7Novel polarization filter design for wideband radar显示文摘Usually the polarization of the interference and the target backscattering may vary constantly, so the optimal receiving polarization of the polarization filter should be recalculated, which makes the filter realization very difficult. Also the predict method of the necessary parameters is not explained in most papers, which makes the polarization filter realization impossible. A novel modified interference suppression (MIS) polarization filter is proposed, which resolves these problems by a new polarization designed strategy. 8Blind carrier frequency estimation for phase shift keying signals in low signal to noise ratio显示文摘In order to solve the problem of carrier frequency blind estimation of PSK signals in electronic reconnaissance, a new estimation method was proposed. The phase shift keying(PSK) signal was divided into several overlapping intervals which had equal length, and the spectrum concentration measures of every interval were extracted by the FFT. And then, using the grid-density clustering, the spectrum concentration measures were classified into two categories, the narrowband spectrum interval and the wideband spectrum interval. The narrowband spectrum interval was regarded as the characteristic class. The spectrums of the characteristic class were accumulated to estimate the carrier frequency of PSK signal. The proposed method had avoided the non linear operation in the traditional PSK signal carrier frequency estimation algorithm. Thus, the signal to noise ratio (SNR) threshold was remarkably decreased. Moreover, the proposed method did not need the prior knowledge of the signal, which was suitable to the electronic reconnaissance occasion. 9Comparing the effects of three decoctions for coronavirus disease 2019 on severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2-related toll-like receptors-mediated inflammations显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To compare the anti-inflammatory effects of three decoctions for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)[Qingfei Paidu Tang(清肺排毒汤),QF;Huashi Baidu Fang(化湿败毒方),HS;Xuanfei Baidu Fang(宣肺败毒方),XF]in parallelly experimental models by using severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)-related toll-like receptors(TLRs)ligands and its spike(S)protein as stimulators.METHODS:RAW264.7 macrophages were used to investigate the effects of three decoctions on the inflammations induced by R848,poly(I:C),lipopolysaccharide(LPS),as well as SARS-CoV-2 S protein,in vitro.Mouse endotoxemia model was used for evaluating their anti-inflammatory actions in vivo.The levels of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),and interferon-β(IFN-β)were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Three decoctions could decrease supernatant IL-6,MCP-1,nitric oxide(NO)and TNF-αto varying degrees in activated macrophages.Meanwhile,they did not increase the level of antiviral cytokine IFN-βinduced by TLR3 and TLR4 ligands,but rather suppressed it,suggesting that externally administrated type I interferons(IFN-Is)may be needed for the severe COVID-19 cases characterized by deficient IFN-Is.In mouse endotoxemia model,all three decoctions could suppress serum pro-inflammatory cytokines,but only QF could relieve hypothermia and antagonize diarrhea.CONCLUSIONS:Collectively,our study compared,for the first time,the effects of three decoctions on SARSCoV-2-related TLRs-mediated inflammations.In vitro,three decoctions exert similar suppressive effects on inflammatory cytokines induced by SARS-CoV-2-related TLRs ligands,as well as S protein.In vivo,QF possesses the strongest effects compared with HS and XF.These findings may provide not only experimental basis for the clinical use of three decoctions,but also a rationale for the combination therapy with IFN-Is.LI Ximeng KANG Yuan LI Wenjing LIU Zhuangzhuang XU Zhenlu ZHANG Xiaoyu CAI Runlan GAO Yuan QI Yun 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,1:1
10A Study of Effect of Various Normal Force Loading Forms on Frictional Stick-Slip Vibration显示文摘In this work,a comparative study is performed to investigate the influence of time-varying normal forces on the friction properties and friction-induced stick-slip vibration(FIV)by experimental and theoretical methods.In the experiments,constant and harmonic-varying normal forces are applied,respectively.The measured vibration signals under two loading forms are compared in both time and frequency domains.In addition,mathematical tools such as phase space reconstruction and Fourier spectra are used to reveal the science behind the complicated dynamic behavior.It can be found that the friction system shows steady stick-slip vibration,and the main frequency does not vary with the magnitude of the constant normal force,but the size of limit cycle increases with the magnitude of the constant normal force.In contrast,the friction system under the harmonic normal force shows complicated behavior,for example,higher-frequency larger-amplitude vibration occurs and looks chaotic as the frequency of the normal force increases.The interesting findings offer a new way for controlling FIV in engineering applications.Xiaocui Wang Runlan Wang Bo Huang Jiliang Mo Huajiang Ouyang 2022Journal of Dynamics, Monitoring and Diagnostics2022,1,1:0
