1Morphology and modulus evolution of graphite anode in lithium ion battery:An in situ AFM investigation显示文摘We investigated the interfacial electrochemical processes on graphite anode of lithium ion battery by using highly oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG)as a model system.In situ electrochemical atomic force microscopy experiments were performed in 1M lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide/ethylene carbonate/diethyl carbonate to reveal the formation process of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)on HOPG basal plane during potential variation.At 1.45 V,the initial deposition of SEI began at the defects of HOPG surface.After that,direct solvent decomposition took place at about 1.3 V,and the whole surface was covered with SEI.The thickness of SEI was 10.4±0.2 nm after one cycle,and increased to 13.8±0.2 nm in the second cycle,which is due to the insufficient electron blocking ability of the surface film.The Young’s modulus of SEI was measured by a peak force quantitative nanomechanical mapping(QNM).The Young’s modulus of SEI is inhomogeneous.The statistic value is 45±22 MPa,which is in agreement with the organic property of SEI on basal plane of HOPG.DENG Xin LIU XingRui YAN HuiJuan WANG Dong WAN LiJun 2014Science China Chemistry2014,57,1:7
2Dynamics of surface motion on a rotating massive homogeneous body显示文摘It is of great interest to study the dynamical environment on the surface of non-spherical small bodies, especially for asteroids. This paper takes a simple case of a cube for instance, investigates the dynamics of a particle on the surface of a rotating homogeneous cube, and derives fruitful results. Due to the symmetrical characteristic of the cube, the analysis includes motions on two different types of surfaces. For each surface, both the frictionless and friction cases are considered. (i) Without consideration of friction, the surface equilibria in both of the different surfaces are examined and periodic orbits are derived. The analysis of equilibria and periodic orbits could assist understanding the skeleton of motions on the surface of asteroids. (ii) For the friction cases, the conditions that the particle does not escape from the surface are examined. Due to the effect of the friction, there exist the equilibrium regions on the surface where the particle stays at rest, and the locations of them are found. 3Serum semaphorin 4C as a diagnostic biomarker in breast cancer:A multicenter retrospective study显示文摘Background:To date,there is no approved blood-based biomarker for breast cancer detection.Herein,we aimed to assess semaphorin 4C(SEMA4C),a pivotal protein involved in breast cancer progression,as a serum diagnostic biomarker.Methods:We included 6,213 consecutive inpatients from Tongji Hospital,Qilu Hospital,and Hubei Cancer Hospital.Training cohort and two validation cohorts were introduced for diagnostic exploration and validation.A pan-cancer cohort was used to independently explore the diagnostic potential of SEMA4C among solid tumors.Breast cancer patients who underwent mass excision prior to modified radical mastectomy were also analyzed.We hypothesized that increased pretreatment serum SEMA4C levels,measured using optimized in-house enzymelinked immunosorbent assay kits,could detect breast cancer.The endpoints were diagnostic performance,including area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC),sensitivity,and specificity.Post-surgery pathological diagnosis was the reference standard and breast cancer staging followed the TNM classification.There was no restriction on disease stage for eligibilities.Results:We included 2667 inpatients with breast lesions,2378 patients with other solid tumors,and 1168 healthy participants.Specifically,118 patients with breast cancer were diagnosed with stage 0(5.71%),620 with stage I(30.00%),966 with stage II(46.73%),217 with stage III(10.50%),and 8 with stage IV(0.39%).Patients with breast cancer had significantly higher serum SEMA4C