1Alkylation Activity of Benzene with Syngas over Cu-based Catalysts显示文摘A series of Cu-based catalysts were developed for alkylation of benzene with syngas. The catalyst samples were prepared by the impregnation method, and were characterized by XRD, XRF, NH3-TPD, and TEM and evaluated in a fixed bed reactor. The optimized reaction temperature of Cu/Al2O3/ZSM-5 catalyst was 350 ℃, while higher contents of copper were conducive to alkylation of benzene with syngas. The new medium strength acid centers in the catalyst created by Cu were beneficial to alkylation. Hydrogenation reaction of CO was executed on the metal centers without dissociation, Dimethyl ether(DME) was the major intermediate over Cu-based catalysts. Higher selectivity of methylation and lower selectivity of heavy aromatics were confirmed after the second metal(Zn, Mn, or V) was added to the copper catalyst. Cu was partly covered by Zn in the Cu-Zn/Al2O3/ZSM-5 catalyst leading to low dispersion and low activity of copper. Cu-Mn/Al2O3/ZSM-5 catalyst possessed the best yield of methylation product. Cu-Mn composite oxides were probably formed in fresh catalyst, which blocked the sintering of Cu in the reaction process. The loading of Cu decreased dramatically after the introduction of V, while causing an increase of the amount of medium strength acid centers at the same time. 2Mycorrhizal symbiosis modulates the rhizosphere microbiota to promote rhizobia–legume symbiosis显示文摘Plants establish symbioses with mutualistic fungi,such as arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi,and bacteria,such as rhizobia,to exchange key nutrients and thrive.Plants and symbionts have coevolved and represent vital components of terrestrial ecosystems.Plants employ an ancestral AM signaling pathway to establish intracellular symbioses,including the legume–rhizobia symbiosis,in their roots.Nevertheless,the relationship between the AM and rhizobial symbioses in native soil is poorly understood.Here,we examined how these distinct symbioses affect root-associated bacterial communities in Medicago truncatula by performing quantitative microbiota profiling(QMP)of 16S rRNA genes.We found that M.truncatula mutants that cannot establish AM or rhizobia symbiosis have an altered microbial load(quantitative abundance)in the rhizosphere and roots,and in particular that AM symbiosis is required to assemble a normal quantitative root-associated microbiota in native soil.Moreover,quantitative microbial co-abundance network analyses revealed that AM symbiosis affects Rhizobiales hubs among plant microbiota and benefits the plant holobiont.Through QMP of rhizobial rpoB and AM fungal SSU rRNA genes,we revealed a new layer of interaction whereby AM symbiosis promotes rhizobia accumulation in the rhizosphere of M.truncatula.We further showed that AM symbiosis-conditioned microbial communities within the M.truncatula rhizosphere could promote nodulation in different legume plants in native soil.Given that the AM and rhizobial symbioses are critical for crop growth,our findings might inform strategies to improve agricultural management.Moreover,our work sheds light on the co-evolution of these intracellular symbioses during plant adaptation to native soil conditions.Xiaolin Wang Huan Feng Yayu Wang Mingxing Wang Xingguang Xie Huizhong Chang Like Wang Jicheng Qu Kai Sun Wei He Chunyan Wang Chuanchao Dai Zhaohui Chu Changfu Tian Nan Yu Xuebin Zhang Huan Liu Ertao Wang 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,3:6
3Arc corrosion behavior of Cu-Ti_3AlC_2 composites in air atmosphere显示文摘The arc corrosion evolution of Cu-20 vol.% Ti_3 AlC_2 cathodes is presented here. After eroded by 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 kV DC voltage, respectively, the surface morphologies were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope with craters and protrusions. Compared to small craters and dense protrusions of the morphology by high voltage, the eroded surface was covered with bigger craters and sparse protrusions at low voltage. No crack was discovered on the surface even at 10 kV. By means of energy dispersive spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy, the decomposition of Cu-20 vol.% Ti_3 AlC_2 cathode to CuO,Al__2 O_3 and TiO_2 were proved. Meanwhile, W anode is oxidized to WO_2. 4Low-complexity method for DOA estimation based on ESPRIT显示文摘A low-complexity method for direction of arrival(DOA) estimation based on estimation signal parameters via rotational invariance technique(ESPRIT) is proposed.Instead of using the cross-correlation vectors in multistage Wiener filter(MSWF),the orthogonal residual vectors obtained in conjugate gradient(CG) method span the signal subspace used by ESPRIT.The computational complexity of the proposed method is significantly reduced,since the signal subspace estimation mainly needs two matrixvector complex multiplications at the iteration of data level.Furthermore,the prior training data are not needed in the proposed method.To overcome performance degradation at low signal to noise ratio(SNR),the expanded signal subspace spanned by more basis vectors is used and simultaneously renders ESPRIT yield redundant DOAs,which can be excluded by performing ESPRIT once more using the unexpanded signal subspace.Compared with the traditional ESPRIT methods by MSWF and eigenvalue decomposition(EVD),numerical results demonstrate the satisfactory performance of the proposed method.Xuebin Zhuang Xiaowei Cui Mingquan Lu Zhenming Feng 2010Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2010,21,5:6
