| 1 | Characterization of Air Pollution in Urban Areas of Yangtze River Delta,China显示文摘The hallmark of development in the Yangtze River Delta(YRD) of East China has been sprawling urbanization. However, air pollution is a significant problem in these urban areas. In this paper, we investigated and analyzed the air pollution index(API) in four cities(Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Ningbo) in the YRD from 2001 to 2012. We attempted to empirically examine the relationship between meteorological factors and air quality in the urban areas of the YRD. According to the monitoring data, the API in Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou slightly declined and that in Ningbo increased over the study period. We analyzed the inter-annual, seasonal, and monthly variations of API, from which we found that the air quality had different temporal changes in the four cities. It was indicated that air quality was poor in winter and spring and best in summer. Furthermore, different weather conditions affected air quality level. The wind direction was considered as an important and influential factor to air pollution, which has an impact on the accumulating or cleaning processes of pollutants. | 2 | Microstructure and performance evaluations on Q&P hot stamping parts of several UHSS sheet metals显示文摘Hot stamping(press hardening) is widely used to fabricate safety components such as door beams and B pillars with increased strength via quenching. However, parts that are hot-stamped from ultra-high-strength steel(UHSS) have very limited elongation,i.e., low ductility. In the present study, a novel variant of hot stamping technology called quenching-and-partitioning(Q&P) hot stamping was developed. This approach was tested on several UHSS sheet metals, and it was confirmed that this method can be used to overcome the drawbacks associated with conventional hot stamping. The applicability of Q&P hot stamping to each of these steels was also assessed. The part properties and performances of three widely used ultra-high-strength sheet metals, B1500 HS,27 SiMn, and TRIP780, were evaluated through tensile testing and microstructural observations. The results demonstrated that the ductility of Q&P hot-stamped sheet metals was notably higher than that of the conventionally hot-stamped parts because Q&P hot stamping gives rise to a dual-phase structure of both martensite and austenite. Further, material tests demonstrated that the Q&P treatment had positive effects on all three selected materials, of which TRIP780 had the best ductility and the highest value of the product of strength and plasticity. | 6 | High responsivity and fast response 8×8β-Ga_(2)O_(3)solar-blind ultraviolet imaging photodetector array显示文摘In this work,an 8×8 Ga_(2)O_(3)solar-blind ultraviolet photodetector array is introduced for image sensing application.The 2-in wafer-scaled Ga_(2)O_(3)thin film was grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition technique;and the photodetector array was fabricated through ultraviolet photolithography,lift-off,and electron-beam evaporation.In addition to the high solar-blind/visible rejection ratio of 104,every photodetector cell in the array has high performance and fast response speed,such as responsivity of 49.4 A W^(-1),specific detectivity of 6.8×10^(14)Jones,external quantum efficiency of 1.9×10^(4)%,linear dynamic range of 117.8 d B,and response time of 41 ms,respectively,indicating the high photo-response performance of the photodetector.Moreover,the photodetector array displayed uniform responsivity with a standard deviation of~6%,and presented a sensing image of low chromatic aberration,owing to the high resolution of the photodetector array.In a word,this work may contribute to developing Ga_(2)O_(3)-based optoelectronic device applications. | SHEN GaoHui LIU Zeng TANG Kai SHA ShuLin LI Lei TAN Chee-Keong GUO YuFeng TANG WeiHua | 2023 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,11: | 0 |