levels than benign breast tumor patients and normal controls(P<0.001).Elevated serum SEMA4C levels had AUC of 0.920(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.900–0.941)and 0.932(95%CI:0.911–0.953)for breast cancer detection in the two validation cohorts.The AUCs for detecting early-stage breast cancer(n=366)and ductal carcinoma in situ(n=85)were 0.931(95%CI:0.916–0.946)and 0.879(95%CI:0.832–0.925),respectively.Serum SEMA4C levels significantly decreased after surgery,and the reduction was more striking after modified radical mastectomy,compared with mass excision(P<0.001).The positive rate of enhanced serum SEMA4C levels was 84.77%for breast cancer and below 20.75%for the other 14 solid tumors.Conclusions:Serum SEMA4C demonstrated promising potential as a candidate biomarker for breast cancer diagnosis.However,validation in prospective settings and by other study groups is warranted.Ya Wang Long Qiao Jie Yang Xiong Li Yaqi Duan Jiahao Liu Shaoqi Chen Huayi Li Dan Liu Tian Fang Jingjing Ma Xiaoting Li Fei Ye Junxiang Wan Juncheng Wei Qin Xu Ensong Guo Ping Jin Mingfu Wu Lin Zhang Yun Xia Yaqun Wu Jun Shao Yaojun Feng Qing Zhang Zongyuan Yang Gang Chen Qinghua Zhang Xingrui Li Shixuan Wang Junbo Hu Xiaoyun Wang Mona P.Tan Kazuaki Takabe Beihua Kong Qifeng Yang Ding Ma Qinglei Gao 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,12:3
4Neuro-Optimal Guidance Control for Lunar Soft Landing显示文摘Returning to moon has become a top topic recently. Many studies have shown that soft landing is a challenging problem in lunar exploration. The lunar soft landing in this paper beginsfrom a 100km circular lunar parking orbit. Once the landing area has been selected and it is time to deorbit for landing, a burn of 19.4m/s is performed to establish a 100× 15km elliptical orbit. At perilune, the landing jets are ignited, and a propulsive landing is performed. A guidanceand control scheme for lunar soft landing is proposed in the paper, which combines optimal theory with nonlinear neuro-control. Basically, an optimal nonlinear control law based on artificial neural network is presented, on the basis of the optimum trajectory from perilune to lunar surface in terms of Pontryagin’s maximum principle according to the terminal boundary conditions and performanceindex. Therefore some optimal control laws can be carried out in the soft landing system due to thenonlinear mapping function of the neural network. 5Macro-physical field of large diameter magnesium alloy billet electromagnetic direct-chill casting:A comparative study显示文摘A comprehensive two-dimensional axisymmetric mathematical model that couples transient electromagnetic force with fluid flow,heat transfer,and solidification was established to describe the interaction of multiphysics field during DC casting.The melt flow,heat transfer,and solidification characteristics under differential phase pulse magnetic field and differential phase low-frequency electromagnetic field(DP-PMF and DP-LFEF)were numerically investigated by means of numerical simulation during electromagnetic direct-chill(DC)casting of AZ31 alloy at the same casting conditions.The effects of differential phase electromagnetic fields on Lorentz forces distributions,melt flow,heat transfer,and liquid sump shape were discussed systematically.Based on measured current waveform,the results were compared with those obtained without magnetic field(MF)and under conventional pulse magnetic field(PMF)and low-frequency electromagnetic field(LFEF)under the same conditions.The results show that the application of magnetic fields can significantly change the solidification process of DC casting.Differential phase magnetic fields(DP-LFEF and DP-PMF)can effectively reduce the temperature of the melt in the liquid sump,and the shallower liquid sump depth can be obtained under the differential phase magnetic fields.A large velocity vibration amplitude and a lower temperature are available simultaneously under DP-PMF,resulting in more uniform temperature distribution.Yonghui Jia Xingrui Chen Qichi Le Hang Wang Lei Bao 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,3:3
