1Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve,the number of diabetes patients in China,along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease,has been increasing.Among these complications,diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy,culture,religion and level of medical care available across different regions,preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly.In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot,the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology.In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society,the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology,burn injury,vascular surgery,orthopedics,foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries,this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot,queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China.This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot,then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail,and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers.This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine,surgical,nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot.Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:34

3Design of sandwich-structured ZnO/ZnS/Au photoanode for enhanced efficiency of photoelectrochemical wate splitting显示文摘We developed and demonstrated a ZnO/ZnS/Au composite photoanode with significantly enhanced photoelectrochemical water-splitting performance, con- taining a ZnS interlayer and Au nanoparticles. The solar-to-hydrogen conversion efficiency of this ZnO/ZnS/Au heterostructure reached 0.21%, 3.5 times that of pristine ZnO. The comparison of the incident photon-to-current efficiency (IPCE) and the photoresponse in the white and visible light regions further verified that the enhancement resulted from contributions of both UV and visible light. The modification of the Au NPs was shown to improve the photoelectrochemical (PEC) performance to both UV and visible light, as modification encouraged effective surface passivation and surface-plasmon- resonance effects. The ZnS interlayer favored the movement of photogenerated electrons under UV light and hot electrons under visible light, causing their injection into ZnO; this simultaneously suppressed the electron-hole recombination at the photoanode-electrolyte interface. 4A Fast Aerial Image Matching Method Using Airborne LiDAR Point Cloud and POS Data显示文摘A novel tie point matching algorithm of aerial images with the assistance of airborne LiDAR point clouds and POS data is proposed Firstly,the conjugate point searching strategy used in traditional correlation coefficient matching is improved and a fast algorithm is presented.Secondly,an automatic camera boresight misalignment calibration method based on virtual ground control points is proposed,and then the searching range of image matching is adaptively determined and applied to the image matching of the entire surveying area.Test results verified that the fast correlation coefficient matching algorithm proposed in this paper can reduce approximately 25% of the matching time without the loss of matching accuracy.The camera boresight misalignment calibration method can effectively increase the accuracy of exterior orientation elements of images calculated from POS data,and thus can significantly improve the predicted position of conjugate point for tie point matching.Our proposed image matching algorithm can achieve superior matching accuracy with multi-scale,multi-view,and cross-flight aerial images.Yongjun ZHANG Xiaodong XIONG Mengqiu WANG Yihui LU 2019Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2019,2,1:10

6Upper-Ocean Dynamical Features and Prediction of the Super El Nino in 2015/16:A Comparison with the Cases in 1982/83 and 1997/98显示文摘The 2015/16 super El Ni?o event has been widely recognized as comparable to the 1982/83 and 1997/98 El Ni?o events.This study examines the main features of upper-ocean dynamics in this new super event,contrasts them to those in the two historical super events,and quantitatively compares the major oceanic dynamical feedbacks based on a mixed-layer heat budget analysis of the tropical Pacific.During the early stage,this new event is characterized by an eastward propagation of SST anomalies and a weak warm-pool El Ni?o;whereas during its mature phase,it is characterized by a weak westward propagation and a westward-shifted SST anomaly center,mainly due to the strong easterly wind and cold upwelling anomalies in the far eastern Pacific,as well as the westward anomalies of equatorial zonal current and subsurface ocean temperature.The heat budget analysis shows that the thermocline feedback is the most crucial process inducing the SST anomaly growth and phase transition of all the super events,and particularly for this new event,the zonal advective feedback also exerts an important impact on the formation of the strong warming and westward-shifted pattern of SST anomalies.During this event,several westerly wind burst events occur,and oceanic Kelvin waves propagate eastwards before being maintained over eastern Pacific in the mature stage.Meanwhile,there is no evidence for westward propagation of the off-equatorial oceanic Rossby waves though the discharging process of equatorial heat during the development and mature stages.The second generation El Ni?o prediction system of the Beijing Climate Center produced reasonable event real-time operational prediction during 2014–16,wherein the statistical prediction model that considers the preceding oceanic precursors plays an important role in the multi-method ensemble prediction of this super.Hong-Li REN Run WANG Panmao ZHAI Yihui DING Bo LU 2017Journal of Meteorological Research2017,31,2:6
