18无线电动汽车充电耦合器磁屏蔽设计的有限元分析显示文摘感应电能传输(IPT)是一种实用且优选的电动车(EV)无线充电方法,它被证明是安全、方便和可靠的。由于磁耦合器之间存在气隙,因此与传统变压器相比,其磁场耦合减小并且磁漏大大增加,这可能导致耦合器周围的磁通密度超过人的安全极限。因此,利用绞合线制成的绕组增加磁屏蔽,以增强工作区域的磁场耦合效应,降低非工作区域的磁场强度。通过添加高导磁率材料或高导电率材料可以实现磁屏蔽。对于高磁导率材料,其磁阻远低于周围的空气介质,因此大部分磁力线穿过高磁导率材料而不是周围空气。对于高导电率材料,材料中的涡流可以产生反向磁场以实现磁屏蔽。本文研究了两种屏蔽材料对EV无线充电耦合器的影响,设计了由高导磁率材料和高导电材料制成的组合屏蔽。本文的研究是在有限元分析的帮助下完成的。W N Zhao X J YangC Yao D G Ma H J Tang 2018磁性元件与电源2018,,12:0
