| 1 | A de novo Genome of a Chinese Radish Cultivar显示文摘Here, we report a high-quality draft genome of a Chinese radish(Raphanus sativus) cultivar. This draft contains 387.73 Mb of assembled scaffolds, 83.93% of the scaffolds were anchored onto nine pseudochromosomes and 95.09% of 43 240 protein-coding genes were functionally annotated. 184.75 Mb(47.65%) of repeat sequences was identified in the assembled genome. By comparative analyses of the radish genome against 10 other plant genomes, 2 275 genes in 780 gene families were found unique to R. sativus. | 3 | High-throughput Sequencing Reveals vsiRNAs Derived from Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus-infected Watermelon显示文摘Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus(CGMMV) is a member of the genus Tobamovirus, and is a serious pathogen of Cucurbitaceae crops. Virusderived small interfering RNAs(vsi RNAs), which are processed by Dicer-like and Argonaute proteins as well as RNA-dependent RNA polymerase,mediate the silencing of viral genomic RNA and host transcripts. To identify the CGMMV derived vsi RNAs and reveal interactions between CGMMV and watermelon host plant, deep sequencing technology was used to identify and characterize the vsi RNAs derived from CGMMV in infected watermelon plants in present study. A total of 10 801 368 vsi RNA reads representing 71 583 unique s RNAs were predicted in CGMMVinoculated watermelon plants. The CGMMV vsi RNAs were mostly 21 or 22 nt long. The majority of the CGMMV vsi RNAs(i.e., 91.7%) originated from the viral sense strand. Additionally, uracil was the predominant 5′-terminal base of vsi RNAs. Furthermore, the putative targets and functions of some of the CGMMV vsi RNAs were predicted and investigated. | 4 | Cytocompatibility of High Nitrogen Nickel-Free Stainless Steel for Orthopedic Implants显示文摘Cytocompatibility of high nitrogen nickel-free stainless steel(HNS) with different nitrogen content was evaluated and compared with a conventional austenitic stainless steel 317L.The MTT assay(3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) was performed on MG63 osteoblasts to assess the cytotoxicity.The expression of selected marker typical of differentiated osteoblasts,such as alkaline phosphatase activity(AKP),was also monitored in MG63 cells cultured on the tested materials.As a result,HNS had higher cell growth than 317L;meanwhile the cytocompatibility was increased with increasing nitrogen content.Furthermore,HNS enhanced osteoblasts differentiation,as confirmed by AKP activity.Overall these facts indicated that HNS had higher cytocompatibility than 317L and the nitrogen content contributed to the higher cytocompatibility of HNS.The influence of nitrogen on surface energy further explained the cytocompatibility of HNS. | Tianchi Ma Peng Wan Yuyan Cui Guirong Zhang Jiqiang Li Jihui Liu Yibin Ren Ke Yangg Li Lu | 2012 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2012，28，7： | 2 |

| 9 | A rare variant in COL11A1 is strongly associated with adult height in Chinese Han population显示文摘Human height is a highly heritable trait in which multiple genes are involved. Recent genome-wide association studies(GWASs) have identified that COL11A1 is an important susceptibility gene for human height. To determine whether the variants of COL11A1 are associated with adult and children height,we analyzed splicing and coding single-nucleotide variants across COL11A1 through exome-targeted sequencing and two validation stages with a total 20,426 Chinese Han samples. A total of 105 variants were identified by exome-targeted sequencing, of which 30 SNPs were located in coding region. The strongest association signal was chr1_103380393 with P value of 4.8 * 10^(-7). Chr1_103380393 also showed nominal significance in the validation stage(P = 1.21 * 10^(-6)). Combined analysis of 16,738 samples strengthened the original association of chr1_103380393 with adult height(P_(combined)= 3.1 * 10^(-8)), with an increased height of 0.292sd(standard deviation) per G allele(95% CI:0.19-0.40). There was no evidence(P = 0.843) showing that chr1_103380393 altered child height in 3688 child samples. | 10 | Radiosensitization by microRNA30a-5p in a nude mouse model with subcutaneous lung-cancer xenograft显示文摘Objective We aimed to observe the radiosensitization effect of mir-30a-5p in a nude mouse model with subcutaneous lung-cancer xenograft and to explore the underlying mechanism.Methods A549 cell lines with either stable upregulation or downregulation of mir-30a-5p,and their negative control,were transfected with lentivirus vectors.These cell lines were used to establish a nude mouse model with subcutaneous lung-cancer xenograft.Each group was randomly divided into irradiated and non-irradiated groups.The radiosensitization effect of mir-30a-5p in vivo was studied by observing xenograft growth trends and tumor weight.The mechanisms involved in this radiosensitization were investigated by detecting expressed radiosensitization-related proteins,using immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.Results The expression level of mir-30a-5p in the lenti-mir-30a-5p group was higher than that in the negative control(lenti-GFP)group and lower in the lenti-inhibitor group(P<0.05).Subcutaneous lung-cancer xenografts in the irradiation group and lenti-mir-30a-5p increased in size slowly;tumors were lighter and tumor inhibition rates were higher than those in the non-irradiation and lenti-GFP groups.In contrast,the opposite of these effects was observed in the lenti-inhibitor group.Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting indicated that ATM protein expression level was lower in the lenti-mir-30a-5p group,with or without irradiation,compared to that in the lenti-GFP group.ATM protein levels were higher in the lenti-inhibitor groups.The phosphorylation level of ATM at residue 1981 was low in the groups without irradiation and increased significantly after irradiation(P<0.05).Moreover,the phosphorylation level was lower in the lenti-mir-30a-5p group and higher in the lenti-inhibitor group than that in the lenti-GFP group after irradiation(P<0.05).Conclusion Mir-30a-5p enhanced the radiosensitivity of nude mice with subcutaneous lung-cancer xenografts by inhibiting ATM phosphorylation. | Yuyan Guo Yingtao Cui Xing Bao Yue Ke Hongtao Ren Jiyuan Pan Liping Song Hongbing Ma | 2022 | Oncology and Translational Medicine2022，8，4： | 0 |
| 11 | Service Pricing Decision of E-Commerce Supply Chain Members Considering Diseconomies of Scale and Network Externalities显示文摘Considering diseconomies of scale and network externalities in the e-commerce supply chain(ECSC),we construct an e-platform-led benchmark model and derive the optimal decisions.Then,the model is extended by endogenizing the impact of service level on network externalities.Considering service investment that includes fixed and variable investments,the model is further extended.Comparing the extended models with the benchmark model,we found the following conclusions.Although the e-platform dominates the ECSC,its profit is lower than the manufacturer.The corporate profits,service level,and price increase with network externalities.Increases in diseconomies of scale decrease the corporate profits and service level,but increase the price.A high-quality service combined with network externalities can achieve synergy and improve the e-platform’s economies of scale,further generating a higher profit.Improving network externalities promotes the fair profit distributionin ECSC and achieves stable development. | Yuyan WANG Ying CUI Liang SHEN T.E.C CHENG | 2022 | Journal of Systems Science and Information2022，10，5： | 0 |
| 12 | Electrical control of antiferromagnetic metal up to 15 nm显示文摘Manipulation of antiferromagnetic(AFM) spins by electrical means is on great demand to develop the AFM spintronics with low power consumption. Here we report a reversible electrical control of antiferromagnetic moments of FeMn up to 15 nm, using an ionic liquid to exert a substantial electric-field effect. The manipulation is demonstrated by the modulation of exchange spring in[Co/Pt]/FeMn system, where AFM moments in FeMn pin the magnetization rotation of Co/Pt. By carrier injection or extraction,the magnetic anisotropy of the top layer in FeMn is modulated to influence the whole exchange spring and then passes its influence to the [Co/Pt]/FeMn interface, through a distance up to the length of exchange spring that fully screens electric field. Comparing FeMn to IrMn, despite the opposite dependence of exchange bias on gate voltages, the same correlation between carrier density and exchange spring stiffness is demonstrated. | 14 | Adjuvant chemotherapy versus adjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy after radical surgery for early-stage cervical cancer:a randomized,non-inferiority,multicenter trial显示文摘We conducted a prospective study to assess the non-inferiority of adjuvant chemotherapy alone versus adjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) as an alternative strategy for patients with early-stage (FIGO 2009 stage IB–IIA) cervical cancer having risk factors after surgery. The condition was assessed in terms of prognosis, adverse effects, and quality of life. This randomized trial involved nine centers across China. Eligible patients were randomized to receive adjuvant chemotherapy or CCRT after surgery. The primary end-point was progression-free survival (PFS). From December 2012 to December 2014, 337 patients were subjected to randomization. Final analysis included 329 patients, including 165 in the adjuvant chemotherapy group and 164 in the adjuvant CCRT group. The median follow-up was 72.1 months. The three-year PFS rates were both 91.9%, and the five-year OS was 90.6% versus 90.0% in adjuvant chemotherapy and CCRT groups, respectively. No significant differences were observed in the PFS or OS between groups. The adjusted HR for PFS was 0.854 (95% confidence interval 0.415–1.757;P = 0.667) favoring adjuvant chemotherapy, excluding the predefined non-inferiority boundary of 1.9. The chemotherapy group showed a tendency toward good quality of life. In comparison with post-operative adjuvant CCRT, adjuvant chemotherapy treatment showed non-inferior efficacy in patients with early-stage cervical cancer having pathological risk factors.
