| 1 | Optimization of Callus Induction Conditions from Immature Embryos in Maize and Plant Regeneration显示文摘This research uses the immature embryos of inbred maize lines(GSH9901,Hi01,Hi02,and Chang 7-2)as receptor materials to establish the callus induction system.These inbred lines provide the receptor materials for the genetic regeneration of maize and the verification of the genetic functions of maize.The factor experiment and orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the impacts of different genotypes,immature embryo size,shield orientation,2,4-D concentration,proline concentration,and folic acid concentration on the induction rate of embryogenic callus tissue.A sensitivity experiment testing glyphosate(Bar)and an antibiotic(Cefotaxime sodium)were also conducted.The results indicate that the immature embryos of inbred maize line GSH9901 were the most effective for callus tissue induction,and the immature embryos with a length of 1.6-2.0 mm produce the best result.The upward shield face is more successful for the formation of induced callus.Using orthogonal analysis,we found that the optimal combination for the induction system was A_(3)(2,4-D concentration 0.25 mg mL^(-1)),B_(1)C_(3)(proline concentration 0.8 mg mL^(-1)),and D 2(folate Concentration 0.5 mg mL^(-1))and the induction rate reached 84%.We found that cold storage at 4℃ for 1 d is more conducive for the formation of embryogenic callus than the other treatments tested.The sensitivity experiment for callus tissue screening revealed the critical concentration of glyphosate to be 10 mg ml^(-1),and the critical concentration of antibiotic is 250 mg ml^(-1).Using this combination of glyphosate and antibiotic resulted in regenerated plants.This study established the optimal conditions for immature embryo callus tissue induction in maize. | Peng Jiao Ruiqi Ma Zhuo Qi Zhenzhong Jiang Siyan Liu Jing Qu Shuyan Guan Yiyong Ma | 2020 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,1: | 3 |

| 8 | 2D/2D covalent organic framework/CdS Z-scheme heterojunction for enhanced photocatalytic H_(2) evolution:Insights into interfacial charge transfer mechanism显示文摘Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with high crystallinity and flexible designability have been consid-ered as promising candidates for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution.However,the existence of unpropi-tious exciton effects in COFs leads to poor charge separation,and thus results in low photocatalytic effi-ciency.Herein,to improve the photoelectron migration efficiency,we designed a 2D/2D organic/inorganic direct Z-scheme COF-based heterojunction(TpTAP/CdS),by the in-situ growing of CdS nanosheets on the COF copolymerized via 2,4,6-tris(4-aminophenyl)-1,3,5-triazine(TAP)and 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol(Tp).The femtosecond transient absorption(fs-TA)decay kinetics of TpTAP-COF and TpTAP/CdS further reveal the processes of shallow electron trapping and the recombination of the free photogenerated electron-hole pairs.In particular,the transient absorption traces for TpTAP-COF and TpTAP/CdS normal-ized to the photoinduced absorption peak can effectively verify the Z-scheme charge transfer between TpTAP-COF and CdS,which could enhance the charge mobility and separation,thus reducing the pho-tocorrosion of CdS.Additionally,ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy(UPS),in-situ X-ray photoelec-tron spectroscopy(XPS),transient photovoltage measurements,and electron spin resonance(ESR)spec-troscopy further confirm the establishment of the internal electric field(IEF).This work demonstrates the important role of COFs in the construction of 2D/2D organic/inorganic direct Z-scheme heterojunctions and offers a new avenue to explain the criticality of dynamics of the photogenerated carriers for the construction of Z-scheme heterojunctions. | Ruiqi Gao Junxian Bai Rongchen Shen Lei Hao Can Huang Lei Wang Guijie Liang Peng Zhang Xin Li | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,6: | 1 |

| 13 | Control Effect of UAV Low Volume Spray Technology on Thrips and Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus in Tobacco Field显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to explore the influence of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)low volume spray technology on the control effect of viruliferous thrips and tomato spotted wilt virus(TSWV)under different pesticide concentrations,and to explore the effective control nodes and methods of thrips and TSWV.[Methods]According to the occurrence characteristics of thrips and TSWV,the field control effects of 4 pesticides on thrips and TSWV were tested by UAV with the thrips number and disease index as indicators,following the principle of regional and periodic control trials.