| 2 | Preparation of CuCr alloys by thermit-reduction electromagnetic stirring显示文摘The influences of the additive CaF2, different molds, mold pre-heating temperature, electromagnetic stirring, and alloying elements on CuCr have been investigated respectively during the preparation of CuCr alloys by thermit-reduction electromagnetic stirring. The results indicate that the reasonable reactant mass ratio of CuO: Cr2O3: Al is 100:140:160; CaF2 can reduce the solidifica- tion point of slags to improve the metal separating efficiency from slags; the crystal particles become thinner because of the high cooling velocity in the metal mold; while casting in the graphite mold, the casting properties of CuCr improve with the increase of pre-heating temperature; the compact alloys are prepared at 500°C; electromagnetic stirring can prevent the growth of dendrite crys- tal into refine crystal particles, as well as homogenize Cu and Cr to improve the CuCr properties; the optimal stirring time is 7 min; when the alloying elements Ni and Co are added to the reactants, elements Cu and Cr can distribute evenly but the crystal particles become thick. | Zhihe Dou Tingan Zhang Haien Yu Liping Niu Xiaoli Jiang Huan Yang | 2007 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2007,14,6: | 4 |

| 4 | Rational design of robust nano-Si/graphite nanocomposites anodes with strong interfacial adhesion for high-performance lithium-ion batteries显示文摘The nano-Si/graphite nanocomposites are the promising anodes candidates for high-energy lithium-ion batteries because of their high theoretical capacities and low volume variations.However,the nano-Si has a severe tendency to separate from the graphite substrate due to the inherently weak bonding between them,thus leading to the deteriorated cycling performance and low Coulombic efficiency.Herein,we design a robust nano-Si/graphite nanocomposite structure with strong interfacial adhesion caused by the Si—Ti and Ti—C covalent bonds.The abundant Si—Ti and Ti—C bonds formed between nano-Si and graphite greatly enhance the interfacial adhesion force,resulting in the highly stabilized and integrated electrode structure during battery cycling.Consequently,the as-obtained nano-Si/graphite anodes deliver a high capacity retention of 90.0% after 420 cycles at 0.5 C with an average Coulombic efficiency of 99.5%;moreover,a high initial Coulombic efficiency of 90.2% is achieved.Significantly,this work provides a novel strategy to address the poor interfacial adhesion between nano-Si and graphite,which can be applied to other nano-Si based composites anodes. | Yuantao Yan Xiaoli Zhao Huanglin Dou Jingjiang Wei Wanyu Zhao Zhihua Sun Xiaowei Yang | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,2: | 1 |
