1Tinea faciei in a newborn due toTrichophyton tonsurans显示文摘We report here the first case of neonatal tinea faciei caused by Trichophyton tonsurans in China's Mainland.The mother of the infant had tinea corpris and tinea capitis while the father had tinea incongnito.The infections in the parents were mycologically confirmed to be due to Trichophyton tonsurans.Ttinea faciei in the infant was cured after two-week topical use of amorolfine cream.The mother ceased breastfeeding and took oral terbinafine for 4 weeks.No recurrence was observed in the infant during 12 months of follow-up.Meihua Fu Yiping Ge Wei Chen Suying Feng Xiaodong She Xiaofang Li Weida Liu 2013The Journal of Biomedical Research2013,27,1:3

4Direct observation and manipulation of hot electrons at room temperature显示文摘In modern electronics and optoelectronics,hot electron behaviors are highly concerned,as they determine the performance limit of a device or system,like the associated thermal or power constraint of chips and the Shockley-Queisser limit for solar cell efficiency.To date,however,the manipulation of hot electrons has been mostly based on conceptual interpretations rather than a direct observation.The problem arises from a fundamental fact that energy-differential electrons are mixed up in real-space,making it hard to distinguish them from each other by standard measurements.Here we demonstrate a distinct approach to artificially(spatially)separate hot electrons from cold ones in semiconductor nanowire transistors,which thus offers a unique opportunity to observe and modulate electron occupied state,energy,mobility and even path.Such a process is accomplished through the scanning-photocurrent-microscopy measurements by activating the intervalley-scattering events and 1D charge-neutrality rule.Findings here may provide a new degree of freedom in manipulating non-equilibrium electrons for both electronic and optoelectronic applications.Hailu Wang Fang Wang Hui Xia Peng Wang Tianxin Li Juzhu Li Zhen Wang Jiamin Sun Peisong Wu Jiafu Ye Qiandong Zhuang Zaixing Yang Lan Fu Weida Hu Xiaoshuang Chen Wei Lu 2021National Science Review2021,8,9:0
5Graphene/MoS_(2-x)O_(x)/graphene photomemristor with tunable non-volatile responsivities for neuromorphic vision processing显示文摘Conventional artificial intelligence(Al)machine vision technology,based on the von Neumann architecture,uses separate sensing,computing,and storage units to process huge amounts of vision data generated in sensory terminals.The frequent movement of redundant data between sensors,processors and memory,however,results in high-power consumption and latency.A more efficient approach is to offload some of the memory and computational tasks to sensor elements that can perceive and process the optical signal simultaneously.Here,we proposed a non-volatile photomemristor,in which the reconfigurable responsivity can be modulated by the charge and/or photon flux through it and further stored in the device.The non-volatile photomemristor has a simple two-terminal architecture,in which photoexcited carriers and oxygen-related ions are coupled,leading to a displaced and pinched hysteresis in the current-voltage characteristics.For the frst time,non-volatile photomemristors implement computationally complete logic with photoresponse-stateful operations,for which the same photomemristor serves as both a logic gate and memory,using photoresponse as a physical state variable instead of light,voltage and memresistance.The polarity reversal of photomemristors shows great potential for in-memory sensing and computing with feature extraction and image recognition for neuromorphic vision.Xiao Fu Tangxin Li Bin Cai Jinshui Miao Gennady NPanin Xinyu Ma jinjin Wang Xiaoyong Jiang Qing Li Yi Dong Chunhui Hao Juyi Sun Hangyu Xu Qixiao Zhao Mengjia Xia Bo Song Fansheng Chen Xiaoshuang Chen Wei Lu Weida Hu 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,2:0
6Pattern control for large-scale spacecraft swarms in elliptic orbits via density fields显示文摘Space swarms,enabled by the miniaturization of spacecraft,have the potential capability to lower costs,increase efficiencies,and broaden the horizons of space missions.The formation control problem of large-scale spacecraft swarms flying around an elliptic orbit is considered.The objective is to drive the entire formation to produce a specified spatial pattern.The relative motion between agents becomes complicated as the number of agents increases.Hence,a density-based method is adopted,which concerns the density evolution of the entire swarm instead of the trajectories of individuals.The density-based method manipulates the density evolution with Partial Differential Equations(PDEs).This density-based control in this work has two aspects,global pattern control of the whole swarm and local collision-avoidance between nearby agents.The global behavior of the swarm is driven via designing velocity fields.For each spacecraft,the Q-guidance steering law is adopted to track the desired velocity with accelerations in a distributed manner.However,the final stable velocity field is required to be zero in the classical density-based approach,which appears as an obstacle from the viewpoint of astrodynamics since the periodic relative motion is always time-varying.To solve this issue,a novel transformation is constructed based on the periodic solutions of Tschauner-Hempel(TH)equations.The relative motion in Cartesian coordinates is then transformed into a new coordinate system,which permits zero-velocity in a stable configuration.The local behavior of the swarm,such as achieving collision avoidance,is achieved via a carefully-designed local density estimation algorithm.Numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the performance of this approach.Chihang YANG Hao ZHANG Weida FU 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,3:0
7Optimal Policy for Remanufacturing Firms with Carbon Options under Service Requirements显示文摘This paper studies the procurement management of carbon financial instruments and the production decisions for an emission-dependent remanufacturing firm under service requirements.In the presence of demand uncertainty,carbon emission options are introduced to hedge risks for the firm who purchases carbon financial instruments under a cap-flexible emission trading scheme(ETS)and then conducts remanufacturing.We develop three optimization models to determine the optimal remanufacturing quantity(procurement quantity of carbon financial instruments)maximizing the firm's expected profit under three contracts:a pure wholesale price contract,a pure carbon option contract,and a portfolio contract.Through analyses and comparisons of optimal solutions,we demonstrate the values of introducing carbon options and committing to service levels for the firm.Compared with the other two pure contracts,the portfolio contract makes the firm better off.However,high service requirements may lead to a profit loss to the firm.We generalize to the cases when the yield rate is dependent on the quality of used products,when the yield is stochastic,and when carbon price performs volatility.Discussion of these extensions illuminates how the variability of used product quality,yield rate and carbon price influences the firm's performances.Junfei Ding Weida Chen Shuaishuai Fu 2022Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2022,31,1:0