5Effect of current polarity on electrical sliding wear behavior of Cu-WS_2-graphite-WS_2 nanotube composites in air and vacuum conditions显示文摘In this paper Cu-WS2-graphite-WS2nanotube composites were fabricated by powder metallurgy hot pressing method.The effect of current polarity on the wear rates and contact voltage drops of the composites were investigated using a brush-on-slip ring tribometer rubbing against Cu-5 wt.%Ag alloy ring in air and vacuum,respectively.The worn surfaces of the composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Surface profile curves of the worn tracks were measured using the surface profiler.The results demonstrated that the current polarity has a significant effect on the wear rates and contact voltage drops of the composites in both air and vacuum conditions.Positive brush possesses a higher wear rate compared with the negative brush in the air atmosphere since the electrical field direction activates oxidation at the positive brush surface while inhibits oxidation at the negative brush surface.Except for the regular wear losses,the combined effect of molten metal bridge erosion and arc erosion cause the positive brush to lose extra material and the negative brush to gain extra material,so the positive brush shows a higher wear rate in the vacuum condition.The contact voltage drop of the positive brush is lower than that of the negative brush in the air atmosphere,but contrarily,the positive brush shows a higher contact voltage drop in the vacuum condition.QIAN Gang FENG Yi CHEN FanYan LIU WenHong ZHANG XueBin LIU YanFang 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,11:5

7Galloping Vibration Monitoring of Overhead Transmission Lines by Chirped FBG Array显示文摘A distributed online fiber sensing system based on the phase-sensitive optical time domain reflectometer(Φ-OTDR)enhanced by the drawing tower fiber Bragg grating(FBG)array is presented and investigated experimentally for monitoring the galloping of overhead transmission lines.The chirped FBG array enhanced Φ-OTDR sensing system can be used to measure the galloping behavior of the overhead transmission lines(optical phase conductor or optical power ground wire),which are helpful for monitoring the frequency response characteristics of the ice-induced galloping,evaluating the motion tendencies of these cables,and avoiding the risk of flashover during galloping.The feasibility of the proposed online monitoring system is demonstrated through a series of experiments at the Special Optical Fiber Cable Laboratory of State Grid Corporation of China(Beijing,China).Results show that the proposed system is effective and reliable for the monitoring of galloping shape and characteristic frequency,which can predict the trend of destructive vibration behavior and avoid the occurrence of cable breaking and tower toppling accidents,and these features are essential for the safety operation in smart grids.Qizhong YAN Ciming ZHOU Xuebin FENG Chi DENG Wenyu HU Yimin XU 2022Photonic Sensors2022,12,3:5
8Numerically stable method of signal subspace estimation based on multistage Wiener filter显示文摘In this paper,a numerically stable method of signal subspace estimation based on Householder multistage Wiener filter(HMSWF) is proposed.Numerical stability of the method lies on the fact that the Householder matrix in HMSWF ensures the unitary blocking operation and significantly strengthens the orthogonality of basis vectors,especially in the finite-precision implementation.In the following,we analyze the numerical stability of HMSWF and MSWF based on the correlation subtractive structure(CSS-MSWF) by establishing the equivalence between the forward recursion of MSWF and the Arnoldi algorithm in numerical linear algebra.Besides,the equivalence between HMSWF and the Householder QR decomposition(QRD) on the Krylov matrix underlying in MSWF is directly established.Based on the relationship,two theoretical upper bounds of the orthogonality error of basis vectors in signal subspace are obtained and it is demonstrated that the orthogonality of basis vectors based on HMSWF is perfectly preserved by the numerically well-behaved Householder matrix,and the corresponding signal subspace estimation is much more numerically stable than that based on CSS-MSWF.Simulations show the numerical stability of the proposed method of signal subspace estimation by HMSWF.ZHUANG XueBin CUI XiaoWei LU MingQuan FENG ZhenMing 2010Science China(Information Sciences)2010,53,12:4

