1Analysis of sensitivity and errors in Maglev vibration test system显示文摘In order to improve work performance of M aglev vibration test systems,the relationships of operating parameters between different components and system were researched. The working principle of photoelectric displacement sensor was analyzed. The relationship between displacement of transducer and the infrared light area received by sensor was given. The method of expanding the dynamic range of vibrator was proposed,which makes dynamic range of Maglev vibrator doubled. By increasing the amplification of the amplifier,the sensitive photoelectric displacement sensor can be maintained. Two modes of operation of the controller were analyzed. Bilateral work of vibration test system designed can further improve the stability of the system.An object vibration was measured by Maglev vibration test system designed when different vibration exciter frequencies were loaded. Experiments showthat the output frequency measured by Maglev vibration test system and loaded are the same. Finally,the errors of test system were analyzed. These errors of vibration test system designed can meet the requirements of application. 3Novel Water-Based Drilling and Completion Fluid Technology to Improve Wellbore Quality During Drilling and Protect Unconventional Reservoirs显示文摘The efficient exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas are critical for increasing the self-sufficiency of oil and gas supplies in China.However,such operations continue to face serious problems(e.g.,borehole collapse,loss,and high friction),and associated formation damage can severely impact well completion rates,increase costs,and reduce efficiencies.Water-based drilling fluids possess certain advantages over oil-based drilling fluids(OBDFs)and may offer lasting solutions to resolve the aforementioned issues.However,a significant breakthrough with this material has not yet been made,and major technical problems continue to hinder the economic and large-scale development of unconventional oil and gas.Here,the international frontier external method,which only improves drilling fluid inhibition and lubricity,is expanded into an internal-external technique that improves the overall wellbore quality during drilling.Bionic technologies are introduced into the chemical material synthesis process to imitate the activity of life.A novel drilling and completion fluid technique was developed to improve wellbore quality during drilling and safeguard formation integrity.Macroscopic and microscopic analyses indicated that in terms of wellbore stability,lubricity,and formation protection,this approach could outperform methods that use typical OBDFs.The proposed method also achieves a classification upgrade from environmentally protective drilling fluid to an ecologically friendly drilling fluid.The developed technology was verified in more than 1000 unconventional oil and gas wells in China,and the results indicate significant alleviation of the formation damage attributed to borehole collapse,loss,and high friction.It has been recognized as an effective core technology for exploiting unconventional oil and gas resources.This study introduces a novel research direction for formation protection technology and demonstrates that observations and learning from the natural world can provide an inexhaustible source of ideas and inspire the creation of original materials,technologies,and theories for petroleum engineering.Guancheng Jiang Jinsheng Sun Yinbo He Kaixiao Cui Tengfei Dong Lili Yang Xukun Yang Xingxing Wang 2022Engineering2022,,11:11
4A novel mutation in the MITF may be digenic with GJB2 mutations in a large Chinese family of Waardenburg syndrome type Ⅱ显示文摘Waardenburg syndrome typeⅡ(WS2) is associated with syndromic deafness.A subset of WS2,WS2A,accounting for approximately 15%of patients,is attributed to mutations in the microphthalmia-associated transcription factor(MITF) gene.We examined the genetic basis of WS2 in a large Chinese family.All 9 exons of the MITF gene,the single coding exon(exon 2) of the most common hereditary deafness gene GJB2 and the mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) 12S rRNA were sequenced.A novel heterozygous mutation c.[742_743delAAinsT;746_747delCA]in exon 8 of the MITF gene co-segregates with WS2 in the family.The MITF mutation results in a premature termination codon and a truncated MITF protein with only 247 of the 419 wild type amino acids.The deaf proband had this MITF gene heterozygous mutation as well as a c.[109G>A]+ [235delC]compound heterozygous pathogenic mutation in the GJB2 gene.No pathogenic mutation was found in mtDNA 12S rRNA in this family.Thus,a novel compound heterozygous mutation,c.[742_743delAAinsT;746_747delCA]in MITF exon 8 was the key genetic reason for WS2 in this family,and a digenic effect of MITF and GJB2 genes may contribute to deafness of the proband.Xukun Yan Tianyu Zhang Zhengmin Wang Yi Jiang Yan Chen Hongyan Wang Duan Ma Lei Wang Huawei Li 2011Journal of Genetics and Genomics2011,38,12:8
5The R2R3-MYB transcription factor GhMYB1a regulates flavonol and anthocyanin accumulation in Gerbera hybrida显示文摘Anthocyanins and flavonols have vital roles in flower coloration,plant development,and defense.Because anthocyanins and flavonols share the same subcellular localization and common biosynthetic substrates,these pathways may compete for substrates.However,the mechanism regulating this potential competition remains unclear.Here,we identified GhMYB1a,an R2R3-MYB transcription factor involved in the regulation of anthocyanin and flavonol accumulation in gerbera(Gerbera hybrida).GhMYB1a shares high sequence similarity with that of other characterized regulators of flavonol biosynthesis.In addition,GhMYB1a is also phylogenetically grouped with these proteins.The overexpression of GhMYB1a in gerbera and tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum)resulted in decreased anthocyanin accumulation and increased accumulation of flavonols by upregulating the structural genes involved in flavonol biosynthesis.We further found that GhMYB1a functions as a homodimer instead of interacting with basic helix-loop-helix cofactors.These results suggest that GhMYB1a is involved in regulating the anthocyanin and flavonol metabolic pathways through precise regulation of gene expression.The functional characterization of GhMYB1a provides insight into the biosynthesis and regulation of flavonols and anthocyanins.Chunmei Zhong Yi Tang Bin Pang Xukun Li Yuping Yang Jing Deng Chengyong Feng Lingfei Li Guiping Ren Yaqin Wang Jianzong Peng Shulan Sun Shan Liang Xiaojing Wang 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:7
