| 2 | APPROACH OF IMPROVING PRECISION IN ULTRASONIC DOPPLER BLOODSTREAM SPEED MEASUREMENT BY CHAOS-BASED FREQUENCY DETECTING显示文摘It is critical for cerebral vascular disease diagnosis through Doppler to detect the maximum and the minimum of the carotid blood flow speed accurately. A kind of Duffing system under an external periodic power with dump is introduced in the letter, numerical analysis is carried out by four-order Runge-Kutta method. An oscillator array is designed according to the frequency of the ultrasonic wave. When the external signals are inputted, computational algorithm is used to scan the array in turn and analyze the result, and the frequency can be determined. Based on the methods above, detecting the carotid blood flow speed accurately is realized. The Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of-20.23dB is obtained by the result of experiments. | 5 | Heterogeneity and influencing factors of marine gravity flow tight sandstone under abnormally high pressure:A case study from the Miocene Huangliu Formation reservoirs in LD10 area,Yinggehai Basin,South China Sea显示文摘The characteristics of reservoir heterogeneity of the marine gravity flow tight sandstone from the Miocene Huangliu Formation under abnormally high pressure setting at LD10 area in Yinggehai Basin are studied,and the influencing factors on reservoir heterogeneity are discussed,based on modular formation dynamics test,thin sections,XRD analysis of clay minerals,scanning electron microscopy,measurement of pore throat image,porosity and permeability,and high pressure Hg injection,as well as the stimulation of burial thermal history.The aim is to elucidate characteristics of the heterogeneity and the evolution process of heterogeneity of the reservoir,and predict the favorable reservoirs distribution.(1)The heterogeneity of the reservoir is mainly controlled by the cement heterogeneity,pore throat heterogeneity,quality of the reservoir heterogeneity,and the diagenesis under an abnormally high pressure setting.(2)The differences in pore-throat structure caused by diagenetic evolution affected the intergranular material heterogeneity and the pore throat heterogeneity,and finally controlled the heterogeneity of reservoir quality.(3)Compared with the reservoir under normal pressure,abnormally high pressure restrains strength of the compaction and cementation and enhances the dissolution of the reservoir to some extent,and abnormally high pressure thus weakening the heterogeneity of the reservoir to a certain degree.The favorable reservoirs are mainly distributed in the gravity flow sand body under the strong overpressure zone in the middle and lower part of Huangliu Formation. | FAN Caiwei CAO Jiangjun LUO Jinglan LI Shanshan WU Shijiu DAI Long HOU Jingxian MAO Qianru | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021，48，5： | 1 |

| 19 | The role of corneal endothelium in macular corneal dystrophy development and recurrence显示文摘Macular corneal dystrophy(MCD)is a progressive,bilateral stromal dystrophic disease that arises from mutations in carbohydrate sulfotransferase 6(CHST6).Corneal transplantation is the ultimate therapeutic solution for MCD patients.Unfortunately,postoperative recurrence remains a significant challenge.We conducted a retrospective review of a clinical cohort comprising 102 MCD patients with 124 eyes that underwent either penetrating keratoplasty(PKP)or deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty(DALK).Our results revealed that the recurrence rate was nearly three times higher in the DALK group(39.13%,9/23 eyes)compared with the PKP group(10.89%,11/101 eyes),suggesting that surgical replacement of the corneal endothelium for treating MCD is advisable to prevent postoperative recurrence.Our experimental data confirmed the robust m RNA and protein expression of CHST6 in human corneal endothelium and the rodent homolog CHST5 in mouse endothelium.Selective knockdown of wild-type Chst5 in mouse corneal endothelium(AC^(siChst5)),but not in the corneal stroma,induced experimental MCD with similar extracellular matrix synthesis impairments and corneal thinning as observed in MCD patients.Mice carrying Chst5 point mutation also recapitulated clinical phenotypes of MCD,along with corneal endothelial abnormalities.Intracameral injection of wild-type Chst5 rescued the corneal impairments in AC^(siChst5)mice and retarded the disease progression in Chst5 mutant mice.Overall,our study provides new mechanistic insights and therapeutic approaches for MCD treatment by highlighting the role of corneal endothelium in MCD development. | Bi-Ning Zhang Benxiang Qi Chunxiao Dong Bin Zhang Jun Cheng Xin Wang Suxia Li Xiaoyun Zhuang Shijiu Chen Haoyun Duan Dewei Li Sujie Zhu Guoyun Li Yihai Cao Qingjun Zhou Lixin Xie | 2024 | Science China(Life Sciences)2024，67，2： | 0 |
| 20 | Consumers' Perception of Risks,Awareness of Products and Willingness to Pay: A Case Study of Organic Milk显示文摘Based on survey data from Ji'nan city and some other cities in Shandong province,this paper conducted a research on consumers' perception degree of the food safety risk,and the awareness degree about organic food. Then taking organic milk as an example,the factors affecting the customers' buy willingness to pay for organic milk were analyzed by binary logit model and the willingness to pay was also calculated. The results show that the consumers' food safety risk perception degree is high,and the awareness about organic food is low. The consumers' age,level of education,whether the family has children below 12 years old,whether the family has a man( woman) older than 60years,health situation self-evaluation,organic food cognition and food safety risk perception have significant effect on customers' willingness to pay organic food.
