| 1 | DEVELOPMENT OF EXPERIMENTAL METHODS FOR IMPACT TESTING BY COMBINING HOPKINSON PRESSURE BAR WITH OTHER TECHNIQUES显示文摘The split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) technique and the wave propagation inverse analysis(WPIA) technique are both extensively used to experimentally investigate the impact behavior of materials, although neither of them alone provides a fully satisfactory analysis. In the present paper, attention is given to new experimental techniques by incorporating a damagemodified constitutive model into the SHPB technique and combining the Hopkinson pressure bar(HPB) technique with WPIA. First, to distinguish the response due to dynamic constitutive behavior and the response due to dynamic damage evolution, the SHPB method incorporating a damage-modified constitutive model is developed, including an explicit damage-modified Zhu–Wang–Tang model and an implicit damage-modified constitutive model. Second, when the SHPB results become invalid, a method of combining new Lagrange inverse analyses with the HPB technique is developed, including cases of the HPB arranged in front of a long specimen and behind the specimen. | 3 | 食品废物两相高温半干法厌氧发酵生产沼气初步研究显示文摘为了提高两相厌氧发酵工艺的生产性能,该文研究了一种新的两相半干法厌氧发酵沼气生产系统,即在水解相中批式发酵,每次从工作容积为4L的产烷相中取500mL接种液,与食品废物混合后发酵1~2d,再全部输入产烷相继续生产沼气,如此循环。实验运行温度为50℃,食品废物总固体TS和挥发性固体VS分别为19.3%和16.1%,产烷相先在4gVS·d-1的进料率下单相运行至稳定,稳定期日产气量为(4.09±0.03)L(甲烷占69.0%),pH为7.50±0.02,TS和VS分别为(1.05±0.02)%和(0.64±0.02)%。稳定的产烷相与水解相联合后,水解相在60~700g的进料量下都能正常产气,但氢气含量较低。产烷相在进料量600g时产气量最高,为29.1L/d,随后受到抑制,受抑制前的甲烷含量为72.4%~74.0%,TS和VS含量也在该进料量后达到最高峰,分别为3.50%和2.32%。研究结果表明新的两相半干法厌氧发酵沼气生产系统有效提高了生产性能,在今后的研究中,需要降低从产烷相输入水解相的接种液量,以更好抑制水解相产烷微生物,提高产氢性能,还可使产烷相更加稳定,承受更高的进料量。 | 泮进明 张瑜 Zhang Ruihong 朱保宁 Sun Huawei 应义斌 | 2008 | 农业工程学报2008,24,7: | 4 |

| 5 | QTL mapping of drought tolerance traits in soybean with SLAF sequencing显示文摘Drought stress is an important factor affecting soybean yield.Improving drought tolerance of soybean varieties can increase yield and yield stability when the stress occurs.Identifying QTL related to drought tolerance using molecular marker-assisted selection is able to facilitate the development of drought-tolerant soybean varieties.In this study,we used a high-yielding and drought-sensitive cultivar‘Zhonghuang 35’and a drought-tolerant cultivar‘Jindou 21’to establish F6:9 recombinant inbred lines.We constructed a highdensity genetic map using specific locus amplified fragment sequencing(SLAF-Seq)technology.The genetic map contained 8078 SLAF markers distributing across 20 soybean chromosomes with a total genetic distance of 3780.98 c M and an average genetic distance of0.59 c M between adjacent markers.Two treatments(irrigation and drought)were used in the field tests,the Additive-Inclusive Composite Interval Mapping(ICIM-ADD)was used to call QTL,and plant height and seed weight per plant were used as the indicators of drought tolerance.We identified a total of 23 QTL related to drought tolerance.Among them,seven QTL(q PH2,q PH6,q PH7,q PH17,q PH19-1,q PH19-2,and q PH19-3)on chromosomes 2,6,7,17,and 19 were related to plant height,and five QTL(q SWPP2,q SWPP6,q SWPP13,q SWPP17,and q SWPP19)on chromosomes 2,6,13,17,and 19 were related to seed weight and could be considered as the major QTL.In addition,three common QTL(q PH6/q SWPP6,q PH17/q SWPP17,and q PH19-3/q SWPP19)for both plant height and seed weight per plant were located in the same genomic regions on the same chromosomes.Three(q PH2,q PH17,and q PH19-2)and four novel QTL(q SWPP2,q SWPP13,q SWPP17,and q SWPP19)were identified for plant height and seed weight per plant,respectively.Two pairs of QTL(q PH2/q SWPP2 and q PH17/q SWPP17)were also common for both plant height and seed weight per plant.These QTL and closely linked SLAF markers could be used to accelerate breeding for drought tolerant cultivars via MAS. | Honglei Ren Jianan Han Xingrong Wang Bo Zhang Lili Yu Huawei Gao Huilong Hong Rujian Sun Yu Tian Xusheng Qi Zhangxiong Liu Xiaoxia Wu Li-Juan Qiu | 2020 | The Crop Journal2020,8,6: | 2 |
| 6 | Geochronology, geochemistry and Hf isotopes of andesites in the Sandaowanzi gold deposit(Great Xing’an Range, NE China): implications for petrogenesis, tectonic setting,and mineralization显示文摘The Sandaowanzi gold deposit is an extremely Au-rich deposit in the Northern Great Hinggan Range in recent years.Zircon U-Pb geochronology,Hf isotope analysis,and the geochemistry of andesites of the Longjiang Formation from the Sandaowanzi gold deposit were used to investigate the origin,magmatic evolution as well as mineralization and tectonic setting of the Early Cretaceous epithermal gold deposits in the northern Great Hinggan Range area.Zircon U-Pb dating reveals an emplacement age of 123.4±0.3 Ma,indicating that the andesites of the Sandaowanzi gold deposit was formed during the