| 1 | SHRIMP zircon U-Pb ages of Kalatongke No.1 and Huangshandong Cu-Ni-bearing mafic-ultramafic complexes,North Xinjiang,and geological implications显示文摘The SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating was carried out and yielded 287±5 Ma (MSWD = 0.34) and 274±3 Ma (MSWD = 1.35) for the Kalatongke No. 1 and Huangshan- dong Cu-Ni-bearing mafic-ultramafic complexes. These ages are much more precise than pre-existing rock-mineral Rb-Sr, Sm-Nd and Re-Os isochron ages for the two complexes and constrain the timing of not only the complexes but also the magmatic Cu-Ni sulfide deposits more reliably. It is neces- sary to carefully reevaluate the previous chronological data for the complexes. The Cu-Ni-bearing mafic-ultramafic com- plexes have the ages similar to those of postcollisional A-type granites in the same area, implying that they could be related to the delamination of lithospheric mantle and upwelling and partial melting of asthenospheric mantle in postcollisional setting. | 2 | SHRIMP Geochronology of Volcanics of the Zhangjiakou and Yixian Formations, Northern Hebei Province, with a Discussion on the Age of the Xing'anling Group of the Great Hinggan Mountains and Volcanic Strata of the Southeastern Coastal Area of China显示文摘A zircon U-Pb geochronological study on the volcanic rocks reveals that both of the Zhangjiakou and Yixian Formations, northern Hebei Province, are of the Early Cretaceous, with ages of 135-130 Ma and 129-120 Ma, respectively. It is pointed out that the ages of sedimentary basins and volcanism in the northern Hebei -western Liaoning area become younger from west to east, i. e. the volcanism of the Luanping Basin commenced at c. 135 Ma, the Luotuo Mount area of the Chengde Basin c. 130 Ma, and western Liaoning c. 128 Ma. With a correlation of geochronological stratigraphy and biostratigraphy, we deduce that the Xing'anling Group, which comprises the Great Hinggan Mountains volcanic rock belt in eastern China, is predominantly of the early-middle Early Cretaceous, while the Jiande and Shimaoshan Groups and their equivalents, which form the volcanic rock belt in the southeastern coast area of China, are of the mid-late Early Cretaceous, and both the Jehol and Jiande Biotas are of the Early Cretaceous, not Late Jurassic or Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous. Combining the characteristics of the volcanic rocks and, in a large area, hiatus in the strata of the Late Jurassic or Late Jurassic-early Early Cretaceous between the formations mentioned above and the underlying sequences, we can make the conclusion that, in the Late Jurassic-early Early Cretaceous, the eastern China region was of high relief or plateau, where widespread post-orogenic volcanic series of the Early Cretaceous obviously became younger from inland in the west to continental margin in the east. This is not the result of an oceanward accretion of the subduction belt between the Paleo-Pacific ocean plate and the Asian continent, but rather reflects the extension feature, i.e. after the closure of the Paleo-Pacific ocean, the Paleo-Pacific ancient continent collided with the Asian continent and reached the peak of orogenesis, and then the compression waned and resulted in the retreating of the post-orogenic extension from outer orogenic zone to inner part (or collision zone). The determination of the eruption age of the volcanics of the Zhangjiakou Formation definitely constrains the switch period, which began in the Indosinian and finished in the Yanshanian, that is, 140-135 Ma. The switch is concretely the change from the approximate E-W Paleo-Asian tectonic system to the NE to NNE Pacific system, and the period is also the apex of a continent-continent collision and orogenesis of subduction, being consumed and eventually disappearing of the Paleo-Pacific ancient continent, and all the processes commenced in the Indosinian. | 3 | Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating for the Cangshuipu volcanic rocks and its implications for the lower boundary age of the Nanhua strata in South China显示文摘The continental volcanic rocks and volcaniclastic sedimentary conglomerates of the Cangshuipu Formation occur well in Yiyang of Hunan Province, consisting of a wedge-shaped succession of Neoproterozoic strata that overlie with high-angle unconformity the flysch turbidites of the Lengjiaxi Group in the Upper Mesoproterozoic Eonothem. SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating gives a weighted mean age of 814 ( 12 Ma for the dacitic volcanic agglomerates from the lowest part of the volcanic rocks in the Cangshuipu Formation. This age is younger than previously reported values of 921-933 Ma for the volcanic rocks from the Cangshuipu Formation. Our new dating represents the lower boundary age of the Neoproterozoic System in the studied area. | 6 | SHRIMP Age and Geochemistry of the Bikou Volcanic Terrane:Implications for Neoproterozoic Tectonics on the Northern Margin of the Yangtze Craton显示文摘The Bikou volcanic terrane is predominated by subalkaline tholeiitic lavas. Rock samples display lower initialratios of Sr and Nd, 0.701248-0.704413 and 0.511080-0.512341 respectively. 