| 1 | Opportunities and challenges of the Sponge City construction related to urban water issues in China显示文摘Waterlogging is one of the major water issues in most cities of China and directly restricts their urbanization processes.The construction of Sponge City is an effective approach to solving the urban water issues,particularly for the waterlogging.In this study,both the urban issues emerged at the stage of rapid urbanization in China and the demands as well as problems of Sponge City construction related with the water issues were investigated,and the opportunities and challenges for the Sponge City construction in the future were also proposed.It was found that the current stormwater management focused on the construction of gray infrastructures(e.g.,drainage network and water tank) based on the fast discharge idea,which was costly and hard to catch up with the rapid expansion of city and its impervious surface,while green infrastructures(e.g.,river,lake and wetland)were ignored.Moreover,the current construction of Sponge City was still limited to low impacted development(LID) approach which was concentrated on source control measures without consideration of the critical functions of surrounding landscapes(i.e.,mountain,river,wetland,forest,farmland and lake),while application of the integrated urban water system approach and its supported technologies including municipal engineering,urban hydrology,environmental science,social science and ecoscape were relatively weak and needed to be improved.Besides,the lack of special Sponge City plan and demonstration area was also a considerable problem.In this paper,some perspectives on Good Sponge City Construction were proposed such as the point that idea of urban plan and construction should conform to the integral and systematic view of sustainable urban development.Therefore,both the basic theoretical research and the basic infrastructure construction such as monitoring system,drainage facility and demonstration area should be strengthened,meanwhile,the reformation and innovation in the urban water management system and the education system should also be urgently performed.The study was expected to provide a deeper thinking for the current Sponge City construction in China and to give some of suggestions for the future directions to urban plan and construction,as well as urban hydrology discipline. | XIA Jun ZHANG YongYong XIONG LiHua HE Shan WANG LongFeng YU ZhongBo | 2017 | Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,4: | 65 |
| 2 | Impact of environmental factors on water quality at multiple spatial scales and its spatial variation in Huai River Basin, China显示文摘Quantitative assessment of water quality and its spatial variation identification, as well as the discernment of primary factors affecting water quality are in its urgent in water environment management. In this study, four key water quality indicators,namely, ammonia nitrogen(NH_4^+-N), permanganate index(COD_(Mn)), total phosphorus(TP) and total nitrogen(TN) at 71 sampling sites were selected to evaluate water quality and its spatial variation identification. More concerns were emphasized on the anthropogenic factors(land use pattern) and natural factors(river density, elevation and precipitation) to quantify the overall water quality variations at different spatial scales. Results showed that the Yi-Shu-Si River sub-basin had a better water quality status than the Huai River sub-basin. The moderate polluted area nearly distributed in the upper and middle reaches of the Shaying River and Guo River. The high cluster centers which were surrounded with COD_(Mn), NH_4^+-N, TN and TP mainly also distributed in the upper and middle reaches of the Shaying River and Guo River. Redundancy analysis showed that the 200 m buffer area acted as the most sensitive area, which was easily subjected to pollution. The precipitation was identified as the most important variables among all the studied hydrological units, followed by farmland, urban land or elevation. The point source pollution was still existed although the non-point source pollution was also identified. The urban surface runoff pollution was severer than farmland fertilizer loss at the sub-basin scale in flood season, while the farmland showed 'small-scale' effects for explaining overall water quality variations. | 5 | Rice OsRAD21-2 is Expressed in Actively Dividing Tissues and its Ectopic Expression in Yeast Results in Aberrant Cell Division and Growth显示文摘Rad21 and its meiotic counterpart Rec8,the key components of the cohesin complex,are essential for sister chromatid cohesion and chromosome segregation in mitosis and meiosis,respectively.In contrast to yeast and vertebrates,which have only two RAD21/REC8 genes,the rice genome encodes four Rad21/Rec8 proteins.Here,we report on the cloning and characterization of OsRAD21-2 from rice(Oryza sativa L.).Phylogenetic analysis of the full-length amino acids showed that OsRad21-2 was grouped into the plant-specific Rad21 subfamily.Semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction revealed OsRAD21-2 preferentially expressed in premeiotic owers.Further RNA in situ hybridization analysis and promoter:β-glucuronidase staining indicated that OsRAD21-2 was mainly expressed in actively dividing tissues including premeiotic stamen,stem intercalary meristem,leaf meristem,and root pericycle.Ectopic expression of OsRAD21-2 in fission yeast resulted in cell growth delay and morphological abnormality.Flow cytometric analysis revealed that the OsRAD21-2-expressed cells were arrested in G2 phase.Our results suggest that OsRad21-2 functions in regulation of cell division and growth. | Chunyan Gong Tang Li Qi Li Longfeng Yan Tai Wang | 2011 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2011,53,1: | 3 |