7Observational responses of stratospheric sudden warming to blocking highs and its feedbacks on the troposphere显示文摘The influences of tropospheric blocking high on the stratospheric sudden warming (SSW) and the SSW-induced feedback on the lower atmosphere are analyzed with NCEP (National Center for Environmental Prediction) 2 reanalysis data. Daily mean data from 1979 to 2010 are used to perform statistical and dynamical analyses. According to different distribution features of polar vortex, which can be ascribed to different activities of blocking highs, we have obtained two warming patterns in vortex splitting and displacement patterns. For vortex splitting events, in the Eurasian-North American (ENA) paratype, with disturbances of Atlantic and Aleutian blocking highs, polar vortex is split into two parts that locate at Eurasian and North American continents respectively, while in the Atlantic-East Asian (AEA) paratype, two low-pressure centers derived from the split vortex are situated in the Atlantic and East Asian regions, and two blocking systems occurring in the Urals and North American areas precede these splitting processes. For vortex displacement events, in the Aleutian-Intrusion (AI) paratype, the polar vortex is displaced to the west European and Atlantic areas by the intrusive Aleutian high and this pattern always corresponds to the blocking events occurring in the Pacific basin only. Similarly, the vortex is pushed to the west Eurasian continent by the intrusive North American high-pressure system in the North American-Intrusion (NAI) paratype, which is closely related to the blocking over these areas. The second subject of the research is that whether the anomalous stratospheric signals can be propagated to the lower atmosphere, which is depended on the intensity, duration and position of the disturbed vortex. 8Phyto-phospholipid complexes(phytosomes): A novel strategy to improve the bioavailability of active constituents显示文摘Although active constituents extracted from plants show robust in vitro pharmacological effects, low in vivo absorption greatly limits the widespread application of these compounds. A strategy of using phyto-phospholipid complexes represents a promising approach to increase the oral bioavailability of active constituents, which is consist of ‘‘label-friendly'phospholipids and active constituents. Hydrogen bond interactions between active constituents and phospholipids enable phospholipid complexes as an integral part. This review provides an update on four important issues related to phyto-phospholipid complexes: active constituents, phospholipids, solvents, and stoichiometric ratios. 9Interdecadal Variability of Summer Precipitation in Northwest China and Associated Atmospheric Circulation Changes显示文摘Daily precipitation data from 149 rain gauge stations in China and NCEP-NCAR reanalysis data during 1961-2018are used to investigate the interdecadal variability of summer precipitation in Northwest China and related causes.The results suggest that,on the interdecadal timescale,Northwest China shifts into a rainy period from the year 1987,with an increase in the precipitation amount and intensity;an increase in the probability of moderate rain,heavy rain,torrential rain,and extremely heavy rain;and a decrease in the probability of light rain.More than 60%of the increase in precipitation can be attributed to rainfall with intensity above the grade of heavy rain.The associated interdecadal variability of atmospheric circulations over midlatitude Eurasia in summer is examined and it is found that the interdecadal variability is mainly characterized by the Silk Road pattern(SRP),with a cyclonic circulation anomaly and an anticyclonic circulation anomaly over central Asia and Mongolia,respectively;enhanced ascending motion and atmospheric instability in Northwest China;and strengthened easterly winds caused by the Mongolian anticyclonic anomaly along the northern boundary of the Tibetan Plateau.On the south side of the Mongolian anticyclone,the water vapor transported from the Pacific and Indian Oceans as well as the South China Sea to Northwest China by easterly winds increases significantly,providing the main water vapor source for the increase in precipitation in Northwest China on the interdecadal timescale.The transition of the Atlantic multidecadal oscillation to a positive phase may be the main cause of the interdecadal transition of the SRP to a positive phase,resulting in the interdecadal increase in summer precipitation in Northwest China.Tong XUE Yihui DING Chunhui LU 2022Journal of Meteorological Research2022,36,6:2

11Zhuifeng tougu capsules (追风透骨胶囊) improve rheumatoid arthritis symptoms in rats by regulating the toll-like receptor 2/4-nuclear factor kappa-B signaling pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of Zhuifeng tougu capsules(追风透骨胶囊, ZFTG) in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in rats and study its mechanism, focusing on the toll-like receptor 2/4-nuclear factor kappa-B(TLR2/4-NF-κB) signaling pathway.METHODS: TypeⅡ collagen and an artificial climate box were used to construct the rat model of collagen-induced arthritis with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia syndrome. The rats were divided randomly into a control group, wind-cold-dampness syndrome model group, and high-, medium-,and low-dose ZFTG groups. The methotrexate(MTX) control group was treated with the corresponding drug intervention for 28 d. The joint temperature, pain threshold, joint swelling degree, and arthritis index(AI) score were measured. The production of C-reactive protein(CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), and rheumatoid factors(RFs) in the blood was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The protein expression of TLR2, TLR4, and NF-κB in synovial tissues was detected by Western blotting, and the m RNA expression of TLR2, TLR4, and NF-κB was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the joint temperature in each treatment group, the MTX control group, and MTX group recovered, the degree of foot swelling, pain threshold, AI score decreased, serum CRP, ESR, RF level and the levels of TLR2, TLR4, and NF-κB in synovial tissue were decreased(P < 0.05). 