1A study of the load transfer behavior of fully grouted rock bolts with analytical modelling显示文摘Fully grouted rock bolts have been used in mining industry for many years.Much research has been conducted to evaluate the load transfer behavior of fully grouted rock bolts with experimental programs.However,compared with that,less work has been conducted with analytical modelling.Therefore,in this paper,the authors used an analytical model to study the load transfer behavior of fully grouted rock bolts.To confirm the credibility of this analytical model,an in-situ pull-out test was used to validate this model.There was a close match between the experimental result and the analytical result.Following it,a parametric study was conducted with this analytical model.The influence of coefficients,Young’s modulus of the rock bolt and the diameter of the rock bolt on the load transfer performance of rock bolts was studied.Furthermore,the load distribution along the fully grouted rock bolt was analytically studied.The results show that the axial load in the rock bolt decayed from the loaded end to the free end independent of the pull-out load.However,the trend of the load distribution curve was influenced by the pull-out load.This paper was beneficial for better understanding the load transfer mechanism of fully grouted rock bolts.Jianhang Chen Fulian He Shoubao Zhang 2020International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2020,30,1:9
2Antihyperuricemic effect of mangiferin aglycon derivative J99745 by inhibiting xanthine oxidase activity and urate transporter 1 expression in mice显示文摘A mangiferin aglycon derivative J99745 has been identified as a potent xanthine oxidase(XOD) inhibitor by previous in vitro study. This study aimed to evaluate the hypouricemic effects of J99745 in experimental hyperuricemia mice, and explore the underlying mechanisms. Mice were orally administered 600 mg/kg xanthine once daily for 7 days and intraperitoneally injected 250 mg/kg oxonic acid on the 7 th day to induce hyperuricemia. Meanwhile, J99745(3, 10, and 30 mg/kg), allopurinol(20 mg/kg) or benzbromarone(20 mg/kg) were orally administered to mice for 7 days. On the 7 th day,uric acid and creatinine in serum and urine, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), malondialdehyde(MDA) content and XOD activities in serum and liver were determined. Morphological changes in kidney were observed using hematoxylin and eosin(H&E) staining. Hepatic XOD, renal urate transporter 1(URAT1), glucose transporter type 9(GLUT9), organic anion transporter 1(OAT1) and ATP-binding cassette transporter G2(ABCG2) were detected by Western blot and real time polymerase chain reaction(PCR). The results showed that J99745 at doses of 10 and 30 mg/kg significantly reduced serum urate, and enhanced fractional excretion of uric acid(FEUA). H&E staining confirmed that J99745 provided greater nephroprotective effects than allopurinol and benzbromarone. Moreover, serum and hepatic XOD activities and renal URAT1 expression declined in J99745-treated hyperuricemia mice. In consistence with the ability to inhibit XOD, J99745 lowered serum MDA content in hyperuricemia mice. 3Salvianolic acid A alleviates renal injury in systemic lupus erythematosus induced by pristane in BALB/c mice显示文摘The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of salvianolic acid A(SAA) in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) induced by pristane in BALB/c mice.Lupus mice were established by confirming elevated levels of autoantibodies and IL-6 after intraperitoneal injection of pristane.Mice were then treated with daily oral doses of SAA for 5 months in parallel with mice treated with prednisone and aspirin as positive controls.The levels of autoantibodies were monitored at monthly intervals and nephritic symptoms observed by hematoxylin and eosin(H&E) and periodic acid-Schiff(PAS) staining.Western blot analysis of renal tissue was also employed.SAA treatment caused a significant reduction in the levels of anti-Sm autoantibodies and reduced renal histopathological changes and pathological effects.SAA treatment also significantly inhibited the phosphorylation of IKK,IκB and NFκB in renal tissues of lupus mice.In conclusion,the results suggest that SAA alleviates renal injury in pristane-induced SLE in BALB/c mice through inhibition of phosphorylation of IKK,IκB and NFκB.Yihuang Lin Yu Yan Huifang Zhang Yucai Chen Yangyang He Shoubao Wang Lianhua Fang Yang Lv Guanhua Du 2017Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2017,7,2:8
