1Catalytic alkane dehydrogenations显示文摘Olefins find widespread applications in the synthesis of polyolefins and fine chemicals. With an increasing demand for olefins, the technologies for alkane dehydrogenation have drawn much attention. Several types of heterogeneous catalysts have found applications in industry for the dehydrogenation of light alkanes, mainly ethane, propane, and butane. In the past three decades, a number of transition-metal complexes,particularly pincer-ligated iridium complexes, have been developed as the homogeneous catalysts for alkane dehydrogenations. 2Optimization of the Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction Process for Protocatechuic Acid from Emilia sonchifolia DC by Response Surface Methodology显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to optimize the extraction process of protocatechuic acid from Emilia sonchifolia DC. [Methods] The optimal extraction conditions were determined by single factor,response surface analysis and variance analysis,and the content of protocatechuic acid was determined by HPLC. [Results] The protocatechuic acid standard curve equation was: y = 1 435 x + 8 403,R^2= 0. 999 8,indicating a good linear relationship. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: a temperature at 80 ℃,an extraction time of 1 h,a material-to-liquid ratio at 1:10 and an ultrasonic power of 600 W,and the content of protocatechuic acid extracted was 1. 93 mg/g. The method showed a RSD of 0. 41%,less than 2%,and the detection limit was 0. 0000047261 g/ml.The experimental sample X1 was the low-level 0. 1 mg/ml standard solution,which showed recovery of protocatechuic acid between 100.8% and 105.2%,with a RSD of 0. 013%;and the sample X2 was the high-level 1. 0 mg/ml standard solution,which exhibited recovery between 100. 6% and 102. 2%,with a RSD of 0.076%. Thus,the recovery was high,and the requirements of the performance index were met. 11Recent Advances in the Theoretical and Applied Study on Compressible Turbulent Flow over Aerospace Vehicles显示文摘This paper focused on the fundamental and applied research of turbulent flows encountered in the hypersonic flight of aerospace vehicles,which take place in the boundary layer and mixing layer.As to the plate boundary layer,LES approach has been used to simulate the flows over compression corners and incident shock waves,revealing that turbulent flows would significantly inhibit the boundary layer separation caused by shock wave-boundary layer interaction(SWBLI).The boundary layer transition over a circular cone has been analyzed through stability analysis and wind-tunnel test,by which the angle-of-attack effect in case of small angle of attack has been studied.Non-linear evolution process and secondary instability structure in the supersonic mixing layer(Mc=0.5) were initially figured out through the study of mixing layer,and knowledge of the flow control mechanism of the boundary layer and mixing enhancement mechanism of the mixing layer has been obtained through this research.Artificial boundary-layer transition technique based on subharmonic resonance has been proposed and applied to the flow control in a scramjet inlet,inhibiting the flow separation of the boundary layer while improving the inlet performance.To guarantee the mixing of kerosene and supersonic airflow in the scramjet combustor,the mixing enhancement method based on subharmonic resonance has been adopted and a concept of combustor with smooth wall and low internal drag has been proposed for ignition and stable combustion.Finally,future turbulence research and technological development of aerospace vehicles is predicted.SHEN Qing LI Feng YANG Wubing WANG Qiang 2016Aerospace China2016,17,1:0
12Lipopolysaccharide/Toll-like receptor 4 signaling pathway involved Qingdu decoction treating severe liver injury merging with endotoxemia显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective effects and underlying mechanism of Qingdu decoction(QDD) on experimental rats with severe liver injury induced by thioacetamide(TAA).METHODS: A total of 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group(n = 10) and experimental group(n = 30). Rats were administrated the same content of saline in normal group. The rats inthe experimental group were pretreated with TAA at dose of 12 mg/kg lasting 8 weeks, and from 9th week to 12 th week, with TAA at concentration of 36mg/kg. During the 9th week to 12 th week period,the rats were randomly divided into three subgroups(n = 10 each) simultaneously based on the treatment categories: model group, lactulose(LA,3.5 m L/kg) group and QDD(5.95 g/kg) group, orally once per day respectively. At the 12 th week, the content of serum alanine transaminase(ALT), aspartate transaminase(AST), total bilirubin(TBIL), endotoxin(ET) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. The plasma prothrombin time(PT), prothrombin