6Differential Inhibition of Nav1.7 and Neuropathic Pain by Hybridoma-Produced and Recombinant Monoclonal Antibodies that Target Nav1.7显示文摘The voltage-gated Na^+ channel subtype Nav1.7 is important for pain and itch in rodents and humans. We previously showed that a Nav1.7-targeting monoclonal antibody(SVmab) reduces Na+ currents and pain and itch responses in mice. Here, we investigated whether recombinant SVmab(rSVmab) binds to and blocks Nav1.7 similar to SVmab. ELISA tests revealed that SVmab was capable of binding to Nav1.7-expressing HEK293 cells,mouse DRG neurons, human nerve tissue, and the voltagesensor domain Ⅱ of Nav1.7. In contrast, rSVmab showed no or weak binding to Nav1.7 in these tests. Patch-clamp recordings showed that SVmab, but not rSVmab, markedly inhibited Na+ currents in Nav1.7-expressing HEK293 cells. Notably, electrical field stimulation increased the blocking activity of SVmab and rSVmab in Nav1.7-expressing HEK293 cells. SVmab was more effective than rSVmab in inhibiting paclitaxel-induced mechanical allodynia. SVmab also bound to human DRG neurons and inhibited their Na^+ currents. 7An Electrochromic Nickel Phosphate Film for Large-Area Smart Window with Ultra-Large Optical Modulation显示文摘Exploring materials with high electrochemical activity is of keen interest for electrochemistry-controlled optical and energy storage devices.However,it remains a great challenge for transition metal oxides to meet this feature due to their low electron conductivity and insufficient reaction sites.Here,we propose a type of transition metal phosphate(NiHPO_(4)·3H_(2)O,NHP)by a facile and scalable electrodeposition method,which can achieve the capability of efficient ion accommodation and injection/extraction for electrochromic energy storage applications.Specifically,the NHP film with an ultra-high transmittance(approach to 100%)achieves a large optical modulation(90.8%at 500 nm),high coloration efficiency(75.4 cm^(2)C^(-1)at 500 nm),and a high specific capacity of 47.8 mAh g^(-1)at 0.4 A g^(-1).Furthermore,the transformation mechanism of NHP upon electrochemical reaction is systematically elucidated using in situ and ex situ techniques.Ultimately,a large-area electrochromic smart window with 100 cm^(2)is constructed based on the NHP electrode,displaying superior electrochromic energy storage performance in regulating natural light and storing electrical charges.Our findings may open up new strategies for developing advanced electrochromic energy storage materials and smart windows.Pengyang Lei Jinhui Wang Yi Gao Chengyu Hu Siyu Zhang Xingrui Tong Zhuanpei Wang Yuanhao Gao Guofa Cai 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,3:2
8Removal of Vand Fe from spent denitrification catalyst by using oxalic acid:Study of dissolution kinetics and toxicity显示文摘The selective dissolution of V and Fe from spent denitrification catalyst(SDC)with oxalic acid was investigated to minimise their environmental effects.The dissolution kinetics of different elements from SDC by using 0.1–1.5 mol L^(-1) oxalic acid concentration was studied at 60℃–90℃.V and Fe were preferentially released(65%and 81%)compared with Al,Ti and W within 5 min due to the redox reactions of oxalic acid.The dissolved fractions of Fe,V,Al,Wand Ti increased with the increase of oxalic acid concentration and reaction temperature.The dissolution kinetic experiments were analysed and controlled diffusion with n<0.5 according to the Avrami dissolve reaction model(R^(2)>0.92).The Arrhenius parameters of the Ea values of Ti,W,V,Fe and Al from SDC with oxalic acid were 30,26,20,19 and 11 kJ mol^(-1),respectively.The obtained Avrami equation of V and Fe was successfully used to predict their leaching behaviour in oxalic acid.Toxicity characteristic leaching procedure revealed that the toxicity risk of Vand Fe metals from SDC after leaching with oxalic acid decreased to below 5 mg kg^(-1) residua.Overall,the leaching residua by oxalic acid indicated its safety for the environment.Wenfen Wu Chenye Wang Xingrui Wang Huiquan Li 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,5:2

