| 2 | Using finite difference method to simulate casting thermal stress显示文摘Thermal stress simulation can provide a scientific reference to eliminate defects such as crack,residual stress centralization and deformation etc.,caused by thermal stress during casting solidification.To study the thermal stress distribution during casting process,a unilateral thermal-stress coupling model was employed to simulate 3D casting stress using Finite Difference Method(FDM),namely all the traditional thermal-elastic-plastic equations are numerically and differentially discrete.A FDM/FDM numerical simulation system was developed to analyze temperature and stress fields during casting solidification process.Two practical verifications were carried out,and the results from simulation basically coincided with practical cases.The results indicated that the FDM/FDM stress simulation system can be used to simulate the formation of residual stress,and to predict the occurrence of hot tearing.Because heat transfer and stress analysis are all based on FDM,they can use the same FD model,which can avoid the matching process between different models,and hence reduce temperature-load transferring errors.This approach makes the simulation of fluid flow,heat transfer and stress analysis unify into one single model. | Liao Dunming Zhang Bin Zhou Jianxin Liu Ruixiang Chen Liliang | 2011 | China Foundry2011,8,2: | 6 |
| 3 | Recent developments of InteCAST software and its applications on special castings显示文摘with the development of computer technology, foundry CAE technology has made rapid progress. Commercialsoftware packages of casting process simulation, therefore, have become more and more practical. This paper introducesboth the recent developments and some applications of InteCAST software, a commercial numerical simulation softwarepackage for foundry industry, with more than 120 customers all over the world. The function modules of lnteCAST8.0 andsome new techniques, such as uneven mesh technology for mold filling simulation and numerical mouse technology fordata visualization, were introduced. | 4 | Numerical Simulation of Solidification Microstructure and Effects of Phase-field Parameters on Grain Growth Morphologies显示文摘By a simple phase field model, a series of numerical simulations of solidification microstructure was performed to show a rich variety of dendritic patterns. At the same time, the relation between the morphology of grain growth and some parameters including the strength of anisotropy, dimensionless latent heat and the size of initial solid zone was studied. It is for the first time that patterns of grain growth were associated with the size of initial solid zone, which is an interesting issue. | 5 | Modified Carbothermal Synthesis of TiC Whiskers显示文摘A new approach to the massive production of TiC whiskers with high purity and low cost was presented. It is a modified carbothermal reduction method (MCTR) characterized by argon stream flowing vertically and passing through the interior of the mixture of raw materials. It is found for the first time that there is an optimum flow of the upward flowing argon stream, at which large quantity of high quality TiC can be obtained. This paper described the new method, analyzed the mechanism and conditions for the formation of high purity TiC whiskers on a large scale, and compared MCTR with the traditional carbothermal reduction method (TCTR). | 7 | The Distribution of Green Algal Micro-Propagules and Macroalgae at the Early Stage of Green Tide in the Coastal Area of South Jiangsu Province in 2014显示文摘An integrated investigation was carried out during late April to late May of 2014 in the coastal area of South Jiangsu Province to understand the early development of green tide in the Yellow Sea and discover the temporal and spatial distribution of green algal micro-propagules and macroalgae at the early stage of green tide. The results showed that green algal micro-propagules distributed in all stations from late April to late May, and micro-propagules of high density(> 300 ind. L^(-1)) concentrated in the adjacent Porphyra aquaculture area. Floating macroalgae were initially observed in the northern survey areas, and increased gradually. The dominant species was U. prolifera in the floating macroalgae, ranging between 90% and 100%. The seawater surface temperature and salinity in the above mentioned time period were suitable for the growth of macroalgae. | 8 | Structure and seasonal variability of fronts in the Southeast Indian Ocean along sections from Fremantle, Australia to Antarctic Zhongshan Station显示文摘Four sections of expendable conductivity-temperature-depth(XCTD) profiles from Fremantle, Australia to Antarctic Zhongshan