1Initial corrosion behavior and mechanism of 7B04 aluminum alloy under acid immersion and salt spray environments显示文摘The initial corrosion behavior and mechanism of 7B04 aluminum alloy under acid immersion and salt spray environments(pH=3.5)are studied by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),optical microscope,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),potentiodynamic polarization,Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS),and Scanning Kelvin Probe(SKP).The results show that pitting corrosion occurs at the initial corrosion stage,and the potential difference between the second phase particles is the main cause of pitting.Pitting pits on different locations gradually expand and coalesce with the proceeding of corrosion.The main components of corrosion products are Al_(2)O_(3),Al(OH)_(3),and AlCl_(3),and the generation rate of the corrosion product layer under the salt spray environment is larger than that under acid immersion environment.Under both environments,the Volta potential distribution first disperses and then concentrates,while the charge transfer resistance first decreases and then increases with the corrosion time.The Volta potential gradually shifts in a positive direction,indicating that corrosion products have an inhibitory effect on corrosion.After the same corrosion time,the corrosion product layer resistance and the expectation of the Volta potential of the salt spray sample are higher than those of the immersion sample.Comparatively,the corrosion current density for the salt spray sample is significantly lower than the immersion sample,which indicates that the thicker the corrosion product layer,the stronger the inhibition of corrosion reaction.Yangguang ZHANG Yueliang CHEN Yong ZHANG Guixue BIAN Chenguang WANG Andong WANG 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,1:8

3Event-triggered encirclement control of multi-agent systems with bearing rigidity显示文摘In recent years, the problem of multi-agent encirclement has attained much attention and was extensively studied. However, few work consider the factor that the on-board calculation as well as the communication capacity in the multi-agent system is limited. We investigate the encirclement control by employing the newly developed bearing rigidity theory and event-triggered mechanism. Firstly, in order to reduce the onboard loads,the event-triggered mechanism is considered in the framework and further an event-triggered control law based on bearing rigidity is proposed. The input-to-state stability(ISS) of networked agents is also analyzed by using the Lyapunov method and the cyclic-small-gain theory. In addition, the lower bound for the inter-event times is provided. 4CpG oligodeoxynucleotides inhibit tumor growth and reverse the immunosuppression caused by the therapy with 5-fIuorouracil in murine hepatoma显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effect of CpG-containing oligodeoxynucleotides (CpG ODN) alone or in combination with the chemotherapeutic agent 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) on tumor growth and whether CpG ODN can reverse the immunosuppression caused by the chemotherapy with 5-FU in murine hepatoma model.METHODS: Hepatoma model was established by subcutaneous inoculation with hepatoma-22 (H22) cells into the right flank of BALB/c mice. Mice with tumor were treated by peritumoral injection of CpG ODN alone or in combination with subcutaneous injection of 5-FU. Tumor size was quantified regularly. Serum levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ in mice were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The lytic capacity of splenic NK cells was tested by lactate dehydrogenase release assay.RESULTS: Peritumoral injection of CpG ODN alone or in combination with subcutaneous injection of 5-FU, and the treatment with 5-FU alone all led to significant inhibition of hepatoma growth. The mean tumor volumes fell by 46.66% in mice injected with CpG ODN, 68.34% in the 5-FU treated mice, and 70.23% in mice treated with the combination of CpG ODN and 5-FU than in controls. There was no significant difference in tumor size between 5-FUtreated mice and mice treated with the combination of 5-FU and CpG ODN (P>0.05). The serum levels of IL-12and IFN-γ of mice treated with CpG ODN alone (IL-12:464.50±24.37 pg/mL; IFN-γ:134.20±25.76 pg/mL) or with the co-administration of CpG ODN and 5-FU (IL-12:335.83±28.74 pg/mL; IFN-γ:111.00±5.33 pg/mL)were significantly higher than that of controls (IL-12:237.50±45.31 pg/mL; IFN-γ: 56.75±8.22 pg/mL). The production of IL-12 and IFN-γwas suppressed moderately in 5-FU-treated mice (IL-12:166.67±53.22 pg/mL;53.33±16.98 pg/mL) compared to control mice (P>0.05),whereas the combination of CpG ODN and 5-FU significantly increased the serum levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ compared to 5-FU alone (P<0.05). The NK cell killing activity in CpG ODNtreated mice (44.04±1.38%) or the mice treated with CpG ODN combined with 5-FU (30.67±1.28%) was significantly potentiated compared to controls (19.22±0.95%, P<0.05).The co-administration of CpG ODN and 5-FU also significantly enhanced the lytic activity of NK cells when compared with the treatment with 5-FU alone (12.03±1.42%, P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The present data suggests that CpG ODN used as single therapeutic agent triggers anti-tumor immune response to inhibit the growth of implanted hepatoma and reverses the immunosuppression caused by the chemotherapy with 5-FU.Xian-SongWang ZhenSheng You-BingRuan YangGuang Mu-LanYang 2005World Journal of Gastroenterology2005,11,8:5
