1Vision,application scenarios,and key technology trends for 6G mobile communications显示文摘With the global commercialization of the fifth-generation(5G)network,many countries,including China,USA,European countries,Japan,and Korea,have started exploring 6G mobile communication network,following the tradition of“planning the next while commercializing one generation”.Currently,studies on 6G networks are at the infancy stage.Research on the vision and requirements for 6G is still ongoing,and the industry is yet to clarify the key enabling technologies for 6G.However,6G will certainly build on the success of 5G.Therefore,developing high-quality 5G networks and seamlessly integrating 5G with verticals are the priorities before 2030,when 6G is projected to be commercialized.Also,global 5G standards will keep evolving to better support vertical applications.As a milestone,the Third-Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)published Release 16 in July 2020,which continuously enhanced the capabilities of mobile broadband service based on Release 15 and realized the support for low-delay and high-reliability applications,such as Internet of Vehicles and industrial Internet.Currently,3GPP is working on Releases 17 and 18,focusing on meeting the demands of medium-and high-data-rate machine communication with low-cost and high-precision positioning,which will be published in June 2022.Thus,6G networks will further expand the application fields and scope of the Internet of Things to accommodate those services and applications that are beyond the capabilities of 5G networks.Herein,we present our vision,application scenarios,and key technological trends for 6G networks.Furthermore,we propose several future research opportunities in 6G networks with regard to industrialization and standardization.Zhiqin WANG Ying DU Kejun WEI Kaifeng HAN Xiaoyan XU Guiming WEI Wen TONG Peiying ZHU Jianglei MA Jun WANG Guangjian WANG Xueqiang YAN Jiying XIANG He HUANG Ruyue LI Xinhui WANG Yingmin WANG Shaohui SUN Shiqiang SUO Qiubin GAO Xin SU 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,5:17

3A botanical medicine dragon’s blood exhibited clinical antithrombosis efficacy similar to low molecular weight heparin显示文摘Deep vein thrombosis(DVT)is a common complication following traumatic fracture with a 0.5%–1%annual incidence.Low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)is the most commonly used anticoagulation drug for DVT prevention,but treatment with LMWH is invasive.Our aim is to compare the antithrombotic effect of dragon’s blood,an oral botanical anticoagulant medicine approved by the Chinese FDA,with LMWH in patients undergoing hip fracture surgery and to explore the molecular mechanisms of anticoagulation treatment.Our study recruited patients and divided them into LMWH and dragon’s blood treatment group.Coagulation index tests,Doppler ultrasound and mRNA sequencing were performed before and after anticoagulation therapy.There was no significant difference in postoperative DVT incidence between the two groups(23.1%versus 15.4%,P=0.694).D-dimer(D-D)and fibrinogen degradation product(FDP)showed significant reductions in both groups after anticoagulation treatments.We identified SLC4A1,PROS1,PRKAR2B and seven other genes as being differentially expressed during anticoagulation therapy in both groups.Genes correlated with coagulation indexes were also identified.Dragon’s blood and LMWH showed similar effects on DVT and produced similar gene expression changes in patients undergoing hip fracture surgery,indicating that dragon’s blood is a more convenient antithrombosis medicine(oral)than LMWH(hypodermic injection).Jiangbin Liang Song Mei Xiangyu Qiao Wei Pan Yan Zhao Shaohui Shi Yaling Zhai Haizhao Wen Guoping Wu Chengyu Jiang 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,10:4
4Digital holographic microscopy with phase-shift-free structured illumination显示文摘When structured illumination is used in digital holographic microscopy(DHM),each direction of the illumination fringe is required to be shifted at least three times to perform the phase-shifting reconstruction.In this paper,we propose a scheme for spatial resolution enhancement of DHM by using the structured illumination but without phase shifting.The structured illuminations of different directions,which are generated by a spatial light modulator,illuminate the sample sequentially in the object plane.The formed object waves interfere with a reference wave in an off-axis configuration,and a CCD camera records the generated hologram.After the object waves are reconstructed numerically,a synthetic aperture is performed by an iterative algorithm to enhance the spatial resolution.The resolution improvement of the proposed method is proved and demonstrated by both simulation and experiment.Juanjuan Zheng Peng Gao Baoli Yao Tong Ye Ming Lei Junwei Min Dan Dan Yanlong Yang Shaohui Yan 2014Photonics Research2014,2,3:2
5Degradation of the antibiotic sulfamonomethoxine sodium in aqueous solution by photo-Fenton oxidation显示文摘In this study, photo-Fenton oxidation was applied to degradation of sulfamonomethoxine sodium (SMMS) in aqueous solution. The operation parameters of pH, temperature, and concentrations of H2O2, Fe2+ and SMMS were investigated. The optimum conditions for the photo-Fenton process were determined as follows: [SMMS]=4.53 mg/L, pH 4.0, [H2O2]=0.49 mmol/L, [Fe2+]= 19.51 μmol/L and T=25°C. Under these conditions 98.5% of the SMMS degraded. The kinetics were also studied, and degradation of SMMS by the photo-Fenton process could be described by first-order kinetics. The apparent activation energy was calculated as 23.95 kJ/mol. Mineralization of the process was investigated by measuring the chemical oxygen demand (COD), and the COD decreased by 99% after 120 min. 20Ultrahigh-performance planar β-Ga2O3 solar-blind Schottky photodiode detectors显示文摘The low dark current, high responsivity and high specific detectivity could be preferably achieved in detectors based on junctions, owing to the efficient constraint of carriers. Compared with the other junctions, planar Schottky junctions have simple structures and technological demands and are easy integrated. Herein, in this work, we prepared the β-Ga_(2)O_(3) thin film by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition method to construct planar Ti/β-Ga2O3/Ni Schottky photodiode detectors with different onstate resistances. Fortunately, all the devices exhibit state-of-the-art performances, such as responsivity of 175–1372 A W^(-1),specific detectivity of 10^(14) Jones and external quantum efficiency of 85700%–671500%.
