| 2 | 乳酸菌培养物的生长特性及其对豆奶质构和风味的影响显示文摘研究了Lactobacillus casei (LC), Lactobacillus helveticus (LH) and Lactobacillus rahmnosus (Lactobacillus casei subsp. rahmnosus 6013) (LR)生长特性及其对大豆奶酪风味的影响。研究表明,经过6 h的发酵,LC、LH和LR的菌落数分别增长至8.74、7.69和8.69 log (CFU/mL);37 ℃时,分别接种LC、LH、LR和添加有Glucono-δ-内酯(GDL)的大豆牛奶都明显出现可滴定酸度增加、pH减少的现象。这三种乳酸菌都能够利用大豆糖源。经质构分析发现,菌种可引起大豆牛奶质构发生变化,其凝乳的能力可与GDL媲美。菌种通过产酶、产酸而水解大豆蛋白,从而导致质构变化形成凝乳。这些菌种可释放18种游离氨基酸(FAA),其中包括可作为奶酪风味物质前体化合物的天门冬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、蛋氨酸、苯丙氨酸和缬氨酸。这些菌种均能利用大豆脂肪酸(FA),而在大豆凝乳中出现某些FA消失的现象表明所选的菌种还能分别完全消耗特定的FA。可见,这三种乳酸菌在大豆牛奶中可引起质感及风味前体物的变化,正是生产大豆奶酪所必需的效果,故选择它们作为制备大豆奶酪的适用菌种。 | Naveed Ahmad 李理 杨晓泉 宁正祥 Wazir Hussain Shah 王永华 陈泽华 | 2008 | 现代食品科技2008,24,4: | 12 |

| 6 | Plasma cell leukemia-one in a million: A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Plasma cell leukemia(PCL) is diagnosed by the presence of an absolute plasma cell count of > 2 × 109/L or 20% plasma cells in the peripheral blood. Because the incidence of PCL is relatively low, our case report study presents a rare opportunity to describe the clinical and pathological characteristics of this leukemia, as well as different modalities of treatment and outcomes of primary PCL(pPCL).CASE SUMMARY A 56-year-old male with a history of hypertension complained of pain in the left flank area which started four months prior to admission. On admission, his vital signs were stable, and physical examination was completely benign. Laboratory evaluation showed hemoglobin of 5.1 g/dL, white blood cell count of 6.6 cells per cubic millimeter with 16% atypical lymphocytes, and platelet count of 51000 per microliter. Peripheral smear showed more than 10%-15% of plasma cells(Figure1), and flow cytometry of peripheral blood confirmed PCL with 24% plasma cells CD138+. Bone marrow biopsy demonstrated 80% plasma cells(38+, 138+, 117+,10-, 19-, 20-, 56-) with 90% cellularity. The Oncology team was consulted, and VCD therapy was started. After completing therapy at 1, 4, 8, and 11 d, the patient was discharged home. The patient was being considered for a bone marrow transplant evaluation within two months of discharge.CONCLUSION PCL is a rare and aggressive form of leukemia with a poor prognosis. | 7 | Evaluation of the fishery status for King Soldier Bream Argyrops spinifer in Pakistan using the software CEDA and ASPIC显示文摘Catch and effort data were analyzed to estimate the maximum sustainable yield(MSY) of King Soldier Bream, Argyrops spinifer(Forssk?l, 1775, Family: Sparidae), and to evaluate the present status of the fish stocks exploited in Pakistani waters. The catch and effort data for the 25-years period 1985–2009 were analyzed using two computer software packages, CEDA(catch and effort data analysis) and ASPIC(a surplus production model incorporating covariates). The maximum catch of 3 458 t was observed in 1988 and the minimum catch of 1 324 t in 2005, while the average annual catch of A. spinifer over the 25 years was 2 500 t. The surplus production models of Fox, Schaefer, and Pella Tomlinson under three error assumptions of normal, log-normal and gamma are in the CEDA package and the two surplus models of Fox and logistic are in the ASPIC package. In CEDA, the MSY was estimated by applying the initial proportion(IP) of 0.8, because the starting catch was approximately 80% of the maximum catch. Except for gamma, because gamma showed maximization failures, the estimated results