| 7 | A new phosphidation route for the synthesis of NiPx and their cocatalytic performances for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution over g-C3N4显示文摘Ni-based phosphides(NiPx)composed of earth-abundant elements are promising cocatalysts to replace noble metals for photocatalytic H2 evolution reaction(HER).A safe,energy-saving,and compositioncontrollable synthesis of NiPx is still highly desired.A facile and mild solvothermal process was developed for the first time for selective synthesis of a series of NiPx,including Ni,Ni12P5,Ni2P/Ni12P5,Ni/Ni2P and Ni2P,through controlling the dosage of NaBH4 and NaH2PO2.The phosphidation process was mainly composed of(1)a sequential reduction of Ni2+to Nj0 and(H2PO2)-to P(around the formed Ni0)triggered by NaBH4,and(2)a final phosphidation between Nj0 and the in situ generated P atoms.The photocatalytic HER performance of g-C3N4 can be substantially improved with the decoration of NiPx(3 wt%)as the separation of photoinduced charge carriers can be promoted and some active sites with low over-potential for HER can be introduced.The cocatalytic efficiency of NiPx is mainly determined by P content.Ni2P with a high ratio of P consequently exhibits the highest HER performance(215.1 umol g-1 h-1),which is almost six times higher than that of the pristine g-C3N4(35.6 umol g-1 h-1).Thus,as for the cocatalyst based on Ni phosphides,Ni2P is the preferable crystal phase and more efforts should be devoted to Ni2P to further optimize its structure,texture,and morphology in future works. | Ziqun Wang Longfeng Li Mingzhu Liu Tifang Miao Xiangju Ye Sugang Meng Shifu Chen Xianliang Fu | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9: | 2 |
| 8 | Performance-enhanced and cost-effective triboelectric nanogenerator based on stretchable electrode for wearable SpO2 monitoring显示文摘Recently,stretchable and wearable health monitoring equipment has greatly improved human’s daily life,which sets higher demands for portable power source in stretchability,sustainability,and biocompatibility.In this work,we proposed a stretchable triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)based on stretchable poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)/porous carbon hybrid for oxyhemoglobin saturation(SpO2)monitoring.To combine advantages of carbon material for its high conductivity and organic electrode for its high stretchability,we spin-coated a solution of PEDOT:PSS/porous carbon onto a plasma-treated pre-stretched Ecoflex film to fabricate a stretchable electrode with rough surface.Due to its roughness and high potential difference with the dielectric material,the stretchable-electrode-based TENG exhibited better performance compared to the pristine TENG based on carbon or PEDOT:PSS material.The output voltage and current reached up to 51.5 V and 13.2μA as the carbon concentration increased.More importantly,the performance further increased under large strain(100%)which is suitable for wearable systems.Finally,the device demonstrated its application potential for powering a flexible blood oxygen monitor.This simple and cost-effective method can enhance the stretchability and stability of organic/inorganic electrode-based TENG,which paves the development of high-performance stretchable TENG. | Huamin Chen Wei Yang Cheng Zhang Mingqiang Wu Wenjie Li Yuxiao Zou Longfeng Lv Hualiang Yu Huizhen Ke Ruping Liu Yun Xu Jun Wang Zhou Li | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,3: | 2 |

| 13 | Study on the Cure Rate of Invisible Headgear Orthodontic Opening Deep Occlusion of Anterior Teeth显示文摘Objective:To explore the cure rate of bracketless invisible headgear orthodontic for opening deep occlusion of anterior teeth.Methods:10 cases with deep occlusion of anterior teeth were selected.All of the patients were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020.All selected patients received bracketless invisible headgear orthodontic treatment.We took CBCT(cone beam CT)before and after orthodontics lateral cranial radiographs and curved tomographic radiographs to analyze the effect of orthodontic treatment in 10 patients.Results:The changes of 10 patients before and after the orthodontic treatment were not significant in Ul-SN,U6-SN,MP-FH(P>0.05);the Ul-PP of the patients all decreased by 3〜5mm.Compared with the effect before orthodontic treatment,the difference is significance(P<0.05);The tooth loosening didn't occur obviously in 10 patients.And 2 patients(20.00%)had mild root resorption in the anterior teeth.Conclusion:The effect of invisible headgear orthodontic treatment without brackets is significant in orthodontic treatment of patients with deep occlusion of anterior teeth.The pressure of the upper anterior teeth can reach as low as 3~5mm.The cure rate of deep occlusion of open anterior teeth is high.The orthodontic method is comfortable,with beautiful appearance,which is easier to be accepted by patients. | Longfeng Wang | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,3: | 0 |
| 14 | Comparison of Clinical Characteristics and Outcomes of MAFLD and NAFLD in Chinese Health Examination Populations显示文摘Background and Aims:The recently proposed concept of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)has remained controversial.We aimed to describe the features and associated outcomes to examine the diagnostic ability of MAFLD for identifying high-risk individuals.Methods:In this retrospective cohort study,we enrolled 72,392 Chinese participants between 2014 and 2015.Participants were classified as MAFLD,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),non-MAFLD-NAFLD,and a normal control group.The primary outcomes were liver-related and cardiovascular disease(CVD)events.Person-years of follow-up were calculated from enrolment to the diagnosis of the event,or the last date of data(June,2020).Results:Of the 72,392 participants,31.54%(22,835)and 28.33%(20,507)qualified the criteria for NAFLD or MAFLD,respectively.Compared with NAFLD,MAFLD patients were more likely to be male,overweight,and have higher biochemical indices including liver enzyme levels.Lean MAFLD diagnosed with≥2 or≥3 metabolic abnormalities presented similar clinical manifestations.During the median follow-up of 5.22 years,919 incident cases of severe liver disease and 2,073 CVD cases were recorded.Compared with the normal control group,the NAFLD and MAFLD groups had a higher cumulative risk of liver failure and cardiac-cerebral vascular diseases.There were no significant differences in risk between the non-MAFLD-NAFLD and normal group.Diabetes-MAFLD group had the highest incidence of liver-related and cardiac-cerebral vascular diseases,lean MAFLD came second,and obese-MAFLD had the lowest incidence.Conclusions:This real-world study provided evidence for rationally assessing the benefit and practicability of the change in terminology from NAFLD to MAFLD.MAFLD may be better than NAFLD in identifying fatty liver with worse clinical features and risk profile. | Xin Xu Xiaohua Zhou Ting Tian Yuqing Ding Chengxiao Yu Wei Zhao Xiao Wang Jing Lu Wen Guo Longfeng Jiang Quanrongzi Wang Qun Zhang Ci Song | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,4: | 0 |