5Determination of full-scale pore size distribution of Gaomiaozi bentonite and its permeability prediction显示文摘Gaomiaozi(GMZ)bentonite is a potential buffer/backfill material for a deep geological disposal of highlevel radioactive waste.It has a wide pore size distribution(PSD)with sizes ranging from several nanometers to more than one hundred microns.Thus,properly characterizing the pore structures of GMZ bentonite is a challenging issue.In this study,pressure-controlled porosimetry(PCP),ratecontrolled porosimetry(RCP),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to investigate the PSD of GMZ bentonite,The results indicate that each method has its limitation,and a combined use of PCP and RCP is suitable to obtain the full-scale PSD of GMZ bentonite.Moreover,we also compared the full-scale PSD with nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)result.It is found that there is no significant difference in the range of PSD characterization between NMR and mercury intrusion method(PCP and RCP).However,in a ce rtain range,the detection accuracy of NMR is higher than that of mercury injection method.Finally,permeability prediction based on PCP and SEM data was conducted,and both of the two methods were found to be able to predict the permeability.The combined method is effective to obtain the full-scale PSD of GMZ bentonite,which is the key to estimation of the sealing ability of bentonite buffer.Jiangfeng Liu Shuaibing Song Xulou Cao Qingbin Meng Hai Pu Yangguang Wang Jianfeng Liu 2020Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2020,12,2:5
6Overview and Development of Variable Frequency AC Generators for More Electric Aircraft Generation System显示文摘With the development of more electric aircraft(MEA),higher demands for electrical energy are put forward in generation systems.Compared to constant frequency AC(CFAC)generation systems,the constant speed drive(CSD)is eliminated and integrated starter/generator(SG)can be realized in variable frequency AC(VFAC)generation systems.In this paper,an overview of VFAC generators for safety-critical aircraft applications is presented,with a particular focus on the key features and requirements of candidate generators and the starting control strategies.Wound rotor synchronous machines(WRSMs)are typical generators used in VFAC generation systems so far.Meanwhile,hybrid excitation synchronous machines(HESMs)and cage-type induction machines are promising candidates for VFAC generation systems.The generation operation of WRSM is relatively mature,however,the SG technology of WRSM is still full of challenges.As one of the most important issues,the starting excitation methods of WRSM are summarized.An HESM-based VFAC SG system is proposed and developed in this paper.The experimental results show that the starting mode,transition mode and generating mode of the VFAC SG system are realized.The continuous progress of VFAC generation system makes great contributions to the realization of MEA.Zhuoran Zhang Jincai Li Ye Liu Yanwu Xu Yangguang Yan 2017Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2017,3,2:4

8Effect of Copper Toxicity on Lymphoid Organs in Broilers显示文摘The experiment was conducted to examine the effect of copper toxicity on lymphoid organs by experimental pathology andflow cytometry (FCM). 180 one-day-old Avian broilers were divided into three groups, and fed diets as follows: 1) Control(Cu 11.97 mg kg-1 diet), 2) Cu- toxic groupⅠ(Cu 650 mg kg-1) and 3) Cu- toxic groupⅡ(Cu 850 mg kg-1) for six weeks.Compared with the control, the growth index of the thymus, spleen and bursa of Fabricius were markedly reduced (P<0.05or P<0.01), the G0/G1 phase of cell cycles of the thymus, spleen and bursa of Fabricius was higher (P<0.05 or P<0.01), whilethe S phase and proliferating index were lower (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in both Cu-toxic group Ⅰ and Cu-toxic group Ⅱ. 9Effect of Copper Toxicity on Lymphoid Organs in Ducklings显示文摘one-day-old Tianfu meat ducklings were divided into three groups, and fed on dietsas follows:(1)control (Cu 12.16 mg kg-1),(2) copper toxicⅠ(Cu 850 mg kg-1) and (3)copper toxicⅡ( Cu 1050 mg kg-1) for studies on effects of copper toxicity on lymphoidorgans in duckling with the methods of experimental pathology and flow cytometry (FCM).The weight and growth index of the thymus, spleen and bursa of Fabricius were markedlyreduced (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in both copper toxic groupⅠand Cu toxic group Ⅱ whencompared with control group. The G0/G1 phase of the cell cycle of the thymus, spleen andbursa of Fabricius was much higher, and S, G2+M phases lower in Cu toxic groupsⅠand Ⅱthan in the control group. There were lymphocyte degeneration and depletion of lymphoidorgans, and the reticular cells of spleen and bursa of Fabricius proliferated and thereticular cells of thymus were also degenerate and necrotic in Cu toxic groups. Theresults demonstrated that Cu toxicity seriously impaired the progression of lymphocytesfrom the G0/G1 phase to S phase, inhibited the development of lymphoid organs and causedmarked pathological injury in lymphoid organs. The results also showed that the effectof Cu toxicity on the primary lymphoid organs occurred stronger than on the secondarylymphoid organs. The effect of Cu toxicity was the greatest on the bursa of Fabricius,followed by the thymus, and then the spleen.
