1Design of Embryo-electronic Systems Capable of Self-diagnosing and Self-healing and Configuration Control显示文摘空航天器工作于恶劣空间环境,要求其测控系统硬件具有高可靠性和自修复能力。胚胎电子系统是一种具有自检测、自修复能力的仿生硬件.根据多细胞生物体结构中自检测自修复机制,设计了包含DNA存储器、功能模块、状态控制和自诊断模块以及物理连接模块等的胚胎电子系统体系结构及其容错机制。又针对目前配置存储器无法满足大规模胚胎电子系统要求,提出了基于移位寄存器的胚胎电子系统配置存储器新结构及其配置控制技术。设计了基于移位寄存器的胚胎电子系统配置存储器的整体结构,整个胚胎电子系统的配置存储器连接在一起形成一个链式结构。并设计了配置存储器单元的内部电路以及基于移位寄存器的胚胎电子系统配置控制和动态重构方法。实验表明,该系统既能够实现胚胎电子系统的故障自修复和胚胎电子系统功能的在线动态重构,该存储器结构相比基于SRAM的配置存储器结构,在128×128以上的大规模胚胎电子系统时,可以节约大约90%以上的存储器面积。Xu Guili Xia Zhenghao Wang Haibin Zhang Zhai Wang Youren 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,6:9

3Remaining useful life prediction of aircraft lithium-ion batteries based on F-distribution particle filter and kernel smoothing algorithm显示文摘As an emergency and auxiliary power source for aircraft,lithium(Li)-ion batteries are important components of aerospace power systems.The Remaining Useful Life(RUL)prediction of Li-ion batteries is a key technology to ensure the reliable operation of aviation power systems.Particle Filter(PF)is an effective method to predict the RUL of Li-ion batteries because of its uncertainty representation and management ability.However,there are problems that particle weights cannot be updated in the prediction stage and particles degradation.To settle these issues,an innovative technique of F-distribution PF and Kernel Smoothing(FPFKS)algorithm is proposed.In the prediction stage,the weights of the particles are dynamically updated by the F kernel instead of being fixed all the time.Meanwhile,a first-order independent Markov capacity degradation model is established.Moreover,the kernel smoothing algorithm is integrated into PF,so that the variance of the parameters of capacity degradation model keeps invariant.Experiments based on NASA battery data sets show that FPFKS can be excellently applied to RUL prediction of Liion batteries.Kai ZHANG Peng ZHAO Canfei SUN Youren WANG Zewang CHEN 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,5:3
4A multi-criteria fusion feature selection algorithm for fault diagnosis of helicopter planetary gear train显示文摘Planetary gear train is a prominent component of helicopter transmission system and its health is of great significance for the flight safety of the helicopter.During health condition monitoring,the selection of a fault sensitive feature subset is meaningful for fault diagnosis of helicopter planetary gear train.According to actual situation,this paper proposed a multi-criteria fusion feature selection algorithm (MCFFSA) to identify an optimal feature subset from the highdimensional original feature space.In MCFFSA,a fault feature set of multiple domains,including time domain,frequency domain and wavelet domain,is first extracted from the raw vibration dataset.Four targeted criteria are then fused by multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition (MOEA/D) to find Proto-efficient subsets,wherein two criteria for measuring diagnostic performance are assessed by sparse Bayesian extreme learning machine (SBELM).Further,Fmeasure is adopted to identify the optimal feature subset,which was employed for subsequent fault diagnosis.The effectiveness of MCFFSA is validated through six fault recognition datasets from a real helicopter transmission platform.The experimental results illustrate the superiority of combination of MOEA/D and SBELM in MCFFSA,and comparative analysis demonstrates that the optimal feature subset provided by MCFFSA can achieve a better diagnosis performance than other algorithms.Canfei SUN Youren WANG Guodong SUN 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,5:3
5Testing Cross-Talk Induced Delay Faults in Digital Circuit Based on Transient Current Analysis显示文摘The delay fault induced by cross-talk effect is one of the difficult problems in the fault diagnosis of digital circuit. An intelligent fault diagnosis based on IDDT testing and support vector machines (SVM) classifier was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the fault model induced by cross-talk effect and the IDDT testing method were analyzed, and then a delay fault localization method based on SVM was presented. The fault features of the sampled signals were extracted by wavelet packet decomposition and served as input parameters of SVM classifier to classify the different fault types. 6A self-healing strategy with fault-cell reutilization of bio-inspired hardware显示文摘The self-healing strategy is a key component in designing the bio-inspired embryonics circuit with the structure of cell arrays. However, the existing self-healing strategies of embryonics circuits mainly focus on permanent faults inside the modules of cells such as the function module and the configuration register, while little attention is paid to transient faults. From the point of view of obtaining high efficiency of hardware utilization, it would be a huge waste of hardware resources by permanent elimination when a cell only suffers a transient fault which can be repaired by a configuration mechanism. A new self-healing strategy, the Fault-Cell Reutilization Self-healing Strategy(FCRSS) which presents a method for reusing transient fault cells, is proposed in this paper. The circuit structures of all the modules in the cells are described in detail. In the new strategy, two processes of elimination and reconfiguration are combined. Within the process of fault-cell elimination, cells with transient faults in the embryonics circuit array could be reused simultaneously to replace the functions of the cells on their left side in the same row. Therefore, transient fault-cells in a transparent state can be reconfigured to realize the fault-cell reutilization. Finally,a circuit simulation, resource consumption, a reliability analysis and a detailed normalization analysis are presented. The FCRSS can improve the hardware utilization rate and system reliability at the expense of a small amount of hardware resources and reconfiguration time. 11Paleomagnetism and paleoclimate change in the South China Sea since the late Pleistocene显示文摘Signal processing techniques of cross-correlation, power spectral analysis and cross-power spectral analysis are used to determine the relationships between paleomagnetic properties and the oxygen isotope record of the South China Sea during the late Pleistocene. On the basis of correlation tests between the δ18O time series of cores V3 and A15 with the paleomagnetic properties of core SCS01, five events of susceptibility and intensity of natural remanent magnetization are identified as glacial events corresponding to δ18O positive events.