Station and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer-Aquarius(MODIS-A) sea surface temperature(SST) products were used to study the structure and seasonal variability of Southeast Indian Ocean fronts. Water mass analysis showed that surface water masses in the Southeast Indian Ocean were less salty in March than in November. Compared with November, the subtropical front(STF) moved southward about one degree of latitude in March, whereas seasonal variability of the subantarctic front(SAF) and polar front(PF) locations was not obvious. In March, the saline front moved northward about two degrees of latitude relative to the thermal front in the upper 100 m at the SAF, which was the northern boundary of subAntarctic surface water(SASW). Analysis of climatological SST gradients from the satellite data showed that regions of enhanced sea surface temperature(SST) gradients were collocated with frontal locations identified with the XCTD data using water mass criteria. | 10 | Psychometric properties of the Caregiver Strain Questionnaire among Chinese parents of children with ADHD or ASD显示文摘Background There is an urgent need in clinical practice to measure the stress of parenting.The Caregiver Strain Questionnaire(CGSQ)was found to be useful to measure parenting stress,but it has not been validated among the Chinese population.Aims To assess the reliability and construct validity of the Chinese version of CGSQ among Chinese parents.Methods From 2016 to 2017,266 parents(patient group)with a child having DSM-5-defined attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)(n=107)or autism spectrum disorder(ASD)(n=159)and 268 parents of healthy children(control group)were recruited to the present study in Kunming,Yunnan province.All the parents were asked to fill out the Chinese version of CGSQ.We conducted exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)to verify construct validity of CGSQ in both patient and control groups.Cronbach’s α coefficient as an index of internal consistency was assessed for each subscale.Fourteen days later,23 subjects filled out the scale again.Intra-class correlation coefficient was calculated to evaluate the test-retest reliability.Results(1)Cronbach’s alpha of the global scale was 0.901 for the control group and 0.952 for the patient group.The test-retest reliability for the whole scale was 0.890;(2)CFA indicated that the three-factor model had better fitting indices compared with the two-factor model in both groups.Besides,the fitting indices in the patient group were more favourable than those of the control group,withχ2/df=1.564,Goodness-of Fit Index=0.841,Comparative Fit Index=0.954,and root mean square error of approximation=0.065 for the patient group at three-factor model;(3)The caregiver strain of ASD parents was statistically higher than that of ADHD parents,and caregiver strain of ADHD parents was higher than that of control group.Conclusion These findings provide initial evidence to support the construct validity and reliability of CGSQ as a parenting stress measurement tool for Chinese parents,especially for parents of children with ADHD or ASD. | Runxu Yang Huizhi Zhou Jin Liu Yufeng Wang Yan Zhang Yanjiao Wang Ruixiang Liu Xia Cao Dong Han Shuran Yang Jianzhong Yang Chuanyuan Kang | 2021 | General Psychiatry2021,34,2: | 2 |

| 20 | Origin and formation of the Ryukyu Current revealed by HYCOM reanalysis显示文摘The origin of the Ryukyu Current(RC)and the formation of its subsurface velocity core were investigated using a 23-year(1993–2015)global Hybrid Coordinate Ocean Model(HYCOM)dataset.The volume transport of the RC comes from the Kuroshio eastward branch(KEB)east of Taiwan and part of the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre(p-NPSG).From the surface to 2000m depth,the KEB(p-NPSG)transport contributes 41.5%(58.5%)to the mean total RC transport.The KEB originally forms the subsurface velocity core of the RC east of Taiwan due to blockage of the subsurface Kuroshio by the Ilan Ridge(sill depth:700 m).Above 700m,the Kuroshio can enter the East China Sea(ECS)over the Ilan Ridge,meanwhile,the blocked Kuroshio below 700m turns to the right and flows along the Ryukyu Islands.With the RC flowing northeastward,the p-NPSG contribution strengthens the subsurface maximum structure of the RC owing to the blockage of the Ryukyu Ridge.In the surface layer,the p-NPSG cannot form a stable northeastward current due to frequent disturbance by mesoscale eddies and water exchange through the gaps(with net volume transport into ECS)between the Ryukyu Islands. | Min Wang Zhaojun Liu Xiaohua Zhu Xiaomei Yan Zhongzhe Zhang Ruixiang Zhao | 2019 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2019,38,11: | 1 |