10Oxidation behaviours of Nb–22Ti–15Si–2Al–2Hf–2V–(2, 14)Cr alloys with Al and Y modified silicide coatings prepared by pack cementation显示文摘Al and Y modified silicide coatings on the Nb-15Si-22Ti-(2,14)Cr-2Al-2Hf-2V alloys(where the alloy with 2 at%Cr or 14 at%Cr is hereafter referred to as 2Cr and 14 Cr alloy,respectively) was prepared by pack cementation.The microstructural evolution and the oxidation behaviours of the coating 2Cr and 14 Cr samples at 1250 ℃ were studied.The 2Cr alloy consists of Nb solid solution(Nb_(SS)) and α-Nb_5Si_3 silicide,while the Laves C15-Cr_2Nb phase arised in the 14 Cr alloy.The coating structure of the coating 2Cr sample contained the outer(Nb,X)Si_2+(Nb,X)_5Si_3 layer,the middle(Nb,X)_5Si_3 layer and the inner undeveloped intermetallic(Nb,Ti)_3(Al,X) layer,the structure of the coating 14 Cr sample consisted of the outer single(Nb,X)Si_2 layer,the middle(Nb,X)_5Si_3 layer,the transition(Nb,Ti)(Cr,Al) layer and the inner(Cr,Al)_2(Nb,Ti) layer.The coating 14 Cr sample exhibited better oxidation resistance than the coating 2Cr sample.With an outer single(Nb,X)Si_2 layer,a compact oxide scale consisting of SiO_2 and TiO_2 formed on the coating14 Cr sample,which can efficiently prevent the substrate from oxidising.For the coating 2Cr sample with an outer(Nb,X)Si_2 +(Nb,X)_5Si_3 layer,the oxide scale of the SiO_2,TiO_2,Nb_2O_5 and CrNbO_4 mixture generated,and the scale spalled out from the surface of the sample,resulting in disastrous failure.Songming Zhang Xingrui Shi Jiangbo Sha 2015Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2015,25,5:2

13Crystallization of calcium silicate at elevated temperatures in highly alkaline system of Na_2O–CaO–SiO_2–H_2O显示文摘In Na_2O–CaO–SiO_2–H_2O system,systematic investigations of phase and morphology of calcium silicate in hydrothermal conditions were concisely conducted for high-value utilization of silicon resource in high-alumina fly ash(HAFA).The results show that crystal composition and phase may be affected by relatively low concentration of NaOH,and sodium ions are rearranged into the structure to form NaCaHSiO_4 and Na_2Ca_3H_8Si_2O_(12) with different C/S ratio at high concentration of Na OH.In addition,phases in wollastonite group possess the morphology of nano fiber.Formation of nano fiber is attributed to the difference of surface energies between axial and radial direction,and higher temperatures lead to easier growth along radial direction.The preparation of C–S–H with different phases and morphologies can guide for the application of silicate solution with high alkalinity with different purposes.Ganyu Zhu Huiquan Li Shaopeng Li Xinjuan Hou Xingrui Wang 2017Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2017,25,10:1

17Hot deformation behavior and processing map of Mg-2Zn-1Al-0.2RE alloy显示文摘In this study,uniaxial hot compression tests were carried out between 200 and 400℃ over strain rates of0.001-1 s-1 to investigate the hot deformation behavior of Mg-2 Zn-1 Al-0.2 RE alloy with coarse grains.The average activation energy was measured to be 174.51 kJ/mol.In addition,a constitutive relation based on the Arrhenius equation was established.Dynamic recrystallization(DRX) kinetics were studied by Avrami equation to characterize the evolution of DRX volume fraction.DRX was favored at high temperatures of 300-400℃ and low strain rates of 0.001-0.01 s-1.According to dynamic material model and Prasad’s instability criterion,a maximum power dissipation of 38% and 32% occurs at 400℃/0.001 s-1 and 400℃/0.01 s-1,respectively.According to the proce ssing map,330-400℃/0.001-0.01 s-1was determined as the optimum deformation parameter range.Yanxia Niu Jian Hou Fangkun Ning Xingrui Chen Yonghui Jia Qichi Le 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,6:1
