| 3 | Composite rock-breaking of high-pressure CO_(2)jet&polycrystallinediamond-compact(PDC)cutter using a coupled SPH/FEM model显示文摘CO_(2) drilling is a promising underbalance drilling technology with great advantages,such as lower cutting force,intense cooling and excellent lubrication.However,in the underbalance drilling,the mechanism of the coupling CO_(2) jet and polycrystalline-diamond-compact(PDC)cutter are still unclear.Whereby,we established a coupled smoothed particle hydrodynamics/finite element method(SPH/FEM)model to simulate the composite rock-breaking of high-pressure CO_(2) jet&PDC cutter.Combined with the experimental research results,the mechanism of composite rock-breaking is studied from the perspectives of rock stress field,cutting force and jet field.The results show that the composite rock-breaking can effectively relieve the influence of vibration and shock on PDC cutter.Meanwhile,the high-pressure CO_(2) jet has a positive effect on carrying rock debris,which can effectively reduce the temperature rising and the thermal wear of the PDC cutter.In addition,the effects of CO_(2) jet parameters on composite rock-breaking were studied,such as jet impact velocity,nozzle diameter,jet injection angle and impact distance.The studies show that when the impact velocity of the CO_(2) jet is greater than 250 m/s,the CO_(2) jet could quickly break the rock.It is found that the optimal range of nozzle diameter is 1.5–2.5 mm,the best injection angle of CO_(2) jet is 60,the optimal impact distance is 10 times the nozzle diameter.The above studies could provide theoretical supports and technical guidance for composite rock-breaking,which is useful for the CO_(2) underbalance drilling and drill bit design. | Can Cai Pei Zhang Daping Xu Xianpeng Yang Yingfang Zhou | 2022 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,5: | 2 |

| 7 | Theoretical calculation of high-pressure CO_(2)jet in cases of composite rock-breaking based on span-wagner equation of state显示文摘Although several theoretical calculation methods for high-pressure jet are available,there is currently no theoretical model for the high-pressure CO_(2)jet based on the high-precision equation of state(EOS).To investigate the flow field of the high-pressure CO_(2)jet in cases of the composite rock-breaking under the high-pressure CO_(2)Jet and PDC cutter,a semi-analytical approach of the high-pressure CO_(2)jet is developed based on the Span-Wagner EOS and CO_(2)jet theory.The semi-analytical calculations and the physical property calculations under the action of the high-pressure CO_(2)jet are conducted with consideration of the jet pressure,the jet distance,the nozzle diameter and the jet angle.The results indicate that the distribution of the physical properties calculated by the semi-analytical approaches is similar to that obtained by experimental monitoring and numerical simulation,which indicates that the calculation method of the high-pressure CO_(2)jet presented in this paper is effective and reliable.The properties of the CO_(2)jet obtained by the theoretical calculation see a significant difference between the initial region and the jet impact region.At the temperature of 300 K,the increase of the initial pressure can effectively increase the impact force and the cooling ability of the jet.The proportion of the jet core lengths in the jet on the axis increases with the increase of the ratio of the nozzle diameter to the jet length,accompanied with the increase of the impact force of the jet.The increase of the jet angle can effectively increase the impacting force of the jet,but hampers the fluid diffusion.The study combines the theoretical calculation of the jet with the calculation of the physical properties of the high-pressure CO_(2),for comprehensively understanding the CO_(2)jet field in the composite rock-breaking under the action of the high-pressure CO_(2)jet and PDC cutter.This theoretical calculation of the CO_(2)jet based on the high-precision EOS provides an option for the convenient calculation of the CO_(2)drilling in practical engineering. | Xian-peng Yang Can Cai Xiao-hua Chen Pei Zhang Xin Zeng Chi Peng Yingfang Zhou | 2022 | Journal of Hydrodynamics2022,34,5: | 1 |

| 10 | SEMG-based fighter pilot muscle fatigue analysis and operation performance research显示文摘Fatigue has a tremendously adverse impact on pilot performance.This study aims to explore the Biceps Brachii(BB),Rectus Femoris(RF),Flexor Carpi Radialis(FCR),and Tibialis Anterior(TA)activities of fighter pilots in the early and late combat stages,and the target hitting time.A total of 13 volunteers were recruited to conduct simulated combats inside a real fighter cockpit.The surface Electromyography(sEMG)was collected from all volunteers in the initial and final 20s of flight,and the target hitting time during three simulated combats was recorded.The root mean square(RMS)values of right BB and TA were significantly higher than the left side values(p<0.001),while insignificant differences were found in the RMS values between the bilateral RF and FCR.Compared to the early flight period,the median frequency(MF)values of BB and TA were significantly lower during the late flight period,and the RMS values were significantly higher(p<0.047).Contrastively,the RMS values of FCR and RF differed insignificantly during the late flight period.Regarding the target hitting time,a significant difference was noted between task 1 and rask3.Subjects exhibit varying levels of muscle fatigue for different muscle groups before and after the flight.The muscle fatigue levels are asymmetrical on the left and right sides.Muscle fatigue might reduce the pilots'operational ability.This study provides a reference for fighter pilot fatigue protection and treatment. | Biyun Zhou Bo Chen Huijuan Shi Lihao Xue Yingfang Ao Li Ding | 2022 | Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2022,,4: | 0 |

| 12 | Effectiveness of Xiangsha Liujun pills(香砂六君丸)on decreased digestive function in convalescent patients of coronavirus disease 2019:a randomized,double blind,placebo controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Xiangsha Liujun pills(香砂六君丸) on the decreased digestive function in patients in the recovery phase of the Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).METHODS:A randomized,double blind,placebo controlled clinical trial was conducted.A total of 200 COVID-19 patients in the recovery phase were included in our study in Ezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Totally 200 subjects were randomly divided into a treatment group(Xiangsha Liujun pills) and a control group(placebo),with 100 in each group.Subjects took Xiangsha Liujun pills or placebo orally three times a day for two weeks.Three visits were scheduled at week 0(baseline),week 1(the middle of the intervention) and week 2(the end of the intervention) for each eligible patient.The total efficacy rates for improving the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) symptoms(fatigue,poor appetite,abdominal distension and loose stools) and the disappearance rates of symptoms were observed and compared in the treatment and control groups.Adverse events were recorded during the study period.SAS 9.4 was used to analyze the data.RESULTS:A total of 200 patients were included in this study,among which 4 participants withdrew because the drugs did not work.Three patients were excluded for age.Before the treatment,there was no significant difference between the TCM symptoms scores of subjects.After 1 week of treatment,the full analysis set(FAS) showed that the efficacy rates for abdominal distension and loose stools in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in the efficacy rates for fatigue and poor appetite between the two groups(P > 0.05).In addition,the disappearance rate of fatigue in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05);there were no significant differences between the two groups after treatment in the rates of poor appetite,abdominal distension,and loose stools(P > 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy rates for fatigue,poor appetite,abdominal distension,and loose stools in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).The disappearance rate of loose stools in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the disappearance rates of fatigue,poor appetite,and abdominal distension between the two groups(P > 0.05).No severe adverse events were reported by subjects during the study.CONCLUSIONS:This clinical study confirmed that Xiangsha Liujun pills can effectively improve the symptoms related to the decreased digestive function in COVID-19 convalescent patients. | ZHANG Yuehong SHAO Xianzhi ZHAO Qianlong ZHAN Hualong ZHANG Jianhua DU Sisi CHEN Jing LIU Yingfang ZHOU Haiwang CHEN Xinsheng HONG Ying LIAN Fengmei TONG Xiaolin BA Yuanming | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,3: | 0 |