10The circular RNA circINPP4B acts as a sponge of miR-30a to regulate Th17 cell differentiation during progression of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis显示文摘Circular RNAs(circRNAs)regulate gene expression and participate in various biological and pathological processes.However,little is known about the effects of specific circRNAs on T helper cell 17(Th17)differentiation and related autoimmune diseases,such as multiple sclerosis(MS).Here,using transcriptome microarray analysis at different stages of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE),we identified the EAE progression-related circINPP4B,which showed upregulated expression in Th17 cells from mice with EAE and during Th17 differentiation in vitro.Silencing of circINPP4B inhibited Th17 differentiation and alleviated EAE,characterized by less demyelination and Th17 infiltration in the spinal cord.Mechanistically,circINPP4B served as a sponge that directly targeted miR-30a to regulate Th17 differentiation.Furthermore,circINPP4B levels were associated with the developing phases of clinical relapsing-remitting MS patients.Our results indicate that circINPP4B plays an important role in promoting Th17 differentiation and progression of EAE by targeting miR-30a,which provides a potential diagnostic and therapeutic target for Th17-mediated MS.Jingjing Han Wei Zhuang Wanhua Feng Fuxing Dong Fang Hua Ruiqin Yao Xuebin Qu 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,9:2

13Classification of rice seed variety using point cloud data combined with deep learning显示文摘Rice variety selection and quality inspection are key links in rice planting.Compared with two-dimensional images,three-dimensional information on rice seeds shows the appearance characteristics of rice seeds more comprehensively and accurately.This study proposed a rice variety classification method using three-dimensional point cloud data of the surface of rice seeds combined with a deep learning network to achieve the rapid and accurate identification of rice varieties.First,a point cloud collection platform was set up with a Raytrix light field camera as the core to collect three-dimensional point cloud data on the surface of rice seeds;then,the collected point cloud was filled,filtered and smoothed;after that,the point cloud segmentation is based on the RANSAC algorithm,and the point cloud downsampling is based on a combination of random sampling algorithm and voxel grid filtering algorithm.Finally,the processed point cloud was input to the improved PointNet network for feature extraction and species classification.The improved PointNet network added a cross-level feature connection structure,made full use of features at different levels,and better extracted the surface structure features of rice seeds.After testing,the improved PointNet model had an average classification accuracy of 89.4%for eight varieties of rice,which was 1.2%higher than that of the PointNet model.The method proposed in this study combined deep learning and point cloud data to achieve the efficient classification of rice varieties.Yan Qian Qianjin Xu Yingying Yang Hu Lu Hua Li Xuebin Feng Wenqing Yin 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5:1
14Rice seeds identification based on back propagation neural network model显示文摘Rice quality directly affects the final rice yield.In order to achieve rapid,non-destructive testing of rice seeds,this paper combines the three-dimensional laser scanning technology and back propagation(BP)neural network algorithm to build a rice seeds identification platform.The information on rice seed surface is collected from four angles and processed using Geomagic Studio software.Based on the noise filtering,smoothing of the point cloud,vulnerability repair,and downsampling,the three-dimensional(3D)morphological characteristics of a rice seed surface,and the projection features of the main plane cross-section are obtained through the calculation of the features.The experiments were performed on five rice varieties,including Da Hua aromatic glutinous,Hong ShiⅠ,Tian You VIII,Xin Dao X,and Yu Jing VI.The resulting input vector consisted respectively of:(1)nine 3D morphological surface features,(2)nine projection features of the main cross-section plane of rice,and(3)all of the above features.The results showed that for an input vector consisting of nine surface 3D morphological features,the recognition rate of the five rice varieties was 95%,96%,87%,93%,and 89%,respectively;for an input vector consisting of nine projection features of the main cross-section plane of rice seeds,the recognition rate was 96%,96%,90%,92%,and 89%,respectively;and lastly,for an input vector consisting of all the features,the highest recognition rate of 96%,97%,91%,94%,and 90%,respectively,was achieved.The analysis showed that rice varieties could be identified by using 3D laser scanning.Therefore,the proposed method can improve the accuracy of rice varieties identification.Xuebin Feng Peijun He Huaxi Zhang Wenqing Yin Yan Qian Peng Cao Fei Hu 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6:1
