, we further demonstrated that knockdown or knockout of the OsFLN_1, a close homolog of HSA_1/OsFLN_2, considerably inhibits chloroplast biogenesis and the fln_1 knockout mutants, created by clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR) and CRISPR-associate protein_9, exhibit severe albino phenotype and seedling lethality. Moreover, OsFLN_1 localizes to the chloroplast.Yeast two-hybrid, pull-down and bimolecular fluorescencecomplementation experiments revealed that OsFLN_1 and HSA_1/OsFLN_2 interact with THIOREDOXINZ(OsTRXz) to regulate chloroplast development. In agreement with this,knockout of OsTRXz resulted in a similar albino and seedling lethality phenotype to that of the fln_1 mutants. Quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and immunoblot analysis revealed that the transcription and translation of PEP-dependent genes were strongly inhibited in fln_1 and trxz mutants, indicating that loss of OsFLN_1, HSA_1/OsFLN_2, or OsTRXz function perturbs the stability of the transcriptionally active chromosome complex and PEP activity. 3Altered relationship between thickness and intrinsic activity amplitude in generalized tonic–clonic seizures显示文摘A thinner cortex has higher potential for binding GABA receptor A which is associated with larger amplitudes of intrinsic brain activity(i BA). However, the relationship between cortical thickness and i BA is unknown in intact and epileptic brains. To this end, we investigated the relationship between cortical thickness measured by highresolution MRI and surface-based i BA derived from resting-state functional MRI in normal controls(n = 82) andpatients with generalized tonic–clonic seizures(GTCS)only(n = 82). We demonstrated that the spatial distribution of cortical thickness negatively correlated with surface-based i BA amplitude at both whole-brain and within independent brain functional networks. In GTCS patients,spatial coupling between thickness and i BA amplitude decreased in the default mode, dorsal attention, and somatomotor networks. In addition, the vertex-wise acrosssubject thickness–i BA amplitude correspondence altered in the frontal and temporal lobes as well as in the precuneus in GTCS patients. 10A Three-state Dual-inductance Bi-directional Converter and Its Control in Pulse-loaded Three-port Converters显示文摘The current-pulse load is generally characterized by wide frequency band and pulse variation,when it is directly connected to the power supply bus.The load power is presented as the instantaneous power.In order to balance the instantaneous power difference between the pulse load and the DC bus,a bi-directional DC/DC converter is usually connected in parallel to compensate for the current fluctuation caused by the characteristics of the pulse load.However,there is a large current spike in the bus current in the pre-stage when the pulse load is changed between light and heavy load.In this paper,a three-state dual-inductance bi-directional converter is proposed.In addition,the load current waveform is directly used to control the inductive branch switches,and an adaptive current feedback control strategy based on the valley voltage loop is proposed to control the power switches.The control method is applicable to the arbitrary change of the frequency and power of the pulse load.Finally,the experimental results show that the threestate dual-inductance bi-directional converter not only eliminates excessive bus current spikes,but also improves the transient response of the three-port power supply system.Ping Yang Zerong Shang Chaorui Liu Yusheng Peng Zeyu Zhu Zhengge Chen 2020CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,2:1