6MOF-derived Co-MOF,O-doped carbon as trifunctional electrocatalysts to enable highly efficient Zn-air batteries and water-splitting显示文摘Development of high-efficiency non-noble electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is urgently needed for high-performance Zn-air batteries and overall water splitting.Here,a facile strategy to synthesize novel Co-MOF,O-doped carbon(Co-MOF-T)based on Zn,Co-doped glucosamine and ZIF-8 by pyrolysis at temperature T was demonstrated.The prepared Co-MOF-800 showed a superior oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)activity comparable to that of commercial Pt/C catalyst.In addition,this catalyst shows great potential in the overall water splitting due to the excellent oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)activities.Based on the trifunctional activity,the primary Zn-air batteries using a Co-MOF-800 air electrode achieved a high open-circuit voltage of 1.38 V,a specific capacity of 671.6 mAh g^(-1) Zn,and a prominent peak power density of 144 mW cm^(-2).Also,the rechargeable Zn-air batteries based on CoMOF-800 air electrode could be smoothly run for 510 cycles with a low voltage gap of 0.58 V.Finally,the trifunctional Co-MOF-800 catalyst was applied to boost the electrochemical water splitting,demonstrating its promising potential as a green energy material for practical applications.Xinde Duan Na Pan Can Sun Kexin Zhang Xukun Zhu Mingdao Zhang Li Song Hegen Zheng 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5:5

In this paper,we propose an automatic registration two range images method and a cycle based automatic global registration algorithm for rapidly and automatically registering all range images and constructing a realistic 3D model. Besides,to meet the requirement of huge data transmission over Internet,we present a 3D mesh encoding/decoding method for encoding geometry,topology and attribute data with high compression ratio and supporting progressive transmission. 9Image Tagging by Semantic Neighbor Learning Using User-Contributed Social Image Datasets显示文摘The explosive increase in the number of images on the Internet has brought with it the great challenge of how to effectively index, retrieve, and organize these resources. Assigning proper tags to the visual content is key to the success of many applications such as image retrieval and content mining. Although recent years have witnessed many advances in image tagging, these methods have limitations when applied to high-quality and large-scale training data that are expensive to obtain. In this paper, we propose a novel semantic neighbor learning method based on user-contributed social image datasets that can be acquired from the Web's inexhaustible social image content. In contrast to existing image tagging approaches that rely on high-quality image-tag supervision, we acquire weak supervision of our neighbor learning method by progressive neighborhood retrieval from noisy and diverse user-contributed image collections. The retrieved neighbor images are not only visually alike and partially correlated but also semantically related. We offer a step-by-step and easy-to-use implementation for the proposed method. 10Formative pluripotent stem cells show features of epiblast cells poised for gastrulation显示文摘The pluripotency of mammalian early and late epiblast could be recapitulated by naïve embryonic stem cells(ESCs)and primed epiblast stem cells(EpiSCs),respectively.However,these two states of pluripotency may not be sufficient to reflect the full complexity and developmental potency of the epiblast during mammalian early development.Here we report the establishment of self-renewing formative pluripotent stem cells(fPSCs)which manifest features of epiblast cells poised for gastrulation.fPSCs can be established from different mouse ESCs,pre-/early-gastrula epiblasts and induced PSCs.Similar to pre-/early-gastrula epiblasts,fPSCs show the transcriptomic features of formative pluripotency,which are distinct from naïve ESCs and primed EpiSCs.fPSCs show the unique epigenetic states of E6.5 epiblast,including the super-bivalency of a large set of developmental genes.Just like epiblast cells immediately before gastrulation,fPSCs can efficiently differentiate into three germ layers and primordial germ cells(PGCs)in vitro.Thus,fPSCs highlight the feasibility of using PSCs to explore the development of mammalian epiblast.Xiaoxiao Wang Yunlong Xiang Yang Yu Ran Wang Yu Zhang Qianhua Xu Hao Sun Zhen-Ao Zhao Xiangxiang Jiang Xiaoqing Wang Xukun Lu Dandan Qin Yujun Quan Jiaqi Zhang Ng Shyh-Chang Hongmei Wang Naihe Jing Wei Xie Lei Li 2021Cell Research2021,31,5:2

13Learning Semantic Concepts from Noisy Media Collection for Automatic Image Annotation显示文摘Along with the explosive growth of images, automatic image annotation has attracted great interest of various research communities. However, despite the great progress achieved in the past two decades, automatic annotation is still an important open problem in computer vision, and can hardly achieve satisfactory performance in real-world environment. In this paper, we address the problem of annotation when noise is interfering with the dataset. A semantic neighborhood learning model on noisy media collection is proposed. Missing labels are replenished, and semantic balanced neighborhood is construct. The model allows the integration of multiple label metric learning and local nonnegative sparse coding.We construct semantic consistent neighborhood for each sample, thus corresponding neighbors have higher global similarity, partial correlation, conceptual similarity along with semantic balance. Meanwhile, an iterative denoising method is also proposed.
