1Near-Infrared-Excitable Organic Ultralong Phosphorescence through Multiphoton Absorption显示文摘Organic ultralong room-temperature phosphorescence(OURTP)with a long-lived triplet excited state up to several seconds has triggered widespread research interests,but most OURTP materials are excited by only ultraviolet(UV)or blue light owing to their unique stabilized triplet-and solid-state emission feature.Here,we demonstrate that near-infrared-(NIR-)excitable OURTP molecules can be rationally designed by implanting intra/intermolecular charge transfer(CT)characteristics into Haggregation to stimulate the efficient nonlinear multiphoton absorption(MPA).The resultant upconverted MPA-OURTP show ultralong lifetimes over 0.42 s and a phosphorescence quantum yield of~37%under both UV and NIR light irradiation.Empowered by the extraordinary MPA-OURTP,novel applications including two-photon bioimaging,visual laser power detection and excitation,and lifetime multiplexing encryption devices were successfully realized.These discoveries illustrate not only a delicate design map for the construction of NIR-excitable OURTP materials but also insightful guidance for exploring OURTP-based nonlinear optoelectronic properties and applications.Ye Tao Lele Tang Qi Wei Jibiao Jin Wenbo Hu Runfeng Chen Qingqing Yang Huanhuan Li Ping Li Guichuan Xing Quli Fan Chao Zheng Wei Huang 2020Research2020,,1:1

3Coseismic Effect Simulation of Yushu M_S 7.1 Earthquake and Absolute Gravity Inspection显示文摘Using the results of aftershock relocation,inversion on seismic waves and InSAR results,and surface rupture displacements obtained by geological survey after the earthquake,this paper constructs a fault model of the Yushu M S7.1 earthquake.Based on rectangular dislocation theory in an elastic-viscoelastic layered medium,we have simulated the coseismic deformation and gravity change with gravitational effect considered.The pictures show that the absolute gravity measuring point is beside the extremum of coseismic gravity change,and the numerical value reaches 25.02×10-8m·s-2.After a discussion about the gravity changes before the earthquake and the coherence consistency between two FG-5absolute gravimeters,we think that the measured value 27.2×10-8m·s-2at Yushu station is coseismic gravity change.It's coincident with the simulation results based on dislocation theory.Therefore it is a good tool to test the near-field changes found by dislocation theory.Tan Hongbo Shen Chongyang Xing Leling Li Hui Chen Shi 2013Earthquake Research in China2013,27,4:0
4A novel lysosome‐localized fluorescent probe with aggregation‐induced emission without alkalinizing effect显示文摘Herein,a novel small molecule probe,tetraphenylethylene‐cystein(TPE‐Cys),was rationally designed and developed for the intracellular lysosome localization.The combination of tetraphenylethylene and cysteine serve as a novel strategy for lysosome‐targeting,with significant aggregation‐induced emission increases with the proportion of water by as high as 25‐folds.Biofluorescence imaging experiments show that the probe TPE‐Cys has a good colocalization effect with the commercially available lysotracker red,with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.91.In addition,we also demonstrate that TPE‐Cys has good light stability.TPE‐Cys,as a neutral compound,is free of alkalinizing effect when applied in lysosome localization.Moreover,molecular dynamics simulations and density function theories are employed to explore the detailed aggregation process and the mechanism of TPE‐Cys aggregation in water solution.The mechanism of lysosome localization of probe TPE‐Cys was explained by cellular endocytosis process and the formation of larger particle in the more acidic environment of lysosomes.This work not only demonstrates an efficient strategy for the construction of fluorescent probes for lysosome localization,but also indicates that they are promising as live cell imaging tools.Jingran Zhang Yan Jia Xinyi Xing Mengmei Qin Zibo Wu Yingqian Zhong Lele Liu Shuqing Sun Peng Li Haiyuan Wang Guangjiu Zhao 2021SmartMat2021,2,4:0
5Study of the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Health Insurance Fund of Hubei Province in 2020显示文摘Objective To provide a reference for future budget of health insurance fund for the COVID-19 pandemic in other parts of China or other major public health events.Meanwhile,it also offers a reference for the government to introduce and adjust the policy of health insurance funds after the pandemic.Methods Models of the income,expenditure and cumulative balance of health insurance fund in Hubei Province in 2020 were established and compared.The former was mainly established and tested using SPSS 26.0 and Excel,while the latter was obtained by inferential analysis.Results and Conclusion The COVID-19 pandemic reduced the income and increased expenditure of the health insurance fund in Hubei Province in 2020,resulting in a deficit.The COVID-19 outbreak has caused a deficit in health insurance fund of Hubei Province in the short term,but in the long term,the outbreak will not have a major impact on the health insurance fund.Zhi Yuanyuan Dou Lele Xing Miaomiao Wang Shuling 2021Asian Journal of Social Pharmacy2021,16,4:0