[Results]In the groups of UAV and artificial prevention and control,4 agents were used alternatively,including 1%emamectin benzoate ME,1.7%abamectin imidacloprid ME,5%emamectin benzoate WDG,and 30%pyriproxyfen dinotefuran SL.There was no significant difference in the control effect of thrips and TSWV among treatment 1(recommended dosage of UAV agent),treatment 2(reduction of recommended dosage of UAV agent by 25%)and treatment 4(recommended dosage of artificial control agent),and the control effects on thrips were more than 83.16%in the 3 treatments.The disease index of TSWV in the 3 treatments decreased from 8.64±1.37 in the blank control group to less than 3,which reached the prevention and control threshold.But treatment 3(reduction of recommended dosage of UAV agent by 50%)did not reach the prevention and control threshold.The disease index of TSWV in the blank control area increased with the increase of the number of live nymphs of thrips,and there was a significant positive correlation,with good fitness.[Conclusions]UAV has a significant impact on the control effect of thrips and TSWV under different pesticide concentrations.In the actual flight control application,it is recommended that the amount of the pesticides is about 3/4 and not less than 1/2 of that of the artificial application.The control area should be extended to 100 m of the ridge of the tobacco field,and UAV is used periodically to control thrips and TSWV for 5 times from pre-transplanting stage to pre-squaring stage of flue-cured tobacco.The control effect is significantly different from the traditional artificial application. | Zefan LIU Dean XIE Jiabao HAN Yanfen XIE Li MA Siyuan GAO Ruiqi PENG Yuting ZHAO Xiangze FU Wengang CHENG Yonghong FENG Yan ZHANG Huaping ZHANG Ying HUANG Leijie DAI Lanfeng WANG | 2023 | Plant Diseases and Pests2023,14,4: | 0 |
| 14 | High-performance violet phosphorus photodetectors with van der Waals-assisted contacts显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP) as a narrow-bandgap two-dimensional semiconductor material has been extensively studied. And the allotrope violet phosphorus(VP) exhibits wide bandgap properties extending the application in the visible light band. However,due to the Schottky barrier of metal/semiconductor contacts(M/S), further device application of VP is limited. Here, VP-based photodetectors with van der Waals-assisted contact were demonstrated, achieving quasi-Ohmic M/S contacts. The output characteristics in dark conditions show ultralow current at the pA level. And the device exhibits a high current on-off ratio of 10~5and a fast response speed of 8.4 ms. Furthermore, we constructed the first allotropic photodetector based on BP and VP heterojunction. The device maintains ultralow dark current(~ pA) while exhibiting faster carrier transport, with 945 μs response time and polarization detection capability. | 15 | Preliminary discussion on the ignition mechanism of exploding foil initiators igniting boron potassium nitrate显示文摘Exploding foil initiator(EFI)is a kind of advanced device for initiating explosives,but its function is unstable when it comes to directly igniting pyrotechnics.To solve the problem,this research aims to reveal the ignition mechanism of EFIs directly igniting pyrotechnics.An oscilloscope,a photon Doppler velocimetry,and a plasma spectrum measurement system were employed to obtain information of electric characteristics,impact pressure,and plasma temperature.The results of the electric characteristics and the impact pressure were inconsistent with ignition results.The only thing that the ignition success tests had in common was that their plasma all had a relatively long period of high-temperature duration(HTD).It eventually concludes that the ignition mechanism in this research is the microconvection heat transfer rather than the shock initiation,which differs from that of exploding foil initiators detonating explosives.Furthermore,the methods for evaluating the ignition success of semiconductor bridge initiators are not entirely applicable to the tests mentioned in this paper.The HTD is the critical parameter for judging the ignition success,and it is influenced by two factors:the late time discharge and the energy of the electric explosion.The longer time of the late time discharge and the more energy of the electric explosion,the easier it is to expand the HTD,which improves the probability of the ignition success. | Haotian Jian Guoqiang Zheng Lejian Chen Zheng Ning Guofu Yin Peng Zhu Ruiqi Shen | 2024 | Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,32,2: | 0 |

| 17 | Geographic variation in growth and wood traits of Neolamarckia cadamba in China显示文摘Neolamarckia cadamba is an indigenous,timber-producing tree species in Southern China that plays an important role in the sustainable development of the local forestry industry.However,the geographic genetic variation across its natural distribution area in Southern China has yet to be characterized for best utilization.Here,we report the geographic genetic variation in growth and wood properties of N.cadamba from 10 provenances that represent the entire natural distribution of N.cadamba in Southern China.There was significant geographic variation in diameter breast height(DBH),height(H),volume(V),vessel length(VL),vessel diameter(VD),VL/VD,and wood basic density(WBD).The variation in tree volume across