time-international normalized ratio(PTR) and prothrombin time activity(PTA) were measured by automatic coagulation analyzer. The level of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-binding protein(LBP), cluster differentiation 14(CD14) and Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) expressions was measured by both western blot(WB) and real-time polymerase chain reaction(real-time PCR).RESULTS: Compared with the model group, hepatic morphology in the QDD group was improved under light microscope and transmission electron microscope; at the same time, the contents of serum ALT, AST, TBIL, ET and TNF-α, and level of LBP, CD14 and TLR4 expressions in liver tissues were significantly decreased compared with the model group(P < 0.05), while PTA in the QDD group was enhanced(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: QDD has the functional effect on improving the injured liver through inhibiting the LPS/TLR4 signaling pathway thus decreasing the level of the inflammatory medicators.Cao Wubing Du Yuqiong Gao Lianyin Che Niancong Zhang Qiuyun Fu Xiuwen Luo Jiajia Wang Rongbing 2017Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,3:0
13Machine Learning Modeling of Protein-intrinsic Features Predicts Tractability of Targeted Protein Degradation显示文摘Targeted protein degradation(TPD)has rapidly emerged as a therapeutic modality to eliminate previously undruggable proteins by repurposing the cell’s endogenous protein degradation machinery.However,the susceptibility of proteins for targeting by TPD approaches,termed“degradability”,is largely unknown.Here,we developed a machine learning model,model-free analysis of protein degradability(MAPD),to predict degradability from features intrinsic to protein targets.MAPD shows accurate performance in predicting kinases that are degradable by TPD compounds[with an area under the precision–recall curve(AUPRC)of 0.759 and an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC)of 0.775]and is likely generalizable to independent non-kinase proteins.We found five features with statistical significance to achieve optimal prediction,with ubiquitination potential being the most predictive.By structural modeling,we found that E2-accessible ubiquitination sites,but not lysine residues in general,are particularly associated with kinase degradability.Finally,we extended MAPD predictions to the entire proteome to find964 disease-causing proteins(including proteins encoded by 278 cancer genes)that may be tractable to TPD drug development.Wubing Zhang Shourya S.Roy Burman Jiaye Chen Katherine A.Donovan Yang Cao Chelsea Shu Boning Zhang Zexian Zeng Shengqing Gu Yi Zhang Dian Li Eric S.Fischer Collin Tokheim X.Shirley Liu 2022Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,5:0

15Differential impacts of adult trees on offspring and non-offspring recruits in a subtropical forest显示文摘An important mechanism promoting species coexistence is conspecific negative density dependence(CNDD),which inhibits conspecific neighbors by accumulating host-specific enemies near adult trees.Natural enemies may be genotype-specific and regulate offspring dynamics more strongly than non-offspring,which is often neglected due to the difficulty in ascertaining genetic relatedness.Here,we investigated whether offspring and non-offspring of a dominant species,Castanopsis eyrei,suffered from different strength of CNDD based on parentage assignment in a subtropical forest.We found decreased recruitment efficiency(proxy of survival probability)of offspring compared with non-offspring near adult trees during the seedling-sapling transition,suggesting genotype-dependent interactions drive tree demographic dynamics.Furthermore,the genetic similarity between individuals of same cohort decreased in late life history stages,indicating genetic-relatedness-dependent tree mortality throughout ontogeny.Our results demonstrate that within-species genetic relatedness significantly affects the strength of CNDD,implying genotype-specific natural enemies may contribute to population dynamics in natural forests.Fang Wang Xiangcheng Mi Lei Chen Wubing Xu Walter Durka Nathan GSwenson Daniel JJohnson Samantha JWorthy Jianhua Xue Yan Zhu Bernhard Schmid Yu Liang Keping Ma 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,10:0
16Analysis on secondary instability of shear layer based on the concept of phase synchronization显示文摘A concept of phase synchronization point is proposed, and then a model is built using this concept to explain secondary instabilities. This model has been used to determine the conditions of K- and H-type secondary instabilities, which are coincident with the conditions published in literatures. It also can be used to analyze other secondary instability phenomena. For example, the numerical results validate the analysis results in the case of 1/3rd subharmonic mode secondary instability.
