1用于HRP测定的一种主动式PDMS微混合器显示文摘微米尺度下的生物流体混合是生物微机电系统(BioMEMS)和分析化学等领域研究的重要问题之一,目前的混合方式多以被动式自由扩散为主,存在流体混合效率不高的现象.针对该问题,设计了一种主动式聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微混合器.该装置利用脉冲气体对多个PDMS微隔膜进行顺序驱动,可实现微混合室中不同液体的快速混合和反应.同时,基于鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系的化学发光反应机理,以辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)作为催化剂,进行了微混合器最佳工作条件研究,基于HRP化学发光分析法和L25-5-6正交实验,确定出微混合器化学发光分析法的最优实验条件组合,并在此实验条件下完成了HRP的微量测定.实验结果表明,目前检测体系下线性范围为2.05×10-9 mol/L~2.05×10-8 mol/L,检测限为2.05×10-9 mol/L,检测反应时间小于2 min,可满足生物医学和分析化学领域对于物质测定方面的微量、快速的检测要求.詹志坤 童兆宏 曲艳丽 董再励 SRINIV ASAN Balaji 2011纳米技术与精密工程2011,9,2:3
2Gene flow from transgenic roundup-ready soybean to wild soybean显示文摘A study was conducted in the field of the Institute of Vegetable Crops, Jiangsu province from July 2000 to August 2003. The transgenic roundup-ready soybean was sown in the middle of the field in a circular manner for 5 circles, with the distance of 3 m, from one circle to another. Then the wild soybean was planted in plots as the rays of the circles in 8 directions (N, E, W, S, NE, NW, SE and SW), spaced every 5 m until 50 m. Each plot comprised 25 plants. In the second year, the wild soybean seeds from the first year were planted in the field together with the original wild soybean as check. Before flowering time, high concentrations of roundups (about 4-5 times of the normal dose) were sprayed on the plants and the surviving plants were identified. The leaves were taken to the lab for DNA extraction to determine the unique DNA for roundup-ready soybean (CTAB method). About 2% of the plants survived, but some leaves were yellow. One plant of wild soybean was found to have the roundup-ready gene from the original roundup-ready soybean. The other surviving wild soybeans should also had some fragments of the roundup tolerance gene. 3一种选择小豆抗旱种质资源的新方法显示文摘将来自我国不同省份的120份小豆种质资源在泰国的田间种植,取每个品种的倒3叶置于放有清水的瓷钵中,用透明玻璃片压住后静置太阳光下,通过不同时间后(24h,48 h和72 h)离体叶片的失绿速度划分不同品种的不同光氧化等级,并与种植于盆钵中的另一组相同小豆品种通过花荚期(开花后4~5 d)人工控水法测定的抗旱等级进行对比,试验结果表明:小豆离体叶片的光氧化等级与人工控水法的相关系数达到0.792,达极显著水平.因此,在实际操作中,我们可以用此法对小豆的大量种质资源的抗旱能力进行筛选,从而为小豆抗旱育种提供了一条抗旱性筛选的新方法.陈新 唐浩 严继勇 高兵 Peerasak Srinives 2005江苏农业科学2005,33,6:2
4绿豆抗豆象品系及回交亲本抗性鉴定显示文摘对亚蔬中心(AVRDC)抗豆象育种2个回交第12代品系(BC12)及其回交亲本进行了豆象抗性评价和比较,结果表明:豆象在绿豆种子表面的产卵量及产卵率,BC12及其回交亲本之间无显著差异;第一代成虫羽化量、羽化率及种子受害量、种子受害率,BC12与其回交亲本存在显著差异(P<0.05)。相关分析结果表明:绿豆种子受害量和一代成虫羽化量成极显著正相关,种子受害量与成虫产卵量无相关关系。而成虫产卵量与一代成虫羽化量成极显著正相关。回交后代与其回交亲本比较分析显示:在种子受害量上,BC12与其回交后代存在极显著差异(p<0.01),这意味着 BC12确实存在抗豆象性能。周吉红 吴绍宇 程须珍 王素华 Srinives P. 2002植物遗传资源科学2002,3,4:2
