| 3 | 济南市≥65岁老人身体健康状况及影响因素分析显示文摘目的了解山东省济南市老年人身体健康状况并比较城乡区别。方法采用分层随机抽样方法选取样本,采用问卷调查方法,对济南市1 071名≥65岁老年人进行了入户调查,并拟合广义线性模型进行统计分析。结果 1 071人中,自评身体健康状况很好者143人,占13.40%;自评一般者729人,占68.10%;自评较差者198人,占18.50%;与同龄人比较,自评身体健康状况很好者106人,占9.90%;自评较好者313人,占29.20%;自评一般者522人,占48.70%;自评较差者128人,占12.00%;城市好于农村,差异有统计学意义(u=-4.544,P=0.000);患有慢性病老年人675人,患病率为63.02%,城市老年人慢性病患病率高于农村,差异有统计学意义(u=134.65,P=0.000);常见慢性病患病率前6位为高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、慢性支气管炎、颈椎病、脑血管疾病。结论济南市老年人群健康状况不容乐观,年龄、对所居住社区(村)评价、精神/心理得分、居住地和个人平均月收入对身体健康状况的影响具有统计学意义。 | 朱嫒嫒 李士雪 吴敏 Ning Jackie Zhang 宁博 Thomas Wan Lynn Unruh | 2011 | 中国公共卫生2011，27，4： | 13 |

| 6 | Effects of flexibility and strength training on peak hamstring musculotendinous strains during sprinting显示文摘Background:Hamstring injury is one of the most common injuries in sports involving sprinting.Hamstring flexibility and strength are often considered to be modifiable risk factors in hamstring injury.Understanding the effects of hamstring flexibility or strength training on the biomechanics of the hamstring muscles during sprinting could assist in improving prevention strategies and rehabilitation related to these injuries.The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of altering hamstring flexibility or strength on peak hamstring musculotendinous strain during sprinting.Methods:A total of 20 male college students(aged 18-24 years)participated and were randomly assigned to either a flexibility intervention group or a strength intervention group.Each participant executed exercise training 3 times a week for 8 weeks.Flexibility,sprinting,and isokinetic strength testing were performed before and after the 2 interventions.Paired t tests were performed to determine hamstring flexibility or strength intervention effects on optimal hamstring musculotendinous lengths and peak hamstring musculotendinous strains during sprinting.Results:Participants in the flexibility intervention group significantly increased the optimal musculotendinous lengths of the semimembranosus and biceps long head(p<0.026)and decreased peak musculotendinous strains in all 3 bi-articulate hamstring muscles(p<0.004).Participants in the strength-intervention group significantly increased the optimal musculotendinous lengths of all 3 hamstring muscles(p<0.041)and significantly decreased their peak musculotendinous strain during sprinting(p<0.017).Conclusion:Increasing hamstring flexibility or strength through exercise training may assist in reducing the risk of hamstring injury during sprinting for recreational male athletes. | Xianglin Wan Shangxiao Li Thomas M.Best Hui Liu Hanjun Li Bing Yu | 2021 | Journal of Sport and Health Science2021，10，2： | 6 |
| 7 | Factors influencing teamwork and collaboration within a tertiary medical center显示文摘AIM: To understand how work climate and related factors influence teamwork and collaboration in a large medical center. METHODS: A survey of 3462 employees was conducted to generate responses to Sexton's Safety Attitudes Questionnaire(SAQ) to assess perceptions of work environment via a series of five-point, Likert-scaled questions. Path analysis was performed, using teamwork(TW) and collaboration(CO) as endogenous variables. The exogenous variables are effective communication(EC), safety culture(SC), job satisfaction(JS), work pressure(PR), and work climate(WC). The measure-ment instruments for the variables or summated subscales are presented. Reliability of each sub-scale are calculated. Alpha Cronbach coefficients are relatively strong: TW(0.81), CO(0.76), EC(0.70), SC(0.83), JS(0.91), WP(0.85), and WC(0.78). Confirmatory factor analysis was performed for each of these constructs. RESULTS: Path analysis enables to identify statistically significant predictors of two endogenous variables, teamwork and intra-organizational collaboration. Significant amounts of variance in perceived teamwork(R2 = 0.59) and in collaboration(R2 = 0.75) are accounted for by the predictor variables. In the initial model, safety culture is the most important predictor of perceived teamwork, with a β weight of 0.51, and work climate is the most significant predictor of collaboration, with a β weight of 0.84. After eliminating statistically insignificant causal paths and allowing correlated predictors1, the revised model shows that work climate is the only predictor positively influencing both teamwork(β = 0.26) and collaboration(β = 0.88). A relatively weak positive(β = 0.14) but statistically significant relationship exists between teamwork and collaboration when the effects of other predictors are simultaneously controlled.CONCLUSION: Hospital executives who are interested in improving collaboration should assess the work climate to ensure that employees are operating in a setting conducive to intra-organizational collaboration. | Shu Feng Chien Thomas TH Wan Yu-Chih Chen | 2012 | World Journal of Methodology2012，2，2： | 4 |
