2ARIMA and Facebook Prophet Model in Google Stock Price Prediction显示文摘We use the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(ARIMA)model and Facebook Prophet model to predict the closing stock price of Google during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as compare the accuracy of these two models’predictions.We first examine the stationary of the dataset and use ARIMA(0,1,1)to make predictions about the stock price during the pandemic,then we train the Prophet model using the stock price before January 1,2021,and predict the stock price after January 1,2021,to present.We also make a comparison of the prediction graphs of the two models.The empirical results show that the ARIMA model has a better performance in predicting Google’s stock price during the pandemic.Beijia Jin Shuning Gao Zheng Tao 2022Proceedings of Business and Economic Studies2022,5,5:2

4MAGUS:machine learning and graph theory assisted universal structure searcher显示文摘Crystal structure predictions based on first-principles calculations have gained great success in materials science and solid state physics.However,the remaining challenges still limit their applications in systems with a large number of atoms,especially the complexity of conformational space and the cost of local optimizations for big systems.Here,we introduce a crystal structure prediction method,MAGUS,based on the evolutionary algorithm,which addresses the above challenges with machine learning and graph theory.Techniques used in the program are summarized in detail and benchmark tests are provided.With intensive tests,we demonstrate that on-the-fly machine-learning potentials can be used to significantly reduce the number of expensive first-principles calculations,and the crystal decomposition based on graph theory can efficiently decrease the required configurations in order to find the target structures.We also summarized the representative applications of this method on several research topics,including unexpected compounds in the interior of planets and their exotic states at high pressure and high temperature(superionic,plastic,partially diffusive state,etc.);new functional materials(superhard,high-energy-density,superconducting,photoelectric materials),etc.These successful applications demonstrated that MAGUS code can help to accelerate the discovery of interesting materials and phenomena,as well as the significant value of crystal structure predictions in general.Junjie Wang Hao Gao Yu Han Chi Ding Shuning Pan Yong Wang Qiuhan Jia Hui-Tian Wang Dingyu Xing Jian Sun 2023National Science Review2023,10,7:1

7Effect of Na^(+)and Sr^(2+)Substitution on the Formation of the Oxygen Vacancies in Y_(3)Al_(2)Ga_(3)O_(12):Ce^(3+)Phosphor显示文摘The low-valence cations Na^(+)and Sr^(2+)were selected as the co-dopants to increase the vacancies concentration in the Y_(2.982)Ce_(0.018)Al_(2)Ga_(3)O_(12)phosphor.The successful incorporation of Na^(+)and Sr^(2+)was confirmed by the X-Ray Difiraction(XRD)results.All the samples show 5d-4f green persistent luminescence of Ce^(3+)after 450 nm excitation.The decay curves demonstrate that the persistent luminescence is efiectively enhanced with Na+and Sr2+doping.The thermoluminescence glow curves also show not only does the trap concentration increase,but also the distribution of trap depths is broadened.In addition,the air-and H_(2)/Ar-annealing treatments were conducted on every as-made sample.The experimental results prove that the increased traps after the Na^(+)/Sr^(2+)doping are mainly attributed to the oxygen vacancies,and the traps have a continuous and broad distribution of trap depths.We hope this work could give new inspiration for designing a high-performance persistent phosphor.YANG Ting JIANG Hongyi DONG Ye GAO Shuai LIU Shuning 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,5:0
8Ultra-lightweight ceramic scaffolds with simultaneous improvement of pore interconnectivity and mechanical strength显示文摘The high porosity and interconnectivity of scaffolds are critical for nutrient transmission in bone tis-sue engineering but usually lead to poor mechanical properties.Herein,a novel method that combines acid etching(AE)with selective laser sintering(SLS)and reaction bonding(RB)of Al particles is pro-posed to realize highly improved porosity,interconnectivity,mechanical strength,and in vitro bioactivity in 3D Al_(2)O_(3) scaffolds.By controlling the oxidation and etching behaviors of Al particles,a tunable hol-low spherical feature can be obtained,which brings about the distinction in compressive response and fracture path.The prevention of microcrack propagation on the in situ formed hollow spheres results in unique near elastic buckling rather than traditional brittle fracture,allowing an unparalleled compressive strength of 3.72±0.17 MPa at a high porosity of 87.7%±0.4%and pore interconnectivity of 94.7%±0.4%.Furthermore,scaffolds with an optimized pore structure and superhydrophilic surface show excellent cell proliferation and adhesion properties.Our findings offer a promising strategy for the coexistence of out-standing mechanical and biological properties,with great potential for tissue engineering applications.Ye Dong Annan Chen Ting Yang Shuai Gao Shuning Liu Hongyi Jiang Yusheng Shi Chenglong Hu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,6:0
9Ultrasmall iron-quercetin metal natural product nanocomplex with antioxidant and macrophage regulation in rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Oxidative stress,due to the disruption of the balance between reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation and the antioxidant defense system,plays an important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Excessive ROS leads to the loss of biological molecules and cellular functions,release of many inflammatory mediators,stimulate the polarization of macrophages,and aggravate the inflammatory response,thus promoting osteoclasts and bone damage.Therefore,foreign antioxidants would effectively treat RA.Herein,ultrasmall iron-quercetin natural coordination nanoparticles(Fe-Qur NCNs)with excellent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties were constructed to effectively treat RA.Fe-Qur NCNs obtained by simple mixing retain the inherent ability to remove ROS of quercetin and have a better water-solubility and biocompatibility.In vitro experiments showed that Fe-Qur NCNs could effectively remove excess ROS,avoid cell apoptosis,and inhibit the polarization of inflammatory macrophages by reducing the activation of the nuclear factor-κ-gene binding(NF-κB)pathways.In vivo experiments showed that the swollen joints of mice with rheumatoid arthritis treated with Fe-Qur NCNs significantly improved,with Fe-Qur NCNs largely reducing inflammatory cell infiltration,increasing antiinflammatory macrophage phenotypes,and thus inhibiting osteoclasts,which led to bone erosion.This study demonstrated that the new metal-natural coordination nanoparticles could be an effective therapeutic agent for the prevention of RA and other diseases associated with oxidative stress.Zhihui Han Xiang Gao Yuanjie Wang Shuning Cheng Xiaoyan Zhong Yong Xu Xiaozhong Zhou Zengli Zhang Zhuang Liu Liang Cheng 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,4:0