12Effects of nitrogen doping on surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)performance of bicrystalline TiO_2 nanofibres显示文摘In this work, we successfully synthesized bicrystalline anatase/TiO_2(B) nanofibre and used it as active substrate for surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) applications. The bicrystalline structured TiO_2 substrates provide additional charge transfer across the anatase-TiO_2(B) interface and thus enhanced activity compared to the pure single crystalline phase. With an effort to further increase the sensitivity of SERS, nitrogen element was doped into bicrystalline anatase/TiO_2(B) nanofibres(N-TiO_2) and higher SERS enhancement was achieved. The nitrogen content was controlled by tuning the calcination temperature of titanate precursor at 500, 600 and 700 °C,respectively. The sample calcined at 600 °C(NT600) acquires the highest percentage of nitrogen element due to its open pore structure that facilitates the diffusion of nitrogen during calcination. Raman intensity depends on the amount of nitrogen doping, thus NT600 exhibited the best SERS activity. The doped nitrogen in TiO_2 facilitates the charge transfer between TiO_2 and probing molecules and thus suppresses the electron–hole recombination. 14Reappraise role of lymph node status in patterns of recurrence following curative resection of gastric adenocarcinoma显示文摘Objective: To examine the association between lymph node status and recurrence patterns in completely resected gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods: We retrospectively assessed 1,694 patients who underwent curative gastrectomy from January 2010 to August 2014. Patients stratified according to lymph node status and recurrence patterns among different subgroups were compared.Results: Of all, 517(30.5%) patients developed recurrent disease, and complete data of recurrence could be obtained in 493(95.4%) patients. For p^(N0) patients, the patterns of recurrence were different according to p T stage: locoregional recurrence was most common in patients with p T1-2 disease(57.1%), distant recurrence was most common in patients with p T3 disease(57.1%), and peritoneal recurrence was most common in patients with p T4 a disease(66.7%). For p^(N+) patients, distant metastasis was most common pattern irrespective of p T stage. The site-specific trend of recurrence showed that locoregional recurrence increased within 5 years in patients with p^(N0)-2 disease but plateaued 3 years after surgery in patients with p N3 disease. Time to recurrence was significantly longer for the p^(N0) patients compared with the p^(N+) patients(median: 25 vs. 16 months, P=0.001).Moreover, post-recurrence survival was significantly better for the p^(N0) patients than for the p^(N+) patients(median:12 vs. 6 months, P<0.001), especially in patients with non-peritoneal recurrence, late recurrence, single recurrence,and receipt of potential curative treatment.Conclusions: Among clinicopathologic factors, lymph node status is the most important factor associated with recurrence patterns after curative gastrectomy. 17Scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy on Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Zhisanzhen,Niesanzhen improves neurobehavior in young rats with cerebral palsy through Notch signaling pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy on Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Zhisanzhen,Niesanzhen,on neurobehavior in young rats with cerebral palsy based on Notch signaling pathway.METHODS:Thirty 7-day-old rats were randomly divided into sham,model and acupuncture,10 rats in each group.The cerebral palsy model was established by the accepted modeling method,the acupuncture group selected'Baihui(GV20)','Sishencong(EX-HN1)','Zhisanzhen'and'Niesanzhen'for intervention 24 h after the model was made.The body masses were recorded before and after the treatment,respectively.After the intervention,the rats were subjected to suspension experiment,slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment and Morris water maze experiment.After the end of the experiment,the morphological changes of hippocampal histology were observed by hematoxylineosin(HE)staining under light microscope,and the expression of Notch1,Notch3 and Hes5 were detected by Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).RESULTS:The changes in body mass of the rats in each group were different;in behavioral experiments,compared with the sham,the suspension time of the model was shortened,the slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment,and escape latency time were prolonged,and the number of platform crossing was reduced in the model,compared with the model,the suspension time of the acupuncture was prolonged,the slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment,and escape latency time were shortened,and the number of platform crossing times was increased;HE staining showed severe hippocampal damage in the model and reduced hippocampal damage in the acupuncture.Western Blot and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR showed that the expression of Notch1,Notch3 and Hes5 were increased in the model and the expression of Notch1,Notch3,Hes5 in acupuncture were decreased.CONCLUSIONS:Scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy may improve neurobehavior and reduce brain injury in rats with cerebral palsy by downregulating the expression of Notch1,Notch3,and Hes5.XUE Jianyi XU Jinyan HUANG Mao YU Wentao YAN Yihui YAN Yuanjie YIN Zhenjin LU Qian PENG Wanying YAN Siyang 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,2:1