5轮回选择和穿梭育种对绿豆籽粒产量的响应显示文摘1996~2008年,选用五个中国绿豆品种,五个泰国绿豆品种,构建九个轮回选择群体。2009~2010年,在中国南京,比较上述群体籽粒产量和农艺性状的差异显著性。结果表明,轮回选择对提高绿豆籽粒产量具有显著效果,遗传增益最大的群体增产9.59%。对于以籽粒产量为主要选择目标的轮回选择来说,只需选择两个轮次,第三轮开始遗传增益会逐步下降。穿梭育种获得的轮回选择群体(K群体)平均产量比未穿梭群体(N群体)高7.26%,说明穿梭育种对提高绿豆籽粒产量具有显著效果。将同一轮次的K群体和N群体进行比较,在轮回选择第一轮次(C1)、第二轮次(C2)、第三轮次(C3)和第四轮次(C4)四个轮次中,前者分别比后者增益4.07%、8.76%、8.53%和7.98%,说明穿梭育种产量遗传增益的稳定性。N群体内变异系数明显大于K群体,表明在N群体中继续选择,获得优良家系的几率高于K群体。顾和平 陈新 陈华涛 袁星星 彭晨 崔晓艳 张红梅 Peerasake Srinives 2013东北农业大学学报2013,44,7:2
6Titanium dioxide-graphene composite electrochemical sensor for detection of hexavalent chromium显示文摘Hexavalent chromium(Cr(VI))compound is useful to various industries but is toxic and carcinogenic.In this research work,we fab-ricate an amperometric sensor for the determination of Cr(VI),using a titanium dioxide(TiO2)-reduced graphene oxide(rGO)composite as the sensing element.The composite was synthesized following sol−gel chemistry,yielding TiO2 nanoparticles of~50 nm in size,immobilized on chemically exfoliated rGO sheets.The composite was employed in a 3-electrode electrochemical cell and operated in an amperometric mode,exhibiting good responses to the 50 to 500 ppb Cr(VI).Our best result from pH 3 Mcilvane’s buffer medium reveals the sensitivity of 9.12×10−4 ppb−1 and a detection limit of 6 ppb with no signal interference from 200 ppm Ca(II),150 ppm Mg(II),and 50 ppb Pb(II).The excellent results of the TiO2-rGO sensor can be attributed to synergic effects between TiO2 and rGO,resulting from the presence of n-p heterojunctions and the formation of the TiO2 nanoparticles on rGO.Natpichan Pienutsa Krittamet Yannawibut Jetthana Phattharaphongmanee Oukrit Thonganantakul Sira Srinives 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,3:1

18Electrochemical Biosensor for Rapid Detection of Viable Bacteria and Antibiotic Screening显示文摘We have developed a biosensor for the detection of live/viable bacteria based on the response of the conductive polymer 4-(3-pyrrolyl)butyric acid to glucose-induced metabolites.The polymer was electrochemically deposited and then functionalized with lectin through EDC/NHS chemistry to capture cells near the sensor surface and introduce selectivity for analytes.The addition of glucose to a three-electrode electrochemical cell containing 10 mM phosphate buffer and the bacteria-immobilized sensor produced an increase in the potential.When the bound bacteria were treated with antibiotics,the addition of glucose produced a notably reduced signal exhibiting the sensor’s potential to screen for the most effective antibiotic treatment.This biosensor having real-time responses,minimal sample preparation,and the ability to screen antibiotics demonstrates the speed,ease,and suitability essential for application in point-of-care services.The detection range was determined to be 6.0×10^(3)-9.2×10^(7)CFU/mL.Nuvia Maria Saucedo Sira Srinives Ashok Mulchandani 2019Journal of Analysis and Testing2019,3,1:1