15Evidence for the role of KIF17 in fish spermatid reshaping:expression pattern of KIF17 in Larimichthys polyactis spermiogenesis显示文摘The homodimeric kinesin-2 protein KIF17 functions in intracellular transport and spermiogenesis in mammals.However,its role in fish spermiogenesis has not been reported.Here,we aimed to clone full-length kif17 cDNA and determine the molecular characteristics and expression patterns of KIF17 in Larimichthys polyactis spermiogenesis.The full-length cDNA of L.polyactis kif17(Lp-kif17)was sequenced and found to contain a 332-bp 5′untranslated region,480-bp 3′untranslated region,and 2433-bp open reading frame encoding 810 amino acids.Bioinformatics analyses showed that L.polyactis KIF17(Lp-KIF17)shared high sequence similarity with homologs in other animals and possessed an N-terminal motor domain with microtubule-binding sites and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)hydrolysis sites,a stalk domain containing two coiled-coil regions,and a C-terminal tail domain.The Lp-kif17 mRNA was widely expressed in various tissues,with the highest level in the brain,followed by that in the testis.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)analysis revealed that Lp-kif17 was continuously expressed in spermiogenesis,showing that it had potential functions in this process.Using immunofluorescence(IF)analysis,we found that Lp-KIF17 colocalized with tubulin and was transferred from the perinuclear cytoplasm to the side of spermatid where the tail forms during spermiogenesis.These findings suggested that KIF17 is involved in L.polyactis spermiogenesis.In particular,it may participate in nuclear shaping and tail formation by interacting with perinuclear microtubules during spermatid reshaping.In addition to providing evidence for the role of KIF17 in fish spermatid reshaping,this study provides important data for studies of reproductive biology in L.polyactis.Jingqian WANG Xinming GAO Xuebin ZHENG Chen DU Congcong HOU Qingping XIE Bao LOU Feng LIU Shan JIN Junquan ZHU 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,6:1

17Size-induced effect on cathode luminescence spectra of CsI(Na) and CsI(Tl) crystals显示文摘We investigated the cathode luminescence characteristics of CsI(Na)and CsI(Tl)crystals by the spectrum and structure properties at room temperature.We fabricated three different sizes of CsI(Na)and CsI(Tl)crystals and measured their luminescence spectra under cathode rays.We found that CsI(Na)cathode luminescence peaks appear at 420 and 305 nm,and CsI(Tl)cathode luminescence peaks are 540 and 410 nm,the grain size affects CsI(Na)luminescence significantly,and the Na-related420 nm luminescence intensified relatively when the average grain size reaches^20μm,which becomes weak when the grain size is down to nano-scale.But the cathode luminescence spectra of CsI(Tl)crystals with different size have no obvious changes.Our explanations for these phenomena are that the different impurities in the same host material CsI lead to different luminescence mechanisms.These cathode luminescence characteristics indicate the suitability of CsI(Na)and CsI(Tl)crystals to match photomultiplier tube for large area crystal detector development.LIU Fang OUYANG XiaoPing LIU Bin LIU JinLiang CHEN Liang ZHANG ZhongBing ZHANG XueBin FENG Yi 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,9:1
18Th17/Treg balance and factors related to autoimmune hepatitis显示文摘Background:Although Th17 cells and regulatory T cells play critical roles in autoimmune hepatitis,the balance between them in acute and chronic immune hepatitis is not well‐studied.The objective of this study was to explore the role of Th17/Treg balance in autoimmune hepatitis.Methods:Thirty female Wistar rats were randomly divided into the following three groups:acute model(AC),chronic model(CC),and healthy control(HC).Aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,and bilirubin levels were measured.Peripheral blood interleukin(IL)‐17,IL‐6,IL‐10,and transforming growth factor‐βcytokine levels were also assessed.Flow cytometry was used to detect changes in the Th17 cell and Treg cell frequency,and the Th17/Treg ratio was calculated.Results:The frequency of Th17 cells and Treg cells were both increased(p<0.05)and the Th17/Treg ratio was higher in the AC group compared with those in the HC group(p<0.05).Th17 cell levels were significantly lower and Treg cell levels were significantly higher in the CC group,compared with those in the AC group(p<0.05).In addition,the Th17/Treg ratio was lower in the CC group compared with that in the HC group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The Th17/Treg ratio was increased in the acute immune liver injury model and decreased in the chronic liver injury model.Th17/Treg imbalance may play a critical role in liver injury occurrence and development.Miao Xue Junshuai Feng Aimin Yang Liping Gao Xuebin Peng Ni Jiang Xiaorong Mao 2022Rheumatology & Autoimmunity2022,2,4:1

Firstly, a kinematical analysis of suspension is implemented to achieve optimized suspension geometry parameters according to the stable requirement.