207pb and 208pb are significantly enriched inthe lavas. Most samples have positive εNd, which indicates that the magma was derived from EM-type mantle source,while a few samples with negative εNd indicate that there was contamination in the magma evolution. Magmadifferentiation is demonstrated by variations of LREE and LILE from depletion to enrichment. Additionally, normalizedREE patterns and trace elements showed that lavas from the Bikou volcanic terrane have similar characteristics to those ofbasalts in arc settings caused by subduction and collision. Analyses showed that the Bikou volcanic terrane is a volcanicarc. New evidence proved that the Hengdan Group, north of the Bikou arc, is a turbidite terrane filling a forearc basin.Consequently, the Bikou volcanic terrane and the Hengdan turbidite terrane construct an arc-basin system. | 9 | Thrombolysis with alteplase 3-4.5 hours after acute ischaemic stroke:the first multicentre,phase III trial in China显示文摘background and purpose Data on the efficacy and safety of alteplase for acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)administered 3-4.5 hours after the onset of stroke symptoms in Chinese patients is limited.We sought to determine whether AIS patients would benefit from thrombolysis with alteplase between 3 and 4.5 hours after the onset of stroke symptoms in a prospective,multicentre,single-arm trial in China.Materials and methods Eligible AIS patients were given 0.9 mg/kg alteplase intravenously.The primary efficacy endpoint was a favourable outcome at 3 months,defined as a score of 0 or 1 on the modified Rankin Scale.Thresholds for the primary efficacy endpoint were determined to be 40%based on the literature review.The primary safety endpoint was symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)according to the European Cooperative Acute Stroke Study III(ECASS III)trial definition.Post hoc analysis between this study and the ECASS III trial were compared using the propensity score matching(PSM)method.results A total of 120 eligible AIS patients from 11 sites in China received thrombolysis therapy in this study.The median time from onset of symptoms to needle was 3 hours 54 min.The percentage of patients with a favourable outcome was 63.3%(95%CI 54.4 to 71.4),significantly higher than the predefined threshold(p<0.0001).Three patients(2.5%,95%CI 0.5 to 7.1)had sICH,including two fatal sICH.Six patients died within 3 months after treatment.The post hoc PSM analysis showed a numerically higher rate of the primary efficacy endpoint in this study(63.3%)than the matched placebo arm(56.7%)in the ECASS III trial.Conclusions Intravenous alteplase with a standard dose administered between 3 and 4.5 hours after onset of symptoms is effective and safe for Chinese AIS patients. | Huaguang Zheng Yi Yang Huisheng Chen Chuanling Li Yangkun Chen Fu-Dong Shi Li Yang Xiaoping Cui Zuneng Lu Yanling Liang Songbiao Cui Anding Xu Yiqing Wu Yaqing Sun Yongjun Wang | 2020 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,3: | 4 |
| 10 | Effects of metal ions and heat shock on the expression of a metallothionein-like gene htMT2 in Helianthus tuberosus显示文摘The expression of htMT2 in tissues of Helianthus tuberosus treated with metal ions and heat shock is studied by Northern blot hybridization. The results indicate that htMT2 is not expressed in roots. The expression in leaves and stems can be reduced by Cu2+ and induced by low concentration of Zn2+. However, the expression of htMT2 can be suppressed by Zn2+ when its concentrations are above 500 μmol/L. The effects of Ca2+ on the expression of htMT2 in leaves are similar to that of Zn2+. But Ca2+ induces the expression of htMT2 in stems. The expression levels of htMT2 in various tissues are not significantly affected by heat shock. | 13 | High VHL Expression Reverses Warburg Phenotype and Enhances Immunogenicity in Kidney Tumor Cells显示文摘Clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)is a frequently occurring renal cancer.The Von Hippel-Lindau disease tumor suppressor VHL,a known tumor suppressor gene,is frequently mutated in about 50%of patients with ccRCC.However,it is unclear whether VHL influences the progression of ccRCC tumors expressing wild-type VHL.In the present study,we found that higher expression of VHL was correlated with the better disease-free survival(DFS)in ccRCC patients using The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)datasets.We revealed that VHL overexpression in ccRCC cells inhibited epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),sterol regulatory elementbinding protein 1(SREBP1)-regulated triglyceride synthesis,and cell proliferation.Proteomic analysis provided us a global view that VHL regulated four biological processes,including metabolism,immune regulation,apoptosis,and cell movement.Importantly,we found that VHL overexpression led to up-regulated expression of proteins associated with antigen processing and interferonresponsive proteins,thus rendering ccRCC cells more sensitive to interferon treatment.We defined an interferon-responsive signature(IRS)composed of ten interferon-responsive proteins,whose m RNA expression levels were positively correlated with DFS in ccRCC patients.Taken together,our results propose that the subset of ccRCC patients with high VHL expression benefit from immunotherapy. | Songbiao Zhu Wenxi Ding Yuling Chen Weixuan Wang Renhua Xu Chongdong Liu Xiaohui Liu Haiteng Deng | 2022 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,4: | 1 |

| 19 | Changes of Aroma Components in 'Keitt' Mango during the Postharvest Period显示文摘[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the changes of aroma components in mango fruit at different post-harvest stages.[Method]The aroma components in‘Keitt'mango fruit at 3,6,9 and 13 d postharvest were extracted using head-space solid phase microextraction( HS-SPME) and analyzed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrophotometer( GC-MS).[Result]The results showed that a total of 42 aroma compounds were identified from the mango samples at four stages. To be specific,monoterpene and sesquiterpene were the major components; at 3,6,9 and 13 d postharvest,the relative contents of terpene were 94. 24%,98. 91%,55. 32% and 95. 97%,respectively.[Conclusion]1S-( +)-3-carene is the characteristic aroma component in ripe fruit of‘Keitt'mango.
