1微观结构对MOCVD制备氧化铬涂层氢渗透性能的影响显示文摘利用金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD)在316L不锈钢表面分别制备了(110)择优取向和随机取向的氧化铬涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)分别对涂层的显微结构和相结构进行了表征。采用气相氘渗透方法对涂层的氢渗透性能进行测试。结果表明,择优取向的氧化铬涂层氢渗透率为P=4.58×10^-6exp(-112688/RT)(mol·m^-1·s^-1·Pa^0.5),而随机取向的氧化铬涂层氢渗透率为P=1.20×10^-5exp(-102057/RT)(mol·m^-1·s^-1·Pa^0.5)。在873,923,973 K时,择优取向涂层的氢渗透阻挡因子(PRF)分别为38.2,21.1和13.1,而随机取向涂层的PRF仅为2.6,1.9和1.5。对涂层显微结构的分析表明,择优取向的氧化铬涂层晶粒规则排列,易于得到结构致密的涂层;而随机取向的涂层,晶粒排列杂乱无序,易在涂层中产生通孔等缺陷,使得涂层的氢渗透性能出现大幅降低。何迪 李帅 刘晓鹏 Stolyarov Vladimir Leonidovich Pavel Stabnikov Vladislav Krisyuk 2018稀有金属2018,42,4:3