of MSY using CEDA with the Fox surplus production model and two error assumptions, were 1 692.08 t(R 2 =0.572) and 1 694.09 t( R 2 =0.606), respectively, and from the Schaefer and the Pella Tomlinson models with two error assumptions were 2 390.95 t( R 2 =0.563), and 2 380.06 t( R 2 =0.605), respectively. The MSY estimated by the Fox model was conservatively compared to the Schaefer and Pella Tomlinson models. The MSY values from Schaefer and Pella Tomlinson models were the same. The computed values of MSY using the ASPIC computer software program with the two surplus production models of Fox and logistic were 1 498 t(R 2 =0.917), and 2 488 t( R 2 =0.897) respectively. The estimated values of MSY using CEDA were about 1 700–2 400 t and the values from ASPIC were 1 500–2 500 t. | 9 | 印度河上游Bagrot山谷降水稳定同位素变化及与水汽来源的关系显示文摘利用2015年8月—2016年7月在印度河上游流域Bagrot山谷降水稳定同位素(δ^(18)O和δD)观测结果以及当地气象资料,利用同位素示踪及统计分析方法,并结合HYSPLIT模型,对研究区降水稳定同位素变化特征、大气水线以及水汽来源进行了分析。结果表明:观测期间Bagrot山谷降水稳定同位素的季节变化明显,δ^(18)O与δD秋冬季偏低,春夏季偏高,且与气温变化一致,存在显著的温度效应,而降水量效应不明显。而且发现研究区局地大气水线截距和斜率均低于全球的,反映了降水过程中云下二次蒸发作用较为强烈,因此,不同的降水形态导致该研究区局地大气水线的斜率和截距不同。当液态降水(降雨)发生时,由于在较为干旱的气候环境下,雨滴在降落的过程中受到二次蒸发相对较强,使得局地大气水线的斜率和截距偏低;而当固态降水(降雪)发生时,由于温度较低,受再循环水汽和二次蒸发的影响较小,导致局地大气水线的斜率和截距均偏高。Bagrot山谷及其周边地区,从南到北局地大气水线的斜率相差不大,而其截距总体上随着纬度升高而降低,可能与云下二次蒸发导致稳定同位素发生的不平衡分馏逐渐强烈有关。通过Bagrot山谷站点降水稳定同位素观测结果并结合HYSPLIT模型的后向追踪,研究还发现,研究区全年主要受西风环流以及局地环流的影响。但与研究区以北的临近站点(慕士塔格、和田等)相比有所不同,由于Bagrot山谷位置更靠南,其仍然偶尔受到来自南方的海洋性水汽影响。这一研究结果可能对该地区树轮稳定同位素记录的解译具有一定的指示意义。 | 王邺凡 余武生 张寅生 张腾 高海峰 MUHAMMAD Atif Wazir | 2019 | 干旱区地理2019,42,2: | 2 |

The majority of cases are diagnosed with oestrogen receptor(ER)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 negative invasive ductal carcinoma and are treated predominantly by surgery which includes sentinel node biopsy and adjuvant endocrine therapy ± adjuvant radiotherapy. It is believed that an indeterminate subset of the patient population is needlessly incurring chemotherapy related morbidity without attaining any increase in survival due to therapy. Furthermore in the era of extended adjuvant endocrine therapy it is important to identify those patients who can be safely treated with 5 years rather than 10 years of endocrine therapy thus optimising the benefit-risk balance. This perception has propelled the development of more personalised prognostic tools for newly diagnosed cases of ER-positive breast cancer. | 20 | Effects of 3, 4-Dihydroxyacetophenone on Cytosolic Calcium in Pulmonary Artery Endothelial and Smooth Muscle Cells during Acute Hypoxia显示文摘Summary: The effects of 3, 4-Dihydroxyacetophenone (3, 4-DHAP) on cytosolic free calcium [Ca^2+ ]_i in pulmonary artery endothelia (PAECs) and smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) during acute hypoxia were studied. Porcine pulmonary artery endothelial and smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) were cultured primarily, and they were divided into 4 groups: groups incubated under normoxia or hypoxia and those with or without treatment with 3, 4-DHAP. The [Ca^2+ ]_i of both PAECs and PASMCs was measured by determining the fluorescence of fura 2 AM on spetrofluorometer. Our results showed that hypoxia caused significant elevation of [Ca^2+ ]_i, in both PAECs and PASMCs, 3, 4-DHAP could attenuate the hypoxic elevation of [Ca^2+ ]_i only in PASMCs but not in PAECs. It is concluded that 3, 4-DHAP decreases the hypoxic elevation of [Ca^2+ ]_i in PASMCs.