provenances was greater than that of other growth traits,indicating that volume has a greater potential for selection in provenance trials.The provenance heritabilities of growth traits and wood properties ranged from 0.59 to 0.67 and from 0.40 to 0.45,respectively.Trend surface analysis revealed that patterns of geographic variation associated with growth traits were weakly negatively correlated with those of wood properties.The pattern of geographic variation in growth traits showed a gradual increase from the periphery to the central region,whereas wood properties showed the opposite pattern,and latitude had the greatest effect on both.Wood property measurements suggested that the YNMS provenance produced superior timber wood,whereas the GXLZ,GXFCG,and GXNN provenances produced the best pulpwood.These provenances could potentially provide more valuable breeding materials for the genetic improvement of N.cadamba. | Qingmin Que Kunxi Ouyang Chunmei Li Buye Li Huiyun Song Pei Li Ruiqi Pian Huaqing Li Xiaoyang Chen Changcao Peng | 2022 | Forestry Research2022,2,1: | 0 |
| 18 | Pyrene-benzothiadiazole-based Polymer/CdS 2D/2D Organic/Inorganic Hybrid S-scheme Heterojunction for Efficient Photocatalytic H_(2) Evolution显示文摘Nowadays,conjugated polymers have garnered numerous attention as a new class of organic photocatalysts due to their tunable electronic properties,low cost,excellent stability and sufficient light-absorption performance.In particular,pyrene-benzothiadiazole-based conjugated polymer(PBBP)has been considered to be a new type of conjugated polymers for photocatalytic H_(2)evolution.However,the poor charge separation seriously limits its practical application in H_(2)evolution.In this work,a PBBP-based polymer/CdS 2D/2D organic/inorganic S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst with a strong internal electric field is,for the first time,prepared for efficient photo-catalytic hydrogen evolution.The pyrene-benzothiadiazole-based conjugated polymers(PBBP)are synthesized by the Suzuki-Miyaura reactions.Then,the hybrid heterojunction photocatalysts are fabricated by coupling CdS with it through the ultrasonic mixing method.As a result,the highest H_(2)-production rate of 15.83 mmolh^(-1)g^(-1)is achieved on 20%PBBP/CdS composite under visible-light irradiation,nearly 2.7 times higher than that of pure CdS.The apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)of 20%PBBP/CdS composite could reach 8.66%atλ=420 nm.The enhanced activity could be attributed to the construction of S-scheme heterojunction,which accelerates the recombination of carriers with weaker redox ability and maintains the strong reducibility of electrons in CdS.This work provides a protocol for pyrene-benzothiadiazole-based conjugated polymers to prepare S-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts based on organic/inorganic coupling. | Ruiqi Gao Huan He Junxian Bai Lei Hao Rongchen Shen Peng Zhang Youji Li Xin Li | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2022,41,6: | 0 |
| 19 | Infrared avalanche photodiodes from bulk to 2D materials显示文摘Avalanche photodiodes (APDs) have drawn huge interest in recent years and have been extensively used in a range of fields including the most important one—optical communication systems due to their time responses and high sensitivities. This article shows the evolution and the recent development of A^(Ⅲ)B^(Ⅴ), A^(Ⅱ)B^(Ⅵ), and potential alternatives to formerly mentioned—“third wave” superlattices (SL) and two-dimensional (2D) materials infrared (IR) APDs. In the beginning, the APDs fundamental operating principle is demonstrated together with progress in architecture. It is shown that the APDs evolution has moved the device’s performance towards higher bandwidths, lower noise, and higher gain-bandwidth products. The material properties to reach both high gain and low excess noise for devices operating in different wavelength ranges were also considered showing the future progress and the research direction. More attention was paid to advances in A^(Ⅲ)B^(Ⅴ) APDs, such as AlInAsSb, which may be used in future optical communications, type-Ⅱ superlattice (T2SLs, “Ga-based” and “Ga-free”), and 2D materials-based IR APDs. The latter—atomically thin 2D materials exhibit huge potential in APDs and could be considered as an alternative material to the well-known, sophisticated, and developed A^(Ⅲ)B^(Ⅴ) APD technologies to include single-photon detection mode. That is related to the fact that conventional bulk materials APDs’ performance is restricted by reasonably high dark currents. One approach to resolve that problem seems to be implementing low-dimensional materials and structures as the APDs’ active regions. The Schottky barrier and atomic level thicknesses lead to the 2D APD dark current significant suppression. What is more, APDs can operate within visible (VIS), near-infrared (NIR)/mid-wavelength infrared range (MWIR), with a responsivity ~80 A/W, external quantum efficiency ~24.8%, gain ~10^(5) for MWIR [wavelength, λ = 4 μm, temperature, T = 10–180 K, Black Phosphorous (BP)/InSe APD].
