2Phylogenetic and genetic characterization of a 2017 clinical isolate of H7N9 virus in Guangzhou,China during the fifth epidemic wave显示文摘Pathogenic H7N9 influenza viruses continue to pose a public health concern. The H7N9 virus has caused five outbreak waves of human infections in China since 2013. In the present study, a novel H7N9 strain(A/Guangdong/8 H324/2017) was isolated from a female patient with severe respiratory illness during the fifth wave of the 2017 H7N9 epidemic. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the H7N9 viruses collected during the fifth wave belong to two different lineages: the Pearl River Delta lineage and the Yangtze River Delta lineage. The novel isolate is closely related to the Pearl River Delta H7N9 viruses, which were isolated from patients in Guangdong Province. The novel H7N9 isolate has an insertion of three basic amino acids in the cleavage site of hemagglutinin(HA), which may enhance virulence in poultry. The 2017 isolate also possesses an R292 K substitution in the neuraminidase(NA)protein, which confers oseltamivir resistance. 5High electron mobility fluorinated indacenodithiophene small molecule acceptors for organic solar cells显示文摘Indacenodithiophene(IDT)derivatives are kinds of the most representative and widely used cores of small molecule acceptors(SMAs)in organic solar cells(OSCs).Here we systematically investigate the influence of end-group fluo rination density and position on the photovoltaic properties of the IDT-based SMAs IDIC-nF(n=0,2,4).The absorption edge of IDIC-nF red-shifts with theπ-πstacking and crystallinity improvement,and their electronic energy levels downshift with increasing n.Due to the advantages of J_(sc)and FF as well as acceptable V_(oc),the difluorinated IDIC-2 F acceptor based OSCs achieve the highest power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 13%,better than the OSC devices based on IDIC and IDIC-4 F as acceptors.And the photovoltaic performance of the PTQ10:IDIC-2 F OSCs is insensitive to the active layer thickness:PCE still keep high values of 12.00%and 11.46%for the devices with active layer thickness of 80 and 354 nm,respectively.This work verifies that fine and delicate modulation of the SMAs molecular structure could optimize photovoltaic performance of the corresponding OSCs.Meanwhile,the thickness-insensitivity property of the OSCs has potential for large-scale and printable fabrication technology.Fei Pan Xiaojun Li Song Bai Tianhao Liu Xian Wei Yingfen Li Shanshan Chen Changduk Yang Xiwen Chen Menglan Lv Yongfang Li 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,3:1

12Reliable ferroelectricity down to cryogenic temperature in wakeup free Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)thin films by thermal atomic layer deposition显示文摘The performance and reliability of ferroelectric thin films at temperatures around a few Kelvin are critical for their application in cryo-electronics.In this work,TiN/Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)/TiN capacitors that are free from the wake-up effect are investigated systematically from room temperature(300 K)to cryogenic temperature(30 K).We observe a consistent decrease in permittivity(εr)and a progressive increase in coercive electric field(Ec)as temperatures decrease.Our investigation reveals exceptional stability in the double remnant polarization(2P_(r))of our ferroelectric thin films across a wide temperature range.Specifically,at 30 K,a 2P_(r)of 36μC/cm^(2)under an applied electric field of 3.0 MV/cm is achieved.Moreover,we observed a reduced fatigue effect at 30 K in comparison to 300 K.The stable ferroelectric properties and endurance characteristics demonstrate the feasibility of utilizing HfO_(2)based ferroelectric thin films for cryo-electronics applications.Shuyu Wu Rongrong Cao Hao Jiang Yu Li Xumeng Zhang Yang Yang Yan Wang Yingfen Wei Qi Liu 2024Journal of Semiconductors2024,45,3:0
