1Incremental support vector machine algorithm based on multi-kernel learning显示文摘A new incremental support vector machine (SVM) algorithm is proposed which is based on multiple kernel learning.Through introducing multiple kernel learning into the SVM incremental learning,large scale data set learning problem can be solved effectively.Furthermore,different punishments are adopted in allusion to the training subset and the acquired support vectors,which may help to improve the performance of SVM.Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can not only solve the model selection problem in SVM incremental learning,but also improve the classification or prediction precision.Zhiyu Li Junfeng Zhang Shousong Hu 2011Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2011,22,4:7
2Uniformed model of networked control systems with long time delay显示文摘Feedback control systems wherein the control loops are closed through a real-time network are called networked control systems (NCS). The defining feature of an NCS is that information is exchanged using a network among control system components. Two new concepts including long time delay and short time delay are proposed. The sensor is almost always clock driven. The controller or the actuator is either clock driven or event driven. Four possible driving modes of networked control systems are presented. The open loop mathematic models of networked control systems with long time delay are developed when the system is driven by anyone of the four different modes. The uniformed modeling method of networked control systems with long time delay is proposed. 3Fault prediction of fighter based on nonparametric density estimation显示文摘Fighters and other complex engineering systems have many characteristics such as difficult modeling and testing, multiple working situations, and high cost. Aim at these points, a new kind of realtime fault predictor is designed based on an improved knearest neighbor method, which needs neither the math model of system nor the training data and prior knowledge. It can study and predict while system’s running, so that it can overcome the difficulty of data acquirement. Besides, this predictor has a fast prediction speed, and the false alarm rate and missing alarm rate can be adjusted randomly. The method is simple and universalizable. 15Identification and characterization of MeERF genes and their targets in pathogen response by cassava(Manihot esculenta)显示文摘Cassava,Manihot esculenta Crantz (Me),is a major dietary source of calories for over 700 million people in tropical regions.The production of cassava is constantly threatened by cassava bacterial blight (CBB),caused by Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.manihotis (Xam).The gene resources for CBB-resistant breeding of cassava are limited.In model plant species,ethylene response factors play important roles in response to pathogen infection.In this study,cassava ethylene response factors (MeERFs) were identified and characterized as the first step in studying their potential for CBB-resistant breeding of cassava.In the cassava genome 155 MeERFs were identified,of which 23 were induced by Xam infection.The promoter regions of204 genes harbored GCC-box that had the potential to interact with MeERFs.Using 37 transcriptomes derived from Xam infection treatment,four gene co-expression modules for the MeERFs and GCC-box containing genes were constructed.Six MeERFs were associated with two GCC-box containing genes:transcription initiation factor TFIIE subunit beta (MeTFIIE),and histone-lysine N-methyltransferase ASHR1 (MeASHR1).Dual-luciferase reporter assays showed that MeERF10 and MeERF58 positively regulated Me TFIIE;MeERF137 negatively regulated Me TFIIE;MeERF10 and MeERF137 positively regulated Me ASHR1;and MeERF35 negatively regulated Me ASHR1.The four MeERFs may mediate pathogen response by regulating the expression of the two GCC-box containing genes.Yuhui Hong Yong Xiao Na Song Shousong Zhu Rui Zhao Ke Li Mengting Geng Xiaohui Yu Honggang Wang Wei Xia Yinhua Chen 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,5:1
