| 1 | Full scale experimental study of a small natural draft dry cooling tower for concentrating solar thermal power plant显示文摘Concentrating solar thermal power system can provide low carbon,renewable energy resources in countries or regions with strong solar irradiation.For this kind of power plant which is likely to be located in the arid area,natural draft dry cooling tower is a promising choice.To develop the experimental studies on small cooling tower,a 20 m high natural draft dry cooling tower with fully instrumented measurement system was established by the Queensland Geothermal Energy Centre of Excellence.The performance of this cooling tower was measured with the constant heat input of 600 kW and 840 kW and with ambient temperature ranging from 20 ℃ to 32 ℃.The cooling tower numerical model was refined and validated with the experimental data.The model of 1 MW concentrating solar thermal supercritical CO2 power cycle was developed and integrated with the cooling tower model.The influences of changing ambient temperature and the performance of the cooling tower on efficiency of the power system were simulated.The differences of the mechanism of the ambient temperature effect on Rankine cycle and supercritical CO2 Brayton cycle were analysed and discussed. | Xiaoxiao Li Sam Duniam Hal Gurgenci Zhiqiang Guan Anand Veeraragavan 侯恩哲 | 2017 | 建筑节能2017，45，5： | 4 |

| 5 | Multiparametric MRI reporting using Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System version 2.0 (PI-RADSv2) retains clinical efficacy in a predominantly post-biopsy patient population显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging(mp-MRI)using Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System version 2.0(PI-RADSv2)definitions in detecting organ-confined prostate cancer.Methods:All patients who underwent radical prostatectomy between January 1,2014 and December 30,2014 were identified.All underwent mp-MRI within 180 days before surgery.Those with prior pelvic irradiation or androgen deprivation therapy were excluded.Fully embedded,whole-mount histopathology was centrally reviewed and correlated with imaging for tumour location,Gleason score(GS)and stage.Results:There were 39 patients included,of which 35(90%)had mp-MRI done post-biopsy.A total of 93 cancer foci were identified on whole-mount pathology,of which mp-MRI detected 63(68%).Of those detected by mp-MRI,14 were PI-RADS 3(n=6 for GS 6,n=8 for GS 7,no GS≥8)and 49 were PI-RADS 4e5(nZ7 for GS 6,nZ33 for GS 7,and nZ9 for GS≥8).There were 30(32%)cancer foci missed by mp-MRI(n=15 for GS 6,n=13 for GS 7 and n=2 for GS≥8).A lesion classified as PI-RADS 4e5 predicted a higher grade cancer on pathology as compared to PI-RADS 3(for GS 7 lesions,odds ratio[OR]=3.53,95%CI:0.93e13.45,p=0.064).The mp-MRI size detection limit was 20 mm2 and 100 mm2 for 50%and 75%probability of cancer,respectively.In associating with radiological and pathologic stage,the weighted Kappa value was 0.69(p<0.0001).The sensitivity and positive predictive values for this study were 68%(95%CI:57%e77%)and 78%(95%CI:67%e86%),respectively.Conclusion:In this predominantly post-biopsy cohort,mp-MRI using PI-RADSv2 reporting has a reasonably high diagnostic accuracy in detecting clinically significant prostate cancer. | Edwin Jonathan Aslim Yan Mee Law Puay Hoon Tan John Carson Allen Jr Lionel Tim-Ee Cheng Viswanath Anand Chidambaram Li Yan Khor Benjamin Yongcheng Tan Ernest Wencong Eu Christopher Wai Sam Cheng John Shyi Peng Yuen Henry Sun Sien Ho Lui Shiong Lee | 2019 | Asian Journal of Urology2019，6，3： | 1 |
| 6 | Epidemiological trends and geographic variation in hospital admissions for diverticulitis in the United States显示文摘AIM:To characterize the increasing incidence and geographic variation of acute diverticulitis.METHODS:Using the nationwide inpatient sample (NIS) we identified a cohort who had been admitted with diverticulitis between 1998 and 2005.We calculated age-,sex-,and region-specific rates of hospitalizations for diverticulitis over time.RESULTS:The age-adjusted hospitalization rate for diverticulitis increased from 61.8 per 100000 to 75.5 per 100 000 between 1998 and 2005,and increased similarly in both sexes.Diverticulitis-associated admissions were male-predominant in those younger than age 45 years but were female-predominant thereafter.Admission rates increased the most among those<45 years,while remaining unchanged for those≥65 years.By 2005,the majority of hospitalized patients were<65 years.Age-adjusted rates of diverticulitis-associated hospitalizations were lower in the West(50.4/100000) compared to the Northeast(77.7/100000),South (73.9/100000),and Midwest(71.0/100000).CONCLUSION:Diverticulitis-associated hospitalizations have steeply risen,especially in young adults.These epidemiological trends vary by geographic region and warrant further investigation into potential dietary and environmental etiologies. | Geoffrey C Nguyen Justina Sam Nitasha Anand | 2011 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2011，17，12： | 1 |
