1限制热量摄入6个月对超重者寿命指标、代谢调节及氧化应激的影响——随机对照试验AuthorAffiliations:PenningtonBiomedicalResearchCenter.LouisianaStateUniversity.BatonRouge;andGarvan.InstituteforMedicalResearch.Dadinghurst,AustraIia(DrHeilbronn).显示文摘背景:长期限制热量摄入可延长啮齿类动物的寿命。但是,尚未有研究观测长期限制人体热量是否会影响其寿命及氧化应激指标,降低代谢率。 目的:在超重但不肥胖(体重指数为25—30)的人群中研究限制热量6个月伴/不伴运动对其产生的影响。 设计、地点及参试者:于2002年3月至2004年8月在位于路易斯安娜州首府巴顿鲁治的研究中心对48名不好动的健康人进行随机对照研究。 干预:参试者在6个月内随机分为4个组:对照组(饮食可维持体重);限制热量组(限制基线所需能量的25%);限制热量+运动组(限制12.5%的热量+运动增加12.5%的能耗);极低热量饮食组(每日摄入890keal,直至体重减少15%,随后采用维持体重的饮食)。 主要观测指标:机体组成;硫酸脱氢表雄酮(dehydroepiandrostemne sulfate,DHEAS)、葡萄糖及胰岛素水平;蛋白羰基化合物;DNA损伤;24小时能耗;核心体温。 结果:6个月时各组体重变化的均值(标准误)为:对照组-1.0%(1.1%);限制热量组-10.4%(0.9%);限制热量+运动组-10.0%(0.8%);极低热量饮食组-13.9%(0.7%)。6个月时,各干预组空腹血糖水平较基线明显降低(P均〈0.01),而DHEAS和葡萄糖水平没有改变。限制热量组及限制热量+运动组核心体温有所下降(P均〈0.05)。对机体组成进行校正后发现,对照组24小时静息能耗无变化,但限制热量组(-135kcal/d[42kcal/d])、限制热量+运动组(-117kcal/d[52kcal/d])和极低热量饮食组(-125kcal/d[35kcal/d])24小时静息能耗有所下降(P均〈0.008)。上述“代谢调节”(超出预计值的-6%)与对照组相比存在显著差异(P〈0.05)。6个月时,各组蛋白羰基化合物的浓度较基线时无变化,而各干预组DNA损伤有所减少(P〈0.005)。 结论:我们的研究结果显示,长期限制热量可降低人类寿命的2种指标(即空腹胰岛素水平和体温)。此外,我们的研究结果还支持下述理论,即限制热量能降低代谢率,且超过缩小代谢面积产生的相应效应。我们尚需开展远期研究来评价限制热量能否延缓人类衰老过程。Leonie K. 2Propulsive Velocity Optimization of 3-Joint Fish Robot Using Genetic-Hill Climbing Algorithm显示文摘Underwater robot is a new research field which is emerging quickly in recent years.Previous researches in this field focuson Remotely Operated Vehicles(ROVs),Autonomous Underwater Vehicles(AUVs),underwater manipulators,etc.Fish robot,which is a new type of underwater biomimetic robot,has attracted great attention because of its silence in moving and energyefficiency compared to conventional propeller-oriented propulsive mechanism.However,most of researches on fish robots have been carried out via empirical or experimental approaches,not based ondynamic optimality.In this paper,we proposed an analytical optimization approach which can guarantee the maximum propulsivevelocity of fish robot in the given parametric conditions.First,a dynamic model of 3-joint(4 links)carangiform fishrobot is derived,using which the influences of parameters of input torque functions,such as amplitude,frequency and phasedifference,on its velocity are investigated by simulation.Second,the maximum velocity of the fish robot is optimized bycombining Genetic Algorithm(GA)and Hill Climbing Algorithm(HCA).GA is used to generate the initial optimal parametersof the input functions of the system.Then,the parameters are optimized again by HCA to ensure that the final set of parametersis the'near'global optimization.Finally,both simulations and primitive experiments are carried out to prove the feasibility ofthe proposed method.Tuong Quan Vo Hyoung Seok Kim Byung Ryong Lee 2009Journal of Bionic Engineering2009,6,4:6

4废弃杨木水泥模板纤维特性及纤维板的研究显示文摘以废弃杨木水泥模板纤维为原料制造纤维板,实现杨木的循环利用。对水泥模板以及分离好的纤维性能进行测试分析,并分别以废弃杨木水泥模板纤维、新鲜杨木纤维为原料制造不同密度的纤维板,讨论原料特性和施胶量对板材性能的影响。研究结果表明:废弃杨木水泥模板表面碳元素含量高于杨木单板表面,而水泥模板表面的氧元素含量较低;废弃杨木水泥模板纤维的堆积密度与新鲜杨木纤维基本相同;当用水泥模板制得的纤维板密度达到0.75 g·cm-3时,板材的力学性能和吸水厚度膨胀率(TS)值均优于其他密度的板材,当施胶量大于等于12.0%时,板材的弹性模量(MOE),静曲强度(MOR),内结合强度(IB)性能均能满足国家标准值的要求。因此,废弃杨木水泥模板完全可以替代普通杨木制造纤维板。PHAM Tuong Lam 王新洲 邓玉和 董葛平 TRAN Minh Toi CAO Quoc An 2014浙江农林大学学报2014,31,6:2

18利用废弃杨木水泥模板生产纤维板的研究显示文摘利用废弃杨木水泥模板制造纤维板,以实现保护环境,综合利用有限资源的目的。首先对废弃水泥模板组成单元-单板的密度、强度、吸水性和微观构造进行研究,并分析其纤维得率。在此基础上,以废弃水泥模板为原料制造不同密度的纤维板,并与杨木纤维及水泥模板纤维为原料制造不同比例的混合纤维板进行性能对比分析。结果表明:废弃水泥模板的单板气干密度、弹性模量和静曲强度以及纤维得率均高于普通杨木单板,而吸水厚度膨胀率小于普通杨木单板;当用水泥模板制得的纤维板密度达到0.75 g/cm3时,板材的力学性能和TS值均优于其他目标密度的板材,各项力学性能都达到国家标准的要求,且超过了普通杨木纤维板,说明废弃杨木水泥模板完全可以作为纤维板生产的好原料。PHAM TUONG LAM 邓玉和 王新洲 TRAN MINH TOI 杨莹 王向歌 董葛平 CAO QUOC AN 2014中南林业科技大学学报2014,34,3:1