4Agricultural Land Suitability of Production Space in the Taihang Mountains, China显示文摘The contradiction between the shortage of land for agriculture due to rapid expansion of industrialization and urbanization and increasing population pressure is projected to impose great threats to future food security.Agricultural land suitability evaluation is an effective approach to improve the utilization of land resources for crop production and thus enhance the capacity of food provision.In this study, we evaluated the land suitability for agriculture of the production space in the Taihang Mountains by three steps: establishing indicator system, determining weights for indicators, and constructing a fuzzy matter-element model to assess the grades of suitability.Results showed that the land suitability had a significant linear correlation with potential crop yields, indicating our evaluation was effective to predict crop production.The spatial pattern of land suitability for crop production demonstrated that land with higher suitability was generally located in piedmont plains and basins, while land with lower suitability was mostly situated in mountainous areas.The area of highly, moderately, marginally suitable and unsuitable land for agriculture was 32.13%, 28.58%, 37.49% and 1.80% of the production space, respectively.However, the correlation degree analysis indicated that the requirements of these four suitability grades were currently not satisfied but could be potentially fulfilled.In terms of indicator weights, soil properties were much more important than topography and location conditions to influence the grades of suitability.Among all indicators, slope, soil organic matter, soil texture and soil depth were the most influential factors, so slope farming prevention and organic fertilization were most likely to improve land suitability for agriculture.Compared the outputs of our land suitability evaluation model with the distribution of the existing croplands, we found that about 66.52% of marginally suitable and 54.55% of unsuitable land for agriculture were currently used for croplands.Therefore, de-farming policy should be implemented in areas of these two suitability grades.In contrast, cropland expansion was encouraged in the land that was highly or moderately suitable for agriculture.Our evaluation of agricultural land suitability is beneficial for future land use planning and decision-making in the Taihang Mountains.GENG Shoubao SHI Peili ZONG Ning ZHU Wanrui 2019Chinese Geographical Science2019,29,6:4
5Adoptively transferred donor IL-17-producing CD4^(+) T cells augment, but IL-17 alleviates, acute graft-versus-host disease显示文摘The role of IL-17 and IL-17-producing CD4^(+) T cells in acute graft-versus-host disease(GVHD)has been controversial in recent mouse and human studies.We carried out studies in a murine acute GVHD model of fully major histocompatibility complex-mismatched myeloablative bone marrow transplantation.We showed that donor wild-type CD4^(+) T cells exacerbated acute GVHD compared with IL-17−/−CD4^(+) T cells,while IL-17 reduced the severity of acute GVHD.The augmentation of acute GVHD by transferred donor IL-17-producing CD4^(+) T cells was associated with increased Th1 responses,while IL-17 decreased the percentages of Th1 cells in the GVHD target organs.Furthermore,IL-17 reduced the infiltration of macrophages into the GVHD tissues.In vitro study showed that IL-17 could downregulate Th1 responses,possibly through inhibiting IL-12 production by donor macrophages.Depletion of macrophages in vivo diminished the protective effect of IL-17.Our results demonstrated the differential roles of adoptively transferred donor IL-17-producing CD4^(+) T cells and IL-17 in the same acute GVHD model.Yifeng Cai Shoubao Ma Yuejun Liu Huanle Gong Qiao Cheng Bo Hu Yan Wu Xiao Yu Chen Dong Kai Sun Depei Wu Haiyan Liu 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,3:3

7Supermicrosurgical lymphoevenous anastomosis for the treatment of peripheral lymphedema:A systematic review of the literature显示文摘The effectiveness of supermicrosurgical lymphovenous anastomosis(LVA)for lymphedema treatment remains controversial.Currently,no evidence has been summarized.This study aimed to review the published literature on supermicrosurgical LVAs in the treatment of peripheral lymphedema and to analyze the surgical outcomes.Studies from databases(PubMed/MEDLINE,Cochrane Controlled Trial Data,and Embase)were collected to determine the effectiveness of supermicrosugrical LVAs for lymphedema.A systematic review was performed using individual patient data.Fifteen studies,including 578 patients(482 female,72 male,and 24 unknown)with a mean age of 51 years,satisfied the needs of the study requirements.Supermicrosurgical LVAs for peripheral lymphedema have demonstrated substantial improvements in both objective and subjective findings in many patients.Moreover,in the long-term follow-up,the effectiveness of this treatment modality maintained a high efficacy of LVA in lymphedema cases.However,most studies provided low-quality evidence,and the conclusion is still not finalized.Shoubao Wang Jingting Chen Zhaohua Jiang Shengli Li 2021Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2021,3,3:2