Early Cretaceous.The andesites are enriched in light rare earth elements relative to heavy rare earth elements and have weak negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.76-0.90).The rocks are also enriched in large-ion lithophile elements,such as Rb,Ba,Th,U,and K,and depleted in the high-field-strength elements,such as Nb,Ta,and P.These characteristics are typical of volcanic rocks related to subduction.Igneous zircons from the andesite samples have relatively homogeneous Hf isotope ratios,176Hf/177Hf values of 0.282343-0.282502,εHf(t)values of-12.58 to-6.95,and two-stage model ages(TDM2)of 1743-1431 Ma.The characteristics of the andesites of the Longjiang Formation are consistent with derivation from partial melting of enriched mantle wedge metasomatized by subducted-slab-derived fluids.These rocks formed in an extensional environment associated with the closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean and subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Plate.Mineralization occurred towards the end of volcanism,and the magmatic activity and mineralization are products of the same geodynamic setting. | Runtao Yu Bile Li Fengyue Sun Zhihua Li Huawei Li Yufan Shi | 2021 | Acta Geochimica2021,40,2: | 2 |

| 15 | Short-term offshore extension of Brahmaputra-Ganges and Irrawaddy freshwater plumes to the central northern Bay of Bengal based on in situ and satellite observations显示文摘In this study, the short-term offshore extension of Brahmaputra-Ganges(BG) and Irrawaddy freshwater plumes to the central northern Bay of Bengal(BoB) was investigated based on in situ and satellite observations. In the summer and winter of 2015, two significant freshening events with periods of weeks were observed from a moored buoy at 15°N, 90°E in the BoB. Soil Moisture Active Passive(SMAP) satellite sea surface salinity compares well with the in situ data and shows that these freshening events are directly related to the short-term offshore extension of the BG and Irrawaddy freshwater, respectively. These data combined with the altimeter sea level anomaly data show that the offshore extending plumes result from freshwater modulated by eddies. During summer, the BG freshwater is modulated by a combination of three closely located eddies: a large anticyclonic eddy(ACE) off the northwestern BoB coast and two cyclonic eddies in the northern BoB. Consequently, the freshwater extends offshore from the river mouth and forms a long and narrow tongue-shaped plume extending southwestward to the central BoB. During winter, the Irrawaddy freshwater is modulated by two continuous ACEs evolved from Rossby wave propagating westward from the Irrawaddy Delta off Myanmar, forming a tongueshaped plume extending to the central BoB. Strong salinity fronts are formed along the boundaries of these tongue-shaped plumes. These findings confirm good capability of the SMAP data to investigate the short-term offshore extension of the BG and Irrawaddy freshwater. | 20 | Integration of chemical and biological methods:A case study of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons pollution monitoring in Shandong Peninsula,China显示文摘Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),as persistent toxic substances(PTS),have been widely monitored in coastal environment,including seawater and sediment.However,scientific monitoring methods,like ecological risk assessment and integrated biomarker response,still need massive researches to verify their availabilities.This study was performed in March,May,August and October of 2018 at eight sites,Yellow River estuary(S1),Guangli Port(S2),Xiaying(S3),Laizhou(S4),Inner Bay(S5),Outer Bay(S6),Hongdao(S7)and Hongshiya(S8)of Shandong Peninsula,China.The contents of 16 priority PAHs in local seawater and sediment were determined,by which ecological risk assessment risk quotient(RQ)for seawater and sediment quality guidelines(SQGs)were calculated to characterize the PAHs pollution.Meanwhile,multiple biomarkers in the digestive gland of clam Ruditapes philippinarum were measured to represent different biological endpoints,including ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase(EROD),glutathione S-transferase(GST),sulfotransferase(SULT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lipid peroxidation(LPO),by which integrated biomarker response(IBR)was calculated to provide a comprehensive assessment of environmental quality.Taken together,these results revealed the heaviest pollution at S2 as both PAHs concentrations and biomarkers responses reflected,and supported the integrated biomarker response as a useful tool for marine environmental monitoring,through its integration with SQGs. | Zeyuan Li Yunhao Cao Huawei Qin Yuanqing Ma Luqing Pan Jiawei Sun | 2022 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,1: | 0